My experience renting here has been amazing. The application process was very easy and detailed about what I was getting. Upon moving in, my work orders got done within the day of or the following day. Karla at the front office is very nice and very quick to reply to her emails. The maintenance team is also very quick and thorough. I am so pleased to be living here!

Excellent place to live

I cant say enough good things about Northlake Park Apartments. From the moment I moved in, it has felt like home. The community is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and the apartments themselves are modern and spacious. One of the biggest highlights of living here is the incredible staff. The office team is simply the best they are always friendly, responsive, and go above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns. Also the real standouts are the maintenance staff James and Rocky. These two are phenomenal; they respond quickly to requests, tackle issues with skill, and always do it with a smile. Ive never felt so supported in an apartment complex. Whether its a maintenance fix or a leasing question, they are on top of it. If youre looking for a fantastic place to live, I highly recommend Northlake Park Apartments's an excellent place to call home!

I have lived at Northlake Park apartments for 4yrs already. It has been the best community I've ever lived in. It is very well kept, and just pleasant to walk around. Whenever I have guests they are impressed by how beautiful the landscape and the apartments are. Guests tend to be in disbelief of how big the one bedroom apartment I have now is and that it has an attached garage. I think the apartment is at a great location in Lake Nona, close to everything but not in the middle of the crazy traffic.

Nice community stuck attached to a busy major road, if you need to commute for work and it falls within the rush hour times traffic can get really bad. But if you don't need to go far then it should be manageable.

Overall, this community is a solid place to live. The apartments are well maintained, the grounds are generally clean, and the location is convenient to shopping and major roads. This is an ice community even though it's an older property it's very quiet it's convenient and I do appreciate the staff and all they do to try try to make it more comfortable. I love having attached garage I think that is a huge selling point for this community.

Love the place. Is it very accessible and convenient. Very quiet and peaceful. The amenities are good, the pool is small but enough to enjoy. Same thing with the gym. Overall, the place is good and I recommend.

This is a very much peacefull condo and personal is very nice and responsible. Schools are very good and walking distance for elementary level. There is an awesome walking trail and a park very close from the condo.

Maintenance

My air conditioner stopped working on Friday, along with the thermostat. I kept calling the emergency number for assistance. After the 4th call on Saturday, I was told they would not come until Monday because it is not an emergency. In the meantime, I am unable to open my windows and doors for breathable air due to medical issues. There are many other apartments in this area; save yourself and your health and move there. I have had so many issues since moving here, it's beyond disappointing

Beautiful neighborhood, great schools in the area. Close to a lot of different food options. Apartments are very spacious and cosy. The staff very kind , friendly and helpful. There is also a nice trail that goes by the lake .
