Is ok so far. We had a few issues but maintenance was good at attending to fix them. Marilyn at the office is kind as well with helping with info. But I need pets control here asap due to the bees please

Overall it's been okay living here the community is very nice the pools are nice very beautiful the rooms & closet is perfect the office staff is not so nice or friendly but the maintenance staff gets issues resolved pretty quickly.

living at Mila is fine, single or family, even though i think it i more of a family place - lots of kids - i wish you had one pool for the families with kids and one pool for [us, the single or no kids couples

Club house #3 pool is still closed and we were promised from the time we moved in that it would be open soon, that was over 4 years ago. Many false statements have been made. We are considering moving for this reason.

My experience

The community itself is very nice, with beautiful common areas and generally friendly neighbors. Unfortunately, the big downside is the complete lack of attention when there’s a problem to be solved. For over a year, I’ve dealt with an upstairs neighbor throwing cigarette butts, ashes, gum, and other trash onto my patio every week. I’ve submitted weekly photo and video evidence, sent multiple emails, and spoken in person with the office many times — yet nothing is ever done. Not once has management offered to clean up the mess or provide a permanent solution. It’s frustrating that such a nice place to live can be overshadowed by poor follow-up and a lack of responsiveness to residents’ concerns.

Mila is not a bad area to live in. We've been here since 2021?about four years now?and I've never had any issues with things like car break-ins or people trying to get into my place. It's a very safe neighborhood and a great community for raising kids. Everything you need is close by. If you're into fitness, there's a gym, a pool, and playgrounds for the kids. Overall, it's a solid place to live.

Wouldn't live here again, office staff is terrible, they don't keep hallways clean, no security except when they sit in there car at front gates to watch them but none actually wanted to ticket or tow cars even tho sign is posted

Being a neighborhood of mixed ethnicities, everyone is polite and helpful in most cases even with barriers of language we are respectful of each other. The staff are always helpful and attentive of tenants needs.

I just moved in about two weeks ago, and so far everything has gone smoothly. The leasing process was straightforward, and the staff was helpful and welcoming. My apartment was clean and move-in ready, and I love how quiet the community is. Neighbors seem friendly, and I feel safe here.
