The Northlake Park Apartments are located in a lovely residential area. The complex is beautifully maintained. The management staff is very professional and courteous. I was able to complete the process and move in within 24hrs. Very grateful for their help and guidance throughout.

Great place to live, great maintenance team, office staff, cleanliness on outdoor spaces, close to everything you could possibly need except for Costco and IKEA, after that, everything is in the area, airport is just 8 to 10 minutes away.

It's a good community but in a year and a half there has been 3 police incidents, 2 shootings and a drug case so not sure how safe it is .its sad that things like that happens in a high end apartment complex

It's in a very beautiful area, convenient to all shopping. Weekends are usually fun packed activities for the entire family in the lake Nona area. Entire staff here at the complex are very accommodating and always available for questions, etc.. I have been here for almost 10 years and I can't imagine living anywhere else.

Staff rarely is in office, answers phone calls, and answers emails. Maitenance is mind blowingly incompetent. "Why's there batteries in your thermostat?" The other maitenance guy put them in there. The other guy returns to another call about the AC, "why's there no batteries in there." I mean come on are we serious!!!?

Can't get a tour

This place must be the best kept secret in the area; each time we try to tour, the appointment gets cancelled. One day Im just going to show up without an appointment. Why advertise available units. This place seemed perfect and would've like to call it home.

I had an unfortunate experience in this community. Repeatedly requested maintenance and the issues were never resolved. Then once the issue was unable to be resolved I was advised I must understand the community was built 20 years ago. Very unacceptable

Great place! Family oriented, quiet and safe. People are really nice in the office and the maintenance staff is amazing! Pool is nice and clean, so is the bbq area and love that it's pet friendly and there are a lot of furry ones around.

Beautifully kept. The management office are wonderful and very nice to work with. Maintenance staff are very nice and professional. If you do have an issue they usually get to you within 48hrs which is very nice, unless of course its an emergency and then they are there immediately.

This community is lacking amenities such as hot tub, sports courts, and trash pick up. Some of the apartments are outdated for the price and still have laminate and old carpet. Overall community is small and in a good location.

I have been happy with the apartment office staff and the maintenance staff; however, there isn't sufficient parking for guests or residence, there is no security, the pool area needs attention and should be bigger for the number of residence and the gym equipment needs to be repaired and upgraded.

Amazing place to live?quiet, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. We just moved in last month so it's too early to say. So far so good. We are happy with the staff and the apartment. We did hear that some kids were looking inside our Escalade window at 2 AM a couple nights ago. One of our neighbors told us he saw this going on which is concerning. The suv is too big to put inside the garage. Thank you

Property is very well kept. Maintenance is done very quickly and efficiently. Plenty of nearby restaurants, drugstores and within walking distance shopping. Very nice area to jog,walk or bike ride. Very safe area.

Okay I don't usually leave reviews but I had to leave this one. Rocky is just the BEST employee you've had since I've been living here. It's been almost 3 years that I live here and I have never seen someone that does its job so good. When I first moved here it was winter 2022, my house was freezing and the maintenance guy at that time said my house was too big and it wouldn't heat because of the size. The last 3 winters me and my family had to freeze in our house because I believed the size of the apartment was the problem. Until I called Rocky. He solved a 3 year old problem in 5 minutes. He does EVERYTHING so well done and so fast, always with a good humor, nice conversation and with a smile on his face, he has saved us so many times since he's started working here, he is very knowledgeable of his job and I truly hope he stays here and gets compensated for his hard work because he deserves it. I don't know if he will see this review but if he does THANK you!!!!! You're the best and we're glad that you've moved and works here :)
