This was my second time moving here. I love the fact that it is a brand new apartment with updated appliances and full washer and dryer. The staff here are nice and I'm glad they welcomed me back. Thank you!

The community is nice and management is pretty efficient. Parking is terrible though. It's been overall a good experience living at MILA. Some neighbors don't follow the trash rules which can be annoying.

It is a beautiful, peaceful place to live in if you're looking for an apartment Mila is the one you were looking for . They got pool , gym , park for kids and also place you can walk with your pets , Make Mila your home

I have lived in Mila for over two years now. We have had our friends and families card towed because there's never any parking and visitors parking is far away from my apartment building. We had a leak after it rained two days in a row and there solution was just to clean the carpet and leave it wet. I was told to put the AC extremely high even though I had a new born in my apartment to help the rug dry. We have mold everywhere specially in the main closet. We had to throw away a lot of shoes and clothes because of it. We sent a lot of clothes to the dry cleaners which cost us a fortune. All they did was tell us clean it out and put a humidifier in the room. They never came to check up on it. I went to the office to speak with a manager but I couldn't meet with anyone because they were extremely busy with appointments because other residents had issues as well. I leave my information requesting a appointment and I don't get a call back or anything. I'm currently looking to move out.

Beautiful community management is awesome!! Would highly recommend! The only issue is the parking situation should be given more thought. space and parking is the only issue with this community other than that I'm happy living here!

The overall management team is professional. They are organized and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. I enjoy the pool and other amenities. I make full use of my garage. I look forward to management expanding parking, trash and car wash services.

Overall, I enjoy living in my apartment and the community. I love the amenities and the look of everything. Maintenance does great on any requests. I have had pleasant experiences with the staff in the office. I do wish that sometimes the staff was more knowledgeable about the community and the processes that need to take place.

The property is beautiful and spacious. I rent the bigger 3bedroom 2bath and it more than fits my family. The cleanliness of the inside and outside of the property was a big thing for me. The kitchen is huge and full of counter space. The community is so family oriented and comforting. Worth the money we're paying.

I had to be extremely on top of the leasing office to make sure things were done and in a timely manner. I was in the office almost everyday and without that I would've taken even longer to get a unit.

At first I loved it. Now I'm just here until I find a place I'm willing to move to. Community is no longer as clean as it once was. The quality of people they're letting in has declined. This is supposed to be a "Luxury Apartment Rental"

No parking . Maintenance is lazy and unprofessional that is when they do show up for your work order ! You pay 20$ extra a month for them to pick up the trash and they come whenever trash is often left out until next morning

My experience at MILA Aprtments thus far has been nothing but amazing. The staff are very helpful and professional. The complex is very quiet, clean, and safe. Let's not mention the amenities they offer...Amazing! I would recommend anyone to reside at MILA Apartments.

Beware of this apartment. The office has new staff every week, and most of them don't know what they are doing. They are really lazy. They steal your packages. I left and i had packages delivered to my old apartment, i sent proof that it was delivered everyone denied ever having received the packages. I don't know who is lying. Also don't expect to get your deposit back.

The move - in date was supposed to be 15th of month and they didn't have it ready for a week after. I had to pay for a hotel. I was notified that it wouldn't be ready the day we went to move in. A roommate of mine moved 1000 miles and had to stay in a hotel due to the poor timing and communication.

We have been with the community for almost 5 years and we do like it. Its mostly quite, with the occasional noise issue if someone is up really late. We have had a car break in happen in the community, but afterwards we noticed that security was stepped up and have no had aything happen recently. The only complaint I would have is that no one sits in the front gate entrance or back to check guest ID's for security.

Community staff changes often and new staff are not well informed. They do try to be helpful but some of them don't bother. To see the managers to address any concern is impossible. No response to email unless they need something from you. But overall the maintenance team is good and the community is quiet.

Honestly, Ive had an excellent experience at Mila, everything is clean, everything is super nice and the staff is very attentive! 100% would recommend. I really jhave no complaints. Me and my roomates are very pleased, and will be staying for a little while longer.

Beautiful community. Very quiet. Overall, the staff here are very nice and helpful. Units are a little pricey, however you pay for what you get. The amenities are amazing. The only thing that can be improved is the valet trash.
