My time living at Mila has been satisfying overall. Other than Not able to find any parking late at night, everything else has been a great experienced living here at Mila Apartments. Definitely will recommend this community to a friend.

Place is nice. I moved into the brand new buildings. Great amenities however my dishwasher doesn't work and it's brand new and cabinets are missing shelves installments. I sent in maintenance requests and am still waiting for someone to fix everything.

Mila is a great community. It is very diverse, quiet and overall beautiful. I have enjoyed the community since I moved here. The lake areas are perfect for night walks. They gym is well equipped for people who are trying to stay in shape. The pool area is beautiful and surprisingly rarely ever crowded.

The apartments and community is very beautiful but i think that the staff should work on penalties for those that litter or vandalize the premises. The gate to this complex has been broken since June 2020 and hasn't been fixed. The people who are in construction are leaving trash everywhere. Individuals that live in some of the buildings are also littering. We need to find a way to keep it beautiful as we live here.

When moving into this community back in 2017 I was thrilled. As the years have passed it has become more and more nightmarish to live here at MiLa. Loud music, trash everywhere, it's been a true nuisance. I no longer look forward to calling MiLa home.

A beautiful community, very convenient to most common places to eat, shop, etc. The only issue is the need to enforce the drug policy and individuals lack of sense to drive at higher speeds within the community. Overall, great amenities and gorgeous scenery.

So far the process has been great, from the moment we came to see the community until we decided to move in has been great. The units are new and very well maintained, the amenities are great and overall the price-product ratio is amazing. We live in peace, the common areas are maintained constantly at least before the coronavirus and overall we enjoy living at Mila

I love this community, I only believe it needs more maintenance, specially at the gym. Things are not fixed or replaced. But other than that I always enjoyed living here. It is close to a lot of places, accessible and close to highways

Currently my experience has been excellent, although the community is growing and parking is becoming a problem the community itself is really nice and peaceful I must say. The upkeep of the property is excellent.

Not complaining so far, any thing stop working, and you request service. Someone comes within the same day or next. Beautiful community. Only downside for me, I would of like thicker walls, feels like they're too thinned. A bit more soundproof walls would of been nice.

I live here for almost 5 months and I didn't have the opportunity to use the amenities that I pay for, if Corona is around ok there's nothing we can do, but why didn't they give us NO DISCOUNT on the rental?! I have no words for this.

I have only good things to say about team Mila. The apartment homes are spacious with top of the line tile, lighting, counters & appliances. The maintenance team responds to issues immediately & are very friendly. The office staff is friendly & very accommodating. The apartment prices are competitive to other however, you get so much more for the buck. The community is clean with very friendly neighbors. Security is over the top but that is needed in today's society. Most important, I feel safe when I come home. I am very great full for the amenities at Mila. COVID-19 change things but I was kept abreast of all the changes as they occurred onsite.

Great community for your family and very safe , great school and staffing is very that they pick up the garbage by the door . Love the pool and playground for the kids . Maintenance team very professional.

For the price being paid I am not receiving good customer service, blinds continuously falls, my door has a wide space at the bottom where bugs comes in and as soon as something touches the walls they get a black mark.

Only a few weeks but very satisfy at this complex. Area is clean and tidy. Gate is secure and works. Maintenance comes by fairly to get the job done. One of the best communities I have ever lived in. I like this place
