The community is terry quiet for the most part , but you don't have access to the amenities t your leisure, especially if you work the same hours as the office staff. The second pool NEVER opened. Disappointed

This is a very nice community, perfectly clean and well maintained. We have resort quality facilities such as pool and gym areas. It is very safe environment and have a very good security force that is constantly watching for our safety

The complex and facilities are always kept well maintained and clean. I haven't had any issues with the community, which is considered with the noise levels, and response for service is quick. Great place to live.

I have leave in different apartments before, I can say this is the best apartment I leave in so far. The staff are amazing. I never have any problem with them. They always come whenever you call to fix anything around the apartment with no questions ask. I would recommend Mila to anyone who's looking for a great community to leave.

The community is awesome and in a great location but the rent for a 1/1 is pretty pricey especially with the whole coronavirus going on and people getting laid off from their job me in particularly. Last year my rent went up a whole 110 dollars which I found ridiculous and I only had two weeks to make a decision for if I wanted to stay or not which is definitely not enough time to find another apartment. If I can make one suggestion, if rent will be increased we should at least have a two months advance notice!

It's been great. I was the first person to move in to my unit as my building got the certificate of occupancy about 2 weeks before. Its great to have multiple options for cable/internet as I was not stuck with Xffinity. I will continue to live here until the day I buy a home.

Very nice community with modern features and amenities such as granite countertops. They also have garage bays available for rent. The biggest inconvenience and issue is parking as the only guest parking is at the front of the community near the office.

This is a very large community but it is maintained very well. If you are lucky to get a new apartment, that would be best. The apartment is nice, but it has some high end features mixed with cheap ones.

I love my neighbors and the community. People are friendly and willing to assist as needed. They always are quick to fix any issues regarding your apartment. They are very dog friendly. There is a nice gym and good pool area.

Love the fact it's always secure and the fact the highways are right there. The community is always clean. And your able to have packages on your door step when you come home and I love the online portal to check up updates.

So far, experience has not been the greatest although it looked very promising . The community/apartment complex looks beautiful and has a lot of amenities but here is where my problem begins: - In the office STEER CLEAR of a lady called Lucia. She is NOT friendly and approachable WHATSOEVER. She ALWAYS has an attitude and interrupts you when you are trying to explain something to her. She just cuts you off as she does NOT want to hear the rest of what you have to say. AS IF YOU were taking up all her precious time. -Pest control - INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!!!!! Save some money for you to spent out of pocket to prevent spiders be living in your place and maintain them away...

The rent increases tremendously every year but yet no extra amenities have been added. The value does not equal to the amount they are charging in rent. The office staff needs training on customer service skills.

Experience has been fair. However greatly disappointed by the upkeep of the property. Hallways and stairwells are not cleaned on a regular basis. I would like to see morr effort put towards cleaning and noise containment.

Not a bad place overall to call home... somewhat pet friendly but restrictions apply however they dont descriminate with size/weight like many other places do. The neighborhood has too much construction going on but otherwise not so bad community.

Nice community and great staff. Alot of amenities and the gym is updated as well. Plenty of parking and very friendly and quiet community. They need more maintenance staff on the weekends for cable/internet installations

Poorly managed. Community feels like a ------, thugs, drug dealers, cars are being broken into, a car got stollen here by thugs who can just enter the gate onse the cars are getting in since there are no security! People are driving like crazy and hitting other cars. I witnessed thugs drug dealers making a deal in the bushes and running away while drugs are falling from their pockets! And the looks you get if you don't look ------ enough are scary! And the "security guards" are friends with the thugs here so don't count on them! People in the gym are putting their own loud music and it's scary to even look at them! Office team makes you feel like you've done something wrong and they are against you instead of helping. Don't forget the 100$ they are automatically adding to your rent without notifying you in advanced. Yes. Every year your rent will go up by 100$ no matter what!! They think it's park of Aventura while this is an actual developing ------ which is getting worse by the day. Not once my stuff were stolen. Pool and gym full with people that don't live here. I've also heard by people who know these area very well that there is a crime gang in the closest neighborhood Wich now is being spread and planting his roots in these neighborhood too! And the price?! 1800$ for 2 bedrooms!! Very expressive for NMB ------! Do yourself a favor and stay away!

Great COMMUNITY, but needs to be SECURITY at gate 24 hr and speed BUMPS, don't waste tell something happens.Secure your brand. I have grand kids that love to come to visit, but I'm concern about cars speeding and if it's not taken care it's just going to get worst even if there's no SECURITY at front gate, everyone notice the park police care that doesn't exist.

Been year for over a year. I love the beautiful scenery, the quietness, and the convenience of being near everything. Problems are handled quickly. I don't understand why the rent must go up but I guess that's everywhere in Miami. We were told toys must remove from balcony, which sucks. But besides that there's way more pros than cons.

In love with the community, the service provided by the leasing office, the gym, location and how comfortable and cozy my apartment feels. The only thing missing is elevators for all buildings and a little more detailed oriented pool area maintenance and pool cleanliness.
