I have really enjoyed living here. It's pretty quiet and the apartment itself is nice. There are assigned parking spots, and if you plan on having guests over, they may have a hard time finding a spot. The leasing office and maintenance is usually pretty quick about addressing any issues. My favorite thing here is the Northlake Park neighborhood. It's nice and shady and there's a walking trail that my dog and I really enjoy. A couple of improvements could be adding more dog waste stations and having a place where residents can recycle.

So far so good. It’s beautiful, quiet and has great amenities. I feel like I’m on a resort. There neighborhood is conveniently close by to all of the major stores and restaurants. I’m only 12 minutes feom the airport which is great. We love it here!

Being out of state, Edna made it extremely easy. She has been very helpful every step of the process. We are excited to start living in this beautiful community. This feels more like a home and not an apartment.

If this community were to have a 4 bedroom townhome I'd stay forever! Staff is awesome starting from Edna who is the sweetest person ever. Maintenance is always prompt to help you and the whole community is very well maintained. I love it here! Unfortunately at some point we'll need a bigger place.

Love the community. It's a nice, clean, quiet community. Family friendly oriented area. There are a lot of shops and restaurants in the area. This community is also pet friendly. Accesible to all major highways

I am not totally settled yet do to moving company issues. So far the community has been great. I have not had an opportunity to enjoy the gym or pool area. The location is great with easy access to most areas.

Just moved in but very friendly complex so far. Great for pets. Lovely grounds for dog walking. Quiet and quaint complex. Office staff great so far. We looked at lots of apartment complexes in area but loved the townhomes here.

This community is very peaceful and beautiful from the moment you drive in the complex. I feel extremely safe living here. The trees and walkways make it nice for strolls to all of the convenient eateries just minutes away. I love the area.

It is being a lot, we are already getting used to the location and we believe that it will be sensational mainly for our daughter / 12 years old, who will study at a nearby school. This will keep us calm as parents.

I have only lived in this community a week. I LOVE IT. Its clean, quiet and I LOVE THE POOL. The staff is amazing and made the move in very smooth. I highly recommend this community. Great restaurants in walking distance. ??

Nice place to call home. Community is always clean and well maintained. If there is a maintenance issue they respond promptly anytime day or night and have a sense of urgency. Staff has always been accommodating and respectful of my work schedule.

The staff at Northlake park is amazing, the complex is well maintained, and the location exceptional. We have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The community feels comfortable and safe. We have been pleasantly surprised with how quiet it is. The amenities are well maintained. The times when I submitted a work order the response and issue resolution was prompt. I would recommend this community to anyone looking to rent in Lake Nona!

I moved here for the school. The apartment is too expensive when the model are out dated. Closets are extremely small. There's no parking. There's no sense of community. I'm afraid for my kid to go out and play without me being right there the whole time.

I love it. I have wanted to move into these apartments and it is very quiet and the apartment has adequate space and I love that it has a garage. It was an excellent experience from the initial tour to move in day. I am very happy.

Exceptional with a high level of customer service and professionalism. Very quiet and family oriented. I love the peacefulness! I highly recommend Northlake Park apartment complex area to all, as this is the best complex I have lived in thus far. Thank you for Outstanding service.

Neighbors are very friendly and it a beautiful community. Having a Siberian Husky can make leasing a challenge but Aspen was welcomed with open arms! Again, the staff is amazing to work with and I would highly recommend this community.

My experience at this community is very good. The neighborhood and neighbors are friendly. The community is kept clean, the maintenance are friendly and attentative to you needs. The children can play, plenty areas for them to play and run around.

The staff is wonderful and kind! The apartments are spacious and well laid out! Love Northlake Park! Maintanance is always quick and efficient when needed. Neighbors seem to care about everyone around and promote safety!

I have never been as satisfied with any rental property as I am with Northlake Park. Office personnel are friendly. My encounters are usually with Edna, who is very approachable and very professional! The others in the office are also very professional but most of my encounters are with Edna.

It was a very good experience. I definitely recommend to my friends and family. The community it is very quiet and I feel very safe. It means a lot to me that they accepted my pet. The apartment it is very good as well.
