My move was stress free. Betty stayed on top of things and she was also pleasant. The apartment was cleaned and all the appliances are working. The community is nice. I love the kids water park, perfect for my grandkids.

Overall, my experience in this community has been good. The neighbors are friendly, and it feels like a safe and welcoming place to live. One thing to note is that the gym tends to get very crowded, especially during peak hours. It would be great if another gym or more equipment could be added to help with that. Also, I think the grill area closes a bit too early?extending the hours would be a nice improvement for those who enjoy evening cookouts. In my apartment, the washer and dryer are quite old. I've noticed that my clothes often come out very wrinkled, and I'm not sure why. An upgrade there would definitely make a difference. Overall, it's a nice community with a few areas that could be improved.

This apartment makes great use of its space, feeling surprisingly open and functional despite its modest size. Every corner seems thoughtfully designed, maximizing storage and livability. The neighborhood is a real highlight, offering a vibrant atmosphere with plenty of shops, restaurants, and green spaces nearby, making it incredibly convenient for daily errands and leisure. However, the significant drawback is the compromised safety. There have been multiple instances that have left me feeling uneasy. This overshadows the positive aspects of the apartment and the neighborhood. While the layout and location are fantastic, the ongoing concerns about security are a serious issue that prospective renters should be aware of. It's a shame, because without this safety concern, this apartment would be a perfect find.

The grounds and maintenance team are great with keeping up with ongoing maintenance needs and upkeep/upgrades to landscaping. The management and maintenance staff are quick to respond to inquiries and fair in their handling of issues.

Community is secure and safe. Well maintained by cleaning/maintenance personnel, who are friendly and always greet you as they move about the grounds. Office staff has always been respectful and courteous when making contact. Made one comment in a previous review and I saw the response almost immediately. Been her just over a year and still pretty happy.

WE NEED ELEVATORS IN THIS BUILDING! Mila is too big to not have an elevator. I really don't have anything to say. I've had issues with my balcony since I moved here and no one cared. They told me it's my responsibility. I can say I'm disappointed when it comes to do. And we need elevators in this building?

The community is beautiful and offers good amenities like the gym and pool. On the other hand, the gates are sometimes very busy with long lines, parking in my building is terrible at night and since I live on the first floor kids sometimes kick soccer balls onto the window of my apartment. One of the main reasons I moved here is because of the security but at one point but my car was also stolen during my stay here and I have felt uneasy since. Besides that, the staff is amazing and very prompt with me. I just feel like there are some improvements to be made.

Honestly I couldn't be happier I think MILA community is a great one to have a family especially if you're an upcoming modern family. Even if you have no family it's awesome. Very safe, friendly, festive and interactive with the residents. I think the location is perfect not far from the mall, beach and other attractions and its affordable when you're living life on the edge and a budget all at once. I love it here and would recommend to anyone I know.

I love the place and the community but sometimes when it's about fixing stuff I tried to call or something and sometimes I feel they don't want to do their job or they do the minimum required and that's sad other than that is great to live here

I'd rather not! Whatever you bring up about the community all goes into def ears. They only enforce the easy violations, not the more stricter ones, such as the drug use. I wouldn't make this a required field.

I think the entrance to the building takes too long and by bike feet are just as long!!! Also parking should be assigned?. Lastly i love everything else about the complex. I just think it takes a long time to get approved and move in
