It's safe, perfect location. Delivery drivers get lost around here because it's hard to find the buildings. I feel like the apartments need to be updated and routinely maintained regardless of work order. Our grounds need an update, and we still experience a lot of water run off near 9250 from the rain which slopes down into the garage at times causing rotting to the sides of the garage. Also! My garage door has never been opened by key pad, and there is no alarm service (that's completely outdated). Cracks everywhere under balcony doors, front door, garage door- I'm always spraying with Ortho to prevent bugs from coming in.

The best community in the best part of Orlando.
Northlake Park is not an apartment complex, it’s a community. The townhome style apartments are beautiful and spacious and it blends in nicely with the upscale neighborhood. It’s close to excellent schools and the management is top notch. I’ve got almost six years of experience living there and I have always loved the Lake Nona Area. I would recommend Northlake Park to anyone who is looking for a wonderful place to call home.

Awesome Place To Live
Great Place to live quiet and very relaxing location in Lake Nona close to the airport and major highway. The staff is very friendly. love the fact that the pool was recently done and it looks super nice.

Welcome stag and property
I reached out to Northlake Park for a friend moving from out of town looking for apartment information. I received a quick response with lots of information, guiding me online to layouts of the available apartments. Edna welcomed us to come in to tour the complex and an apartment. She was very friendly and answered all of the many questions we had. The area is nice and the complex is quiet and nestled into a cute neighborhood. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking to live in Lake Nona area. Staff is nice and complex is clean and welcoming!

Good place to rent, office staff is great and so is maintenance. However rent keeps increasing. Edna is amazing and the main reason we rented here and continue to rent here. They recently hired new maintenance people and they are great too, John has been extremely helpful.

Edna was very helpful with the moving experience. I had a ton of questions and even had to change my lease to an earlier date and we were able to do it on the fly and transfer everything over to the new lease. Stellar support and super clean and well maintained community.

Northlake Park is a Community
I've lived at Northlake Park since I moved to Orlando in 2017 and I would not live anywhere else. In the world of apartment complexes, Northlake Park is a community. Nestled in a quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood, 5 minutes from 528 and 417 it's easy for me to get anywhere in the city and I absolutely love coming home. The management here is top notch and the maintenance people are true professionals. I would recommend our community to anyone. *(The dropdown menu for how long I've lived here only goes back to 2019, but I moved here in 2017)

Best management and maintenance professionals in the business. Always courteous, friendly, capable and thorough. I have lived here since 2017 and have always has good experiences with management and maintenance. I wouldn't live in an apartment anywhere else in Orlando.

It has been great up until the maintenance staff was completely changed with no cross training of the new members. The new roof work has left a mess months after work was completed with nails and insulation etc still being found.

Great community. Great staff. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Clean And well maintained. Beautiful lakes and trees. Great paths for exercise and walking your dogs. Family friendly neighborhood. Safe.

Great place
It’s been a great experience here at Northlake! I would highly recommend it. Maintenance response is very timely and the office staff is extremely helpful! I enjoy this location as it’s close to major highways and very close to major retail stores.

Edna Barrios was amazing! She helped us set up all our paperwork, insurance, etc. She even stayed in the office late to make sure we got our keys! We are so grateful for her! Post move in - she walked out through the remaining tasks and kept us on point. Smoothest move in ever.

Great experience. Near the YMCA and many beautiful areas to walk. Great neighbors. The staff and maintenance crew is excellent. When something breaks they come and fix it immediately. I would recommend this development to any of my friends.

Its a beautiful community and allowed us to be close to our sons school. We choose this community because they allowed big dogs and a cheaper option for short term rental which we needed because we are relocating. Overall a nice place to live.

The community is so nice. The apartments are very clean and laid out very well. Kitchens are spacious, even in the 1 bedroom, The community is well maintained. There are paths to walk, ride your bike and/or run & lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Super close to 528 & 417!
