I love the community. The only issue is my neighbor plays loud music 7 am EVERY morning and I have called security and nothing has happened. Other than that My experience had been great. The staff is friendly and professional.

It didn't start off great. We had a huge pest issue and had to be relocated. Then our second unit wasn't ready ( cabinets weren't dry/finished ) so the paint got on stuff. Someone came to fix it and didn't they left it even more of a mess so now the cabinets look cloudy and no one has ever come to repair that.

Awful! Save your money

I’m not sure where to start. If you are middle class person you may NOT want to move around here. I’ve been stuck around Mila due to the ridiculous economy and not being able to afford to move but I think it’s important for me to save someone from this headache and horrible complex. They advertise as Luxury and that’s so false! If anything it’s predatory in the rent prices and they allow people with housing vochers such as section 8 to live around here and make regular middle class folk like myself pay the price for those who can’t afford it. For starters my rent is $3,100. We are surrounded by the hood! Additionally, the amenities that I have been charged for still is not fully opened! The stairs and neighbor is left filthy and don’t get me started on the appliances. The cheapest washer machine is placed in units. The washer is so bad that along with the $3100 I pay in rent a month, I pay an additional $30 a week to wash clothes at a near by laundry mat because they refuse to replace the washer. I could go on and on but I don’t have the bandwidth

The experience has been pleasant. The amenities truly provide a home feel to the overall complex. The pool is massive, which allows for many families to enjoy, and the gym has all the necessary equipment.

So far my experience living at MiLa has been great. The office staff is always friendly and kind. The Mila maintenance is great as well. The community itself is beautiful. I love that it's pet friendly too.

Security Deposit

I lived at Mila for 2 yrs and don't really have anything negative to say except they are rip offs. I left their apartment in immaculate condition when I moved out, so of course they had to find a reason to keep 35 percent of my deposit. When I moved in the apartment the appliances were already 3 years old and I did a written statement about the condition of their stove and no one reach out to me about it. I didn't think this would be a big issue until now. They're trying to charge me $250 for refurbishing a stove that was given to me in a bad condition. I sent them a depute via email whice included a picture of the stove I took a week after moving in via email, as requested. Of course no one replied, so I called the office. When I spoke to the person handling my account she lied about not having my signed document, then she stated that they have a copy, but it was dark. Obviously, she was making up some lies to keep my deposit which I'm still waiting for. It's been over a month and I haven't received a penny, and no one can tell me the status. I am very disappointed and would NOT recommend them to anyone. Be aware of the staff at MILA APT

The apartment was infested with roaches, the refrigerator had bugs in it. There was mold in the apartment. The fan in the bathroom was loud. The ceiling fan was broken. There was trash outside of the apartment. The windows were fix in a manner that it would not close and it was not easily detectable. I did not have access to the amenities for 5 days. I still do not have a mailbox key.

The rent is extremely high and is not worth it? when I first moved over to Mila it was reasonable than the rent jump up $600.00 more during the pandemic. I pay $2500 a month and can barely use the amenities in community. Both gyms and the pool be overly crowded and all the other amenities close when the office close which is a 5 pm. I will not be renewing my lease for the following year!

So far so good, my apartment was a little bit unattended, lack of maintenance, some small repairs were missing, and the quality construction (walls, doors, floor) materials look cheap and require lots of constant maintenance.

The Mila is overpriced. It's not secure and recieves frequent guest around the clock. People drive through exits or block residents from entering because the guest entailing line is very long. The rent increases dramatically year over year. They don't care about tenants only profit.

My experience here was a little rocky in the beginning with the pest problem when we moved in. But maintenance and pest control came in and rectified the issue. Since then it's been smooth sailing. Only other problem is the noise barrier between apartment levels.
