I cant say anything bad about Mila. The staff is amazing and everything seems to be running perfectly on my end. I would like the second pool to open soon lol. Its been a while but I understand there is permits that need to pass.

Too pricey for the safety they offer , we got robbed twice in a lapse of 6 months . Dont know what kind of background check they do because theres a lot of low life people living here. You would expect better for the price and all the requirements they have to lease an apartment.

Overall a good community however I think security could do a better job securing the community. The guards are often chatting with residents while the first gate at the entrance is backed up 10-16 cars at a time at the visitor entrance trying to get in. There needs to be consequences for residents who do not clean up their dog feces in the grass (gps feces tracker like other communities could be an option). As well as consequences for those who are illegal parked in the community. The ammenties are nice but it would be nice to have WiFi in the leasing center where the gym, business center, etc are. No one is really friendly in my building so there is no sense of community within residents. Would be nice to have that with more community events for residents. (Movie night, wine tasting, etc)

Community is very clean . Apartments are brand new. Convenient location to I-95. Neighbors on 2nd floor very inconsiderate when it comes to noise level . Leasing staff very courteous and knowledgeable.

It's an excellent community, however, they may be a bit too strict when it comes to certain things. If I want to hangout by the pool past 9pm, I should be able to hangout by the pool past 9pm, we pay rent, so we should have a say in this.

Absolutely love this place. Staff here is great. Anything I need replaced is done within 24-48 hours. They apartments look amazing and the facilities are new. There is a woman at the leasing office named Nicole and she has truly made our stay here pleasurable. The only problem I can honestly say we have is that every once in a while I have trouble getting mail from the leasing office. However, they have made many efforts to improve their system. I'm very happy here. :-)

Mila Apartments was the first and last apartment complex I looked at in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. The grounds and commons areas are marticoulously well kept and clean. The office staff, led by Nicole, are courteous and knowledgeable. This complex is what made my decision to move to South Florida!

Ive been living here at mila for over a year. The apartments are very spacious and up to date. Management on the other hand is a little on the rude side. I only speak and deal with Nicole. Maintenance is up to par for the most part. A little over priced for not having all the amenities available upon move in but overall its good. I dnt really have much complaints.

May fiancé and I have been on the waitlist for a while as our unit is new construction and the wait was worth it . Mila staff have been oh so kind since we were inquiring and up until move in. Not only are they professional but caring and show that they are passionate about their residents. Nicole is available ANYTIME to assist with any concerns or needs. Upon move in they welcome you with a Mila goody bag which was very thoughtful. The prices are high but worth every penny. The community is undergoing construction however the staff ensures that the grounds are clean. The clubhouse and pool area is paradise, very well kept and ALWAYS clean. The fitness center is great with the available machines. My family and I are more than happy and satisfied of our unit. We have washer and dryer, beautiful tiles, great light fixtures, granite counter tops, brand new appliances, good size soak tubs, valet trash service, huge room (fits queen size bed, dresser, 2 night stands, Ches, and baby crib with more than enough to move around) , good size balcony to fit 2 chairs and a coffee table comfortably. We haven't experienced any crime and I love the double gate entry, making it difficult for others to follow behind. I often see security driving around as well. We enjoy living here and look forward to renewing another lease term with Mila.

The staff promised that the apartment would be clean upon moving in, as if no one had ever lived there, they had over a month to get the apartment ready for me, however, on move in date, the masterbedroom carpet was messed up, the other carpets were stained, there was paint all over the floor, and the most disgusting part was that the place was infested with roaches. I told them that I would not move in until they resolved all the issues, which is unfair because they had a whole month to get it done but decided to wait until the last minute, taking up time out of my month, with money that I worked hard for and paid. Today is July 24th, I was supposed to move in on July 17th, it's been a week and they still keep saying BS on how they're going to make it right. You're paying over $1,785 for an apartment who's staff lies, does not keep their promises and have no integrity, you can definitely get some place better, I certainly could have, but was fooled by their appearances.

Ever since I moved to Miami three years ago, this has been by far the best community that I have lived in, because it really is that -a community. All the staff and the girls at the leasing office are very kind and understanding. Me and my mother have seen this place grow, and for every new feature (they are all awesome, most especially the clubhouse) that the residents get, the MiLa community likes to do some sort of opening or celebration to get the spirit going. The amenities are amazing and the apartments are super cute with brand new appliances. Love it.

I like this community however I think it could be better in time. I think the rates are good for it being a brand new community and for the location. I love the tiled floors, stainless steel appliances and the layout of my two bedroom. The surrounding schools are listed as some of the best schools and you're close to the highway, making it perfect for me to drop my daughter off in the mornings and head on to work. There are a few reason why I can't give this place 5 stars. It took forever for the amenities to open but when I moved in they said two months tops. I am pretty much over the construction at this point. I have to clean my patio everyday from all the dust and dirt, due to the construction. Someone did break into my car once and the security was nowhere to be found. From what I have been told, there have been several car break-ins and even though security is riding the premises, they tend to miss that action all the time. Overall, its not the worst property to live in. The staff is great and they are constantly trying to resolve any issues we have.

Mila is the worst place to rent . If you want an overprice place full of dust with very little maintenance, or pay for amenities that are not even there then that's the place to be. If you want your car broken into while a security guard is riding around on the phone all day not giving a ---- then that's the place to be. If you want a place where the management staff is fake and the only thing they worry about is how they can rip you off then that's the place to be. also make sure you leave the place as new as if you never lived there because they will keep your deposit and look for the smallest things to say that you now owe them. Otherwise check other options that are less expensive with better service. Do not , do not , do not go to mila you will regret it. I don't recommend this place at all, worst renting experience ever. The only reason I gave them one star is because there was not an option for zero star. And Nicole is rude and unprofessional .

My husband and I love our new home. We have been living here for over six months already and had no serious problem to complain about. As for the crime, I'm sorry to say that nowhere can guarantee your safety. No matter where you move to either upper class or lower class level of living there will always be some type of crime. As for the amenities, yes I am disappointed that the amenities still are not ready and we are going into the New Year with out any amenities. I hope that the time of my renewal, the lease does not get an increase since I will be here without enjoying any of the amenities that they announced that will be offered in this new community. As for the gated entry, there is security but only in the night time that I've notice and I love the way they have the entry to the community set up. No one can sneak in behind you. I literally use to hate that at the other gated communities. This is a great community to live in. I honestly can say that I have referred many people to apply here and I will renew my lease for another year. Mila Apartments is an excellent place to live at.
