I enjoy living at Mila Apartments. As a health care provider, I am close to work. The complex has a nice gym and pool for comfort. Food trucks are also available every Friday. The Mila family also offers many ways for the community to engage. I love where I live.

Is very good and clear place to live, everything works perfectly the quiet is best part amenities are brand new we have great pool and very easy to park. I live here for 5 years no complaints at all.

3/2 floorplan is spacious. Amenties that anyone would want, granite countertops, espresso cabinets, deep sinks, stainless steel appliances && tile in the whole apartment. Community amenties are great as well, gated community, 2 full gyms, 3 pools (only 1 has been open), theater room, engaging/free activities for the community. I enjoy being apart of the community!

I'm having a wonderful experience in the community very relaxing at the water front. Very quit we love the combination of tenants. We are seniors we to see young parents and active kids it make us feel alive.

My experience so far is not so good. The stairs and the Hallways always dirty, it takes forever for maintenance to come and not fixing the issue. in order for them to clean stairs and the hallways we have to submit a request for maintenance to send someone to clean it.

I haven't fully experienced it but so far so good. I do like the fact that they have a water park and several community areas. However, feel free to stop by and check it out yourself. Plus, they have a movie room and a fitness center.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE
It is the worst experience of my life, I only lived 20 days, (After 10 days I asked to move because of the noise) and I had to move and they charged me a fine, the neighbor upstairs had two dogs which barked at all hours, they got up, the floor is ceramic and you can hear everything, in there was a noise coming from the dishwasher on the wall. I lived through hell, the hallways full of garbage, horrible smell, spiders in the apartments, lizards. children who knock on your door and run away, smell of marijuana. The manager doesn't resolve anything, and the person who helped me with whom I signed the Lease threw the phone at me and said that it wasn't her that I should talk to the manager. Please don't move to the apartment on Building 23, Apt 212, not until neighbors upstairs move. I paid US$4.368.00 Penalty.... I CAN'T BELIEVE, when the said that!

Excellent nothing of concern however just wondering when the second pool and kiddie pool. Everything Else is perfect . Maintenance staff thumbs up activities thumbs up. Overall it's nice community. Enjoy

Great so far except for times that dogs aren't on leashes especially at night. Other than that I've had a great experience. My neighbors are kind and considerate. I enjoy living here and would consider renewing my lease when the time comes.

Apartments are beautiful inside and maintenance is amazing and fast but hallways and common areas are dirty, non residents entering at all times, causing disturbances and overall customer service is not there.

My experience was great all my questions were answered. And the associate provided information I didn't even think of. In conclusion based on viewing the property and the helpful staff that I met. I would rent I this community.

Love the community the amenities are amazing I don't like that people walk their dogs without a leash and that the rent is super high the increase of 400 was a bit much at one time especially after a pandemic

Overall great experience, wish there was a pool area open for my minors that are younger than 10. Also wish the cost was more affordable than advertised. General are like the hallways and stairs need a paint job and to be kept clean! Also the exterior of my apartment needs to be pressure washed all around due to spider webs.

I was excited about the apartments until I encountered some of the shadiest, most unwelcoming, and laziest individuals who work there - Betty and William. Then, when I finally persuaded William to leave his chair and show me a unit (several were available), he presented one with a construction site in the back! I was extremely offended. I have six months' rent in cash upfront, a 760 credit score, and I make three times the rent. I also informed him that I can move in ASAP. It doesn't get much better than that, and he was just terrible, along with Betty.

It has dwindled a bit. It started off excellent to be honest. I really loved it here but as time has progressed it has become a poor experience. My first month or some someone broke into my car and stole my Ted Baker Sunglasses and my baby's shoes. It still didn't discourage me from enjoying the community but as I said, as the years have progressed the experience has declined overall. Neighbors let their dogs out unattended and they actually are aggressive toward myself and my child?other people as well. The timeliness of some of the requests are not great as well and the community doesn't work with you. I asked for consideration to lower the rent slightly being that I've been here for years and we are all struggling through a pandemic and they declined yet it's taken over a month to service my garage. I don't get why I need to be understanding of their plights but they aren't of the residents'.

Do not consider Mila apartments, Office is not honest, Community is not the best, surrounding neighborhoods are not good. Mila price is unfair compared to other apartments based on quality pf living etc.

I have lived in Mila for almost a year now and will definitely be renewing my lease! My one bedroom is spacious, kitchen is great, and overall love the community. The amenities are great and the staff is really helpful.

Poor security, there are Often cops in the community. Always teenagers and kids playing around in the gym. Too much trash left in wrong places. Multiple pools are closed and causes main pool to be too crowded.

It's a quiet, clean and modern community. If you get home past 7:30pm finding parking will be difficult. I recommend getting a garage or a reserved parking spot. The amenities in this community are A1
