Clean and check the apartment before having new tenants move in. If the agent will be on vacation during the move in date, make sure another agent is able to do due experience wasn't good

I've lived at MiLa Apartments in North Miami Beach and overall it's a modern community with nice amenities like a clean pool, large gym, and regular social events, and maintenance usually responds within a couple of days when needed. However, parking and gate access can be frustrating, and some neighbors don't always keep common areas clean.

I only moved in my new apartment a few weeks now. I had minor issues which were resolved quickly and efficiently. Best complex ever. Staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Complex is clean including the gyms

Overall nice community but its not the same quality living as when we first moved in. Place has become more expensive with less upkeep. Stairwells are a nightmare. Owners do not pickup after their pets so its all over property grounds.

I've come to enjoy living at this community. I have extended my lease. I feel safe with the security patrolling and the double armed gate maintenance tends to follow up on placed work orders quickly and tend to the property to keep it looking nice.

Very nice place the live. Staff are always willing to assist and prompt with the service provided. Above all I love the security system.. always feel safe and most times the environment is very quiet.

Very disappointed on maintenance work The bathrooms continuously make mold. I wish I was getting what I was paying for because it's not worth the money. They make the exterior look nice however the interior is really not good

Nice and safe community. Improvement on responses and acknowledgement with service orders (repairs/issues), notification needed with date and time the personnel will come. Pest issues such as ants, spiders and wall caccoons/plaster bagworm. Other than that, this is the most nicest and better community since they do not allow subleasing and airbnb. Can accommodate all residents with their amenities and enough parking spaces even though it's first come first serve. Nice amenities.

A beautiful and very quiet community. It's a shame that sometimes there are noisy neighbors, and the office takes a while to resolve this issue. If it weren't for the noise from the apartments and the smell of marijuana in some areas, this place would be perfect.

Not great my tasks continuously get ignored but if I were to fix it myself there would be issues. I'm always promised someone will come no one comes. I moved into a unit bigger than my last and this unit has come with nothing but problems that maintenance isn't willing to fix even though these problem have come from them not doing proper inspections before moving us in!

stay away from Mila because they will surprise you with hidden fees. specifically when you tell them you moving out. they made me pay an extra month while I had already move out. they said I didn't tell them but my wife sent an e-mail 3 month before moving. they failed to process the request and they ask us tonpay for the extra month

I like the overall atmosphere of the complex. The maintenance is on par, I like that it is very quiet and clean. The outside space it provides gives way to walking or running comfortably and you can relax in the pool or go to the gym.

The maintenance staff is excellent and very professional, but the hallways are a serious issue: always stained and dirty. Management must urgently address the flooring?either repaint or install a better material. I've lived here for five years, and the situation has become unbearable.
