When I searched this apartment it looked amazing to live in plus my daughter is named after this place just spelled different, so I thought it was cool! I love this place it just needs to be more respectful and the guard need to be stopping everybody that speeds not just the people they don't like. I love how it's so spaceful , beautiful, we got a pool , park for the kids all the good activities I love it just wish the managers and coworkers where more laid back! & respectful other then that I love it will recommend but also will be COMPLETELY HONEST.

Please please do not live here. This is coming from a resident of a couple of years and I wish I never lived here. I have never felt more unsafe in an apartment complex. There have been multiple gang related violence, shootings, and individuals speeding and almost hitting pedestrians here. Maintenance does not try to help you. Management blames residents rather than trying to help them. This place is a huge scam and tries to charge luxury rent and claim to be luxury apartments. Luxury apartments do not have a guard house with surveillance without ever having an actual guard. Luxury apartments also try to help their residents and have them feel safe. I cannot tell you how many times I have woken up to shootings, police sirens around my complex, and having some of my items stolen. Management and maintenance are careless and will walk into your apartment at all hours of the day, violating Florida law, and leaving your door unlocked. Want to sleep at night? Good luck. You’ll be woken up to police sirens or people screaming outside your apartment complex. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to my worse enemy. Please do not rent here.

I never had an issue living here, the community is quite I feel secure when I lock my door for the day. Maintenance comes and repairs anything if you put in a work order, if you know the garbage schedule they come and get it which is very convenient since I live on the third floor. Only thing the residents steal don't return packages if placed in the wrong mailbox by Usps and if food is delivered to the wrong door has happened to me twice so far.

Love the community and amenities. The front gate could use a security guard to help avoid traffic and improve security. It would be great if the movie theater could be open until midnight so that people have a chance to use it after work.

Has been a good community to live in since I arrived. Relatively quiet, nice ammenities. Something needs to be done about the speed people drive around the community, far too fast no consideration for people walking or children running about.

Run away while you can

Management is short and rude. The leasing office will only pick up your call if you hit 1 for leasing options. Shows they only care about money. Nicole Miller is running the place to the ground. Ever since Eric hasn’t been as present the place has garbage everywhere, crimes are visibly present every single day. If I were Robert Miller I would take Nicole out. Many residents have had to live throughout shootings and robberies. Security is honestly a joke. The trash valet is always late. There are chicken bones everywhere you go. I do not recommend for anyone.

Experience to date has been quite fine, with the exception of not having access to the amenities of the Club house and swimming pool closest to building 11. The turn around of new tenants appears to be high, not really a good sign.

I love it hear I truly do but the price of the apartment is getting to high some of my neighbors are telling me that they increased there rent by $300.00 that kind of high for 964 square feet they closet are kind of small for these prices. Plus know my fountain has been broken for 6 month the pool and gym behind by building that was suppose to open has not open yet and they said that it not going to happen any time soon. I hope they fix the fountain at lease but they don't have a date for that either.

Mila is a clean Apartment with amities to enjoy like pool,gym,volleyball court,kids play ground and more for your family to enjoy. It's also pet friendly. Have been there for over 5 years and I'm very comfortable being there. The area is very convenient with shopping areas banking school and lots more.

Clean, nice layout and amenities. Rent us high considering crime in surrounding neighborhood. Recently built, so all apartments interiors have new appliances and granite counter tops. Be wary of having packages delivered to your unit.

Nice community, nice amenities, nice staff. The interior is beautiful. My only issues are how thin the walls are & the garbage in the hallways. The walls are pretty thin. You can hear your neighbors talking, watching tv, listening to music & when you turn on your hot water you can hear the pipes in the wall. The community provides trash pick up but on those days the smell is horrible. Nothing you can really do about it. Also the community needs more security, my car has been broken into several times as well as many others. The rent is a bit much now at least for me in a 1/1.

The neighbors are dirty, I moved into roaches, and the leasing office is very much unpleasant, this one he's always so rude and assertive, normally towards the ------. It's just not what I thought, when moving in. I actually wish I would've searched a little harder. This isn't worth my money or what I had to go through to even move in.
