I really nice living in Mila apartments,it's always quiet and clean.I enjoyed all the amenities there specially the gym and pool.The office and maintenance team are. the best.Mila is one of the best place to live in the neighborhood.

Excellent though I am still waiting for the new fitness center to hire someone and open the other entrance and for the new pool to finally open. Have one neighbor who blasts tv/music all night into the morning.

Absolutely piss-poor. Not worth a single penny. Staff is not knowledgeable on anything. Each person gives you a different answer when you ask a question. Appliances NOT MODERN!!!! The washing machine barely removes stains. I've called maintenance about it many many times. The maintenance manager said verbatim, "Sorry but our appliances just aren't the best. You may just have to pre-wash your clothes by hand" So here I am having to wash my towels and comforters at a laundromat. They put all types of magazines and JUNK into your mailbox. They do not clean before you move in!!!! I got my keys and went into my apartment to find actual BLOOD and bodily fluids in one of the toilet bowls. Clothes from the previous tenants were still in the washer. Absolutely disgusting. Every weekend their parking policy for visitors changes. Again the staff is so inconsistent. One weekend they tell you send a picture of the car to the security team and you're fine. Another weekend they'll say actually we don't do that anymore they have to park in front of the leasing office. The following day they're back to accepting pictures of visitors cars. Just horrible. Hallways and floors are filthy! it's 20 thousand residents but only 1 pool out of 4 are actually open. They have a pool for kids but every weekend the adult pool is packed with loud --- kids.

Love the community. Great staff and great finishes in the apartments. Maintenance is always on point. Pools and gyms are amazing. Parking is never and issue. They have food truck Fridays ans is a very family oriented event.

I came and did a tour I absolutely loved the apartment and community I'm just concerned weather I will get approved or not because my credit is not great but I make enough money. I wish there was a different process in play

It's been okay overall. Was excellent when I initially moved in. The maintenance of the grounds has deteriorated over the past year. The grounds are not as clean as they used to be and staff does not respond timely to requests for service.

Moving here was such a great experience. its very quiet & calm. I have friends & family who also move here and the quietness and beautiful yard, the pool is w=always so clean and nice to bring friends and family to enjoy. I'm often out working and never have to worry about anything when away. truly the best decision.

The community is very nice and comfortable, me and my daughter have been here for 2 years now and we have no complaints. She loves it here it's her home. Staff and maintenance is very fast with any issues and they take care of the property as if it's their own.

Has its Pros and cons but I am comfortable living here compared to competitors in the area. I have been here for almost 3 years but most likely won't move until I purchase my next home. I don't like the logistics at the gate and I wish they would put the tire threads at the gate so people don't come in the community through the exits

I've only been here for about 6 months and my only issue would be the unit right above mine i can literally hear their dog barking & people stomping, running & ect? which gets really frustrating at times. I haven't had any horrible interactions with any staff members as they are nice & helpful, esp maintenance responds to my requests pretty quickly.

Great apartment but it is severely overpriced. Parking is a headache because they don't enforce guest parking. Residents don't keep their dogs on leashes and they don't pick up after their pets. Apartments are beautiful but every year the rent increases are too much.

Nice looking community?apartment amenities are good?apartments are nice on inside?can be loud depending on the neighbors and people drive extremely fast though the community?lines are always long at the gate ?NO security even though your paying for it. People leave trash anywhere and don't clean behind their pets.

I have no complaints at this time only been here a year.I am adjusting to my new home . I think that the maintenance did act fast for the repairs needed and the service lace is nice and just have to make sure the hallways are kept clean

We really liked the apartment because the rooms are very spacious and the kitchen is well positioned and with the dispensing and washing machines, for the very good gyms and with plenty of parking and also with 2 swimming pools and leisure area

Overall the entire experience was a breeze. We were helped by Michael initially to begin the process and he made it as smooth as possible, processing our documents in a timely and efficient manner and emailing us regularly. The unit was clean, well lit, and all of the appliances worked fine.

The community is beautiful. They just need a better job on outside maintenance. Like cleanliness of the hallway, sidewalks and the lawns. The grass is dying in a lot of areas. And I don't understand the security system, because they have somebody sitting in a car in one spot, at times in the middle of the roadway while people are entering the property using the wrong way.
