The management team was amazing, and the community was actually pretty clean , the only thing that I will change is to fix the gate cause when I was there, I over hear two people having problems with the gates, but the community was clean

The building is very clean from walking/driving up the gate you can see the staff picking up garbage off the ground. The office staff is very nice and helpful if you need anything you can go to them about. I just love it here??

Hi, I like the condominium and the amenities, I think the security could improve because I have seen people get in without autorizaci?n and it is important to control them. The staff has good ideas for events and plans during holidays

The experience has was great in the beginning but now I am ready to move and find a new place to call home. The place seems over crowded and I am seeing things happen that did not happen before, The up keep is declining and not as clean as it used to be, No one cleans up after their pets and the grass takes longer to be cut, the walls and stairs a dirty, I understand that a lot more families with children are there now but the place is losing its luster in my opinion.

Mila has been a pleasant place to live. The amenities are beautiful and grounds overall are clean and welcoming. The 24 hour gym is such a huge bonus, especially for those who late nights. The playground is great and there are always children there for my son to play with.

There is not gate code, entering the community through visitor gate is a big task, the maintenance takes too long to come and repair , the dogs in the community pee and dirty around and the owners dont clean up

I love my apartment. If I need anything to be fixed it's done within 1 day. Everybody are very friendly. Rent prices are decent. I will recommend Mila Apts to any person that is looking for a beautiful place to live.

MiLa was very nice on the eyes. My first interaction with an assistant was not welcoming, but my second visit was great. The next person I came across was so nice and friendly and helpful. The community give good vibes. Hope it goes well for me in the future

I like living here it's just that it takes a while for work orders to be processed and we're having an insect problem that hopefully can be resolved soon. The pest control came but that didn't solve the problem more keep coming in

The community from the outside looks nice. The gym and pool are amazing. However my personally experience has been horrible. The dryer was broken when we moved. There was roaches. The floor dirty. The balcony wall and floor stained. The hallways are also stained and dirty.

I've been living here since 2022 everything was okay then, but now people are breaking into cars, dog owners letting the dogs poop on the floor and not cleaning it up, too many kids running and playing around in the streets

The only thing that I have any issues with since I have lived here for more than 1 year now. The pigeons on my balcony. It is hard to clean the poop off because I ha e neighbors that live under me and I don't want to dirty there balcony. Other than that part everything here is up to par.

Mr Williams Dawson best property leasing manager ever!

Mr William Dawson the property leasing manager is one of the best most professional person now leasing manager that I’ve met in a long time. Very patient kind and professional in attending to our needs as research for our new residence. he took his time and showed us not only the units that we were interested in the layout, but took us throughout the property and showed us all the beautiful amenities. At the end of the tour we were sold Mila was our new home. However, most importantly, I said to Mr. Williams that nobody buys what the person is selling people buying to the person and he’s definitely the go to man. Thanks for making our transition to our new apartment home so welcoming, count on us for future referrals!!

My experience has been both I expect when k moved into mila I got a ticket because the property manager call police and said I was involved in a hit and run - which was a complete lie and cost me 200 dollars My car was towed and which the contract states that it was be towed within 24 hours it was towed in less then two hours- which cost me more money and a day of work I have made multiple request to treat the mold it went unanswered, we have roaches and the place is falling apart

Mila is an attractive neighborhood with a reasonable price point. I urge management to seek a better gate entry option since it is jarring to see so many cars backed up into the street when arriving. We were prompt in our application and providing our money order but felt after we got accepted we're not able to easily communicate with the leasing office and not provided any solid timeline of when we'd be able to sign our lease until requesting an earlier move in date.

If someone goes and rents they should follow up on the person if they need any information or something like in other apartments not that the person has to be calling every day to know what procedure is following
