It was great until I had the freak of my life. When the FBI woke up everybody leaving in the building with the grenade looking for somebody. We had no notes from the office after that to at least communicate about the disturbance.

I have lived here for 4 years and have been on this earth for 67 years I have never found a maintenance staff to be better than Mila they're courteous they are quick to respond they're happy to be there and they treat you very well quite amazing in today's times you won't find a nicer apartment with closet space as big or even your own laundry room in each apartment an actual room it's like living in a house it's very quiet and a great place to live

I love the layout of the apt complex. I love the trash pickup service. I love the size of the apt. The grounds could be cleaner. Often times the ground is dirty in the walkways. Need to be pressure washed more often. The grass needs to be cut in ALL areas?.

inside the apartment good, my problem is outside, garbage everywhere, people do not take care of the place, i understand the area is Big but I would like to see improvement in security, cleaning, education, many aspect to improve, I am thinking to stay if i really see changes.

It's generally a quiet community. If there is a problem with the unit, they will come and fix it right away. It is also conveniently located for access to the expressway. However, the rental fee is a little higher than others.

My only complaint about this luxurious apartment is that it is too expensive for me. Because we were a group of three, one of us relocated to Philadelphia. After that, this is a wonderful and clean place to live, and the maintenance staff is extremely helpful and nice.

The location is perfect but the gate sucks and maintenance doesn't do their job you have to literally have cameras to record any transactions instead of them helping to make your experience livable mind you this is supposed to be luxury apartments

Its a very nice community if only people take care of it, apartments are spacious i had a 3 bedroom and now in a one bedroom, the hallways need to be constantly cleaned people are just nasty, we have food trucks on Friday which is nice, pools are also nice only if parents take care of their children, location isn't bad its smack in the middle of Miami & Broward literally county line, rent is a bit high they don't consider old tenants whose like here for years they rather you move out, and charge the new tenants higher rent then keeping older tenants which I've never agreed. So just do your homework if you plan on renting here.

Mila Apartment homes exceeded my expectations. Mind you I was already well familiar with the community as both my daughter and my brother have separate units within in the community so I have visited many times however once you actually live here it instantly feels like home. Special thanks Lucia in the leasing office who made sure my application was processed in a timely fashion despite the holidays.

First moved in I loved it. Now it's getting worse as far as maintenance of the grounds. I believe it's the people I am around in the building. But also management is not enforcing the rules. My car has was broken into and there is dog poop everywhere

My experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The community offers a variety of apartment layouts, each well-designed and spacious. The interiors are modern, featuring updated appliances, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. So far so it's good. The stairs leading to the apartments can be cleaner. Other than that the apartment is very nice and clean. The complex is quite everyone is friendly. The amenities are great. The pools are very clean

I just moved in a week now only issue I face this far are the roaches in the apartment that I find to be disgusting. The trash people did not take my trash twice and I got a warning letter that I left my trash out after the required time but i5 was not emptied

Apartment complex is nice. Great amenities but, the only issues that I have experience is security. There's no enough security in the complex. There have been some car issues and some neightbors dont take care of the cleaning around. The office staff is rude. Maintenance associates are nice and polite.

The community or apartment complex isn't a bad place to live however my major concerns is regarding the security level. For a big community such as this I've only seen one roaming security guard to serve us as needed. Also an empty security guard booth posted at the front that serves no purpose. There should be a level of control as to who comes in and out of this complex and right now there isn't.

Overall it's a good community. The only downside is that all clubhouses are not available for use. They are used for storage. This is incredibly disappointing that the clubhouses are not available to the tenants. This is one of the reason I moved because I was told they would be open within 6 months.
