STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNSAFE ------ apartment place! This place is not safe at all and the management doesn't do anything, they claim to have 24/7 security here but for some reason you'll never see them patrolling and doing rounds by card or walk around the property, anyone can come into the property without any problem, there I no guard at the "gate". Atlist 27 cars were broken into, witnessed a drug deal, my packages are constantly being stolen from my front door and my neighbors car was stolen in front of her and her daughters eyes. You'll also find drugs and condoms on the floor regularly. Feels very unfortunate and very unsafe walking here at night, you'll never see a guard walking around. Staff are also entering to the apartment whether you want it or not "to do pest control". I've also witnessed severe violence acts around here. And they will raise your rent by at least 100$ EVERY YEAR. Very noisy neighbors who celebrate all night long, and people here don't have respect, in the gym they bring their huge music players and put very loud their own music. SUPER THIN WALLS You can get much more for your money in Aventura.

I love this community, the only thing I don't like is that the floors of the buildings get dirty with the leaking of the garbage and nobody cleans it. Many times he came to work late at night and I can't find where to park my car, I must leave it in the guest parking lot.

MiLa is a nice quiet community that is family oriented. It is an enjoyable place to live that has a nice sized swimming pool and lounge area. The barbecue area is nice to have when entertaining friends and on those warm evenings when you like to dine alfresco. The gym is well maintained and stocked with up to date equipment, and aerobic machines. My family and I enjoy living here at MiLa.

Pros. Great amenities. Apartments are nice. Security is good. Staff is responsive. Cons: Walls are a little thin. Walking areas (around fountain and around the complex) have trash onthe floor for over a day. Graffiti on the ground next to the bar b q area. People drive like maniacs in the parking lot. * as annoying it would be for us who drive normally, speed bumps might be necessary to avoid the 2 close calls I've had in only 1 week of being here.

I moved here in March of 2019 and so far so good. Weve had one community event for 4th of July which was nice experience. They are still building new apartments, but construction noise is not an issue which is great. I did have to replace my water filter to the refrigerator fairly quick after moving in, that was disappointing. But over all I do enjoy staying here.

Worst over priced apartment complex you can find in the hood. EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT MILA APARTMENTS. If you don't believe me, read all the review and even try and speak with current residents. To begin with, they're scammers. They will charge you for every little thing you do such as have anything on your balcony, missing a lid to your trash can, and anything else they want to make up that's not in the lease. They force you to pay for valet trash which is ridiculous considering they're awful and drag the trath bags leaving trash and stains everywhere. They force you to get pest control so they have an inside of what your apartment is like and if you don't allow pest control, the owner will enter himself so they can see exactly what's in your private property. They have a "security guard" that the manager says is not for the residents, but strictly for the owners assets. This is also why 27 cars got broken into in one night, and continues to happen at least twice a week. You can't have your guest park next to your building or they will tow the car, it must be parked in front of the leasing office at all times, yet at night they will tow residents vehicles and leave the guest unmarked cars where the residents park. The staff themselves will pretend to be your friend and the second you walk out will trash talk the hell out of you. The leasing agents themselves get paid to sit on there phone all day and be rude to residents and will always say they're not available when they don't want to do work. This managing company will stoop to any level to save a quick buck and also why the walls are PAPER thin. You can hear your neighbors pass gas. The new manger has no idea how to handle irate residents and worsens situations by rude and snarky comments. If you want to live in a ---- hole that looks pretty on the outside and disgusting on the inside and pay every little thing like breathing, this is the place for you. Btw really read your lease because there's so much garbage they have in the fine print. And on top of that, they'll make up crap and say it's in the lease when it's not. This place is a whole set up and don't even try and get your security deposit back because they're going to keep 90% of it and say BS Like it's because the freaking Ora of the house wasn't how we gave it to you, and that last like 10% will come in 2 months only if you're persistent and keep making a fuss about it. Good luck to you if you read this and still put down a deposit.

The community is beautiful, but I will not be renewing my lease. The apartments walls are not sound proof. I can hear my neighbors conversation and movement. The outside hallway floors has garbage residue and never cleaned.

It could have been better! The parking situation is horrible. There are no respect from your neighbors. Trash been left out in the hallway throughout the day before schedule pick up time. Individual not picking up after their pets. Loud music during night time. I'm not putting this on management...that's what you get living with a bunch of people. It's not an easy thing managing humans' personalities. Some individuals just don't care. That's reality.

Simply wonderful...everyone has been pleasant from day one. I love the gym and the pool is extremely beautiful, although we could use a few more pools due to everyone trying to utilize that one and crowding up the area. My experience with the parking space I pay for monthly is annoying. I reside in building 12 yet have to park in front of building 11. I do believe each building should have an area in front of it that residents who pay for a spot can park in. Other than that, my experience has been great, thank you.

Better signs, security, water pressure and parking. When someone comes to visit they are always lost. The physical building numbers are way too small and there needs to be signage inside that has all the building numbers and directions on how to get to each building. When it comes to security, I dont feel safe. The patrol does not patrol at all and sits parked at the front or back of the complex. The water pressure is terribly low. Ive called and complained several times about it and they say nothing can be done which I know is not true. Often times people park illegally and nothing is done about it. Kids make messes in the staircases and no one come to clean it up. Sometimes I dont feel like Im living in a luxury apartment. If these issues are addressed, it will make my experience a 10. Until then I cannot rate it any higher than a 6.

Rude and insensitive staff. The administration is poor and does not organize simple things such as packages or deliveries, the gate is constantly broken and people destroy their hallways with dog pee and broken trash bags. There are very rare emails or a phone call about any information from the office.

Mila is a great place to live. I wish they offered for activities for the community, something once a month. Rather every holiday. The community is quiet, staff is great and maintenance workers are knowledgeable.

This place is the expensive hood. Cars being broken into . Loud neighbors nasty neighbors who leave trash in the parking lot. Pet friendly does not mean let your dog run around with no leash but management doesnt really care.
