my experience in this community has been very good, the maintenance staff is friendly and does their job very well and the leasing office care team always takes good care of you. the only complaint I have is that the hallways of the buildings are kept very dirty

Many areas of improving. Great design but management needs to work on the amenities availability around the community. Many of them are closed or being used for other purposes, but were offered to be ready when signing the lease contract. Almost 2 years have passed and they are still closed to the community, as well as the bbq grillers.

I like the community a lot ,and I think it has a lot to offer to renters, however I would like to see a lot more handicap parking available for people like myself and mother. After having a total knee replacement it was very difficult to park far away from the building and walk .that is my only complaint.

The community has good facilities and is located in a central part, with very good access roads. It is close to schools and shopping centers. It is safe, I have not had any problems. they also have quick maintenance responses

Apartamentos y comunidad muy bonitos en general, el staff de la oficina muy atentos ahora esta. Construyendo unos nuevos lugares que me parecen algo magn?ficos !! Lo ?nico en desacuerdo es el valor de la renta est? siendo demasiada elevada !! Pero en general le doy 5 estrellas ??

This community is the best, I'm happy here, is safe, the neighbors are so friendly, everything is close, the beach, shopping places, the I-95, schools, universities, the area is mix so I like it, full recommend this community

The complex is nice. However, living on the 1st floor is a nightmare when the people on top of you have no consideration for the time of day, they chose to make noise. Very annoying! I really wish this issue was addressed the first time we mentioned it to the office.

Staff assumed I knew all the paperwork required. One form was confusing to fill out, as a result, I wasted time and money. They do not show you the new apartment until you have signed. The model apartment looks really nice, great I would say. I got my apartment dirty. The stairs for the 2nd floor look that they have not been cleaned in months. A dead pigeon lies on the right side of the stairs. And there are old and dirty belongings from a renter outside the unit. I could smell the weed every time I got in or out of the parking lot. So I do not get all those guidelines this place have.

As of two day in my experience is not that good. The move in process was very rushed and still we haven't heard from maintenance about problems we are experiencing and that are affecting our apartment.

Too many suspicious behavior and persons.Lots of fights and quarrel is being experienced here. It's not a good community to raise kids because of the neighbors. Even in the middle of the night there are loud fights and outbursts. Too much to bare at times, worse the walls are paper thin.

At first moving in the community the staff was amazing and now the staff doesn't want to help with anything and the community is not the best. The parking is terrible if you're coming back home at a late time. Things has to get better i am very disappointed.

Since moving into the community my experience has been great. My neighbors are nice and their is many amenities to enjoy! There has not been any problems with parking and most of all I love the gated security!

Excellent ! I would recommend this residential to many people I personally know. Pls the only negativity is the maintenance people that take the garbage and the hallways are always not good looking that is why must of the time I enter to my apt from the balcony ??

My experience at Mila Apartment has been amazing so far. The property is well maintained and any issues that's reported is resolved right away. The security response is also amazing. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

Expensive every year rent goes up, this is the price of a mortgage! Only hope is assigned parking but you would have to pay for it. And more gym equipment would be nice or add another gym for such a large community. Appliances cheap

I love living here. The community is well maintained. Maintenance is more responsive than the office team. It is very family oriented. The gym should be opened 24 hours and the same for the swimming pool.

One month in already disappointed Stove is Stained - we told them and we were told that it was damaged by the previous renters . No discount was offered Now with pest control it has taken a month to settle in and still waiting for this last step

Pues me siento muy c?modo en el apartamento la comunidad es muy limpia y todo perfecto me gusta el gym, las calles el silencio entre apartamentos, o obviamente recomiendo el Mila apart siempre es lo mejor

Hasta ahora estoy viviendo pero ah? muchas cosas sin terminar y a?n as? cobran cara la renta; te cambian valores cuando ya ten?as otros y si no no te dan el apartamento aparte de todo dice una cosa en el contrato y Termina siendo otra que no cumplen

I really appreciate how proactive the management office is when there's an issue. In my building, the noise quality is minimal. The grounds are gorgeous and well kept. Really need speed bumps though. Tenants drive thru here at 30-45mph

Very private community overall not too noisy. Easily accessible for Uber and Lyft , have not had any major issues from Neighbours , turn over seems fairly high as I'm always seeing new neighbours . I like living here
