The whole process was smooth From the application process to moving into the apartment. They handle everything online and you pay your bills online. Great Customer service and maintenance is fast. The community is clean

Since I been here so far it's been peaceful.The neighbors are very friendly. And since I am located by the lake, people watching is so wonderful! You see everyone both kids and adults alike, all walking their dogs, exercising, or just taking a stroll around the beautiful water fountain-lake...I just love it!!??????

Mila is a good comunity to live overall, great new apartments with lot of space and good price, maybe too good, the community neighbors leave a lot to wish for, there's some good families and good people, but the majority of residents seem to be just taking advantage of the low rent, you can tell by the state of some apartment balconies, the state of their cars, how they dispose of their trash, how they don't wear mask on the gym, or how the kind of visitors that they have, we have police cars 4 out of 7 days a week, because of different problems caused by this kind of people. Anyways, I think is you need a good apartment for a great price and you don't mind having to ignore some issues, this is a good for you.

Nice area. Easy access to I-95 and able to get to aventura mall. Very accessible area. A lot of stores like Publix, Winn Dixie. Fast food spots such as Burger King, Dunkin' Donuts, subway. Overall nice area

Very well kept and spacious. Home feel community and sense of security as well. Decent gym and pool the only thing I would say is to have a bigger trash or more dumpsters around possibly to help other buildings.

I really enjoy the amenities. The layout of the units make for a comfortable and spacious living environment. The one thing I want to see improvement to is the gate situation. More often than not the line at the gate reaches out into the street. With so many residents, there needs to be a more efficient way to have visitors enter.

The management Nicole is very rude and disrespectful she likes to show out and publicly embarrassed tenants and their guests it starts from the core Nicole management needs to have respect show respect to gain respect and maybe her staff would know how to treat tenants as well and their guess

Beautiful leasing community, I enjoy living here. There have been a few minor thief mishaps but I guess you can't tell a thief by looking at them. However, I love the newness and landscaping upkeep of Mila.

The community is great! Only down side is the hallways echo and are loud if anyone is walking thru them. But it's awesome here! I would recommend this to anyone who wants affordable yet luxury living. Amenities are great also and the apartments are big compared to other places and more affordable than other places.

When I did it for the first time I loved it then the most interesting thing was that the apartment was delivered brand new immediately we did not hesitate to rent I feel very comfortable in this place there is no noise best of all I have no pests inside my apartment I have not seen either none in the common areas

Great location with access to Miami and Fort Lauderdale areas. It's a safe community with good amenities offered by the complex. Large bathrooms and closets in the two bedroom units with a nice sized kitchen. Overall it has been a great place to live.

Overall I love my apartment. No place is going to be perfect and for what it's worth, I've chosen to renew my lease here multiple times. I would rate the community on a scale of 1-10 an 8. Some people complain about the price but when you look and compare prices I think MILA is the better deal, and you actually get to live in a nice apartment. The walls aren't thin!!! My biggest pet peeve is an apartment with thin walls.

It's a very nice community, when there is a issue the maintenance crew fix issues right away. I had someone break into my car once but I think secure has upped they game because I haven't heard anyone else having that problem I'm a while. Overall it's definitely worth the money

Okay but security and parking is poor. No one is ever in the guard shack so people hold up the guest line until someone finally lets them in. I have witnessed people go against traffic to enter through the exit gate when they can't react anyone inside. I have went to the gym and a vagrant was sleeping inside the kids play room.

Other than dogs taking licks in the hallways, there is not enough parking at the building, also due to guest parking at the build overnight. Security is questionable with a large number incidents taking place around the community.

Management and staff are very proactive to most issues. Most unsure of the cleanliness of the HALLWAYS. Trash from tenants not knowing how/when to put out. HALLWAYS are left filthy. Tenants dumping said Trash in other residents Trash can. Omg! My biggest peeve. Otherwise, Good!

MILA is a huge, gorgeous community. There are plenty of amenities. The staff is very welcoming and professional. The residents are generally quiet. My only concern is the speeding in the parking lots.

Great apt n staff. Beware of theft of packages and cars which happens everywhere. Maintenance n staff 100%. Parking for guest is horrible and no assigned parking spots. Overall I'd give it a 9 star for quality. You get a beautiful place for the price.

The office staff are rude and nasty. My car was broken into in September of last year and I was told by a staff member in the office Alberto that the manager would call, I am still waiting 2021. Well lets see.
