I love the peacefully and clean environment that they have. I like that everybody Minds their own. The staff goes out of their way to keep happy. But the parking is limited if you have friends or family come over they will not find a parking spot and we'll have to park on the street and even there there's no parking space.

Awesome experience! Great staff, great community! It has been a wonderful stay so far here in the neighborhood. The builddings are well maintained and any request we may have, the girls at the off ie are more than willing to assist, as are the Maintenance personnel. Thank you!

I have been living at Northlake for about 3 years not and besides the usual apartment issues my stay here is amazing and I am only moving away because i need a large house and we have out grown the apartment. Any time i enter the office I see smiling faces and warm greetings. Edna is so sweet and always speaks to me and assists me in what I need, Aroua is just as sweet and that young lady has charm and charisma about her it would be hard not to rent from her. Shannon has always helped solve any issues that the other ladies in the office can not help with, Maintenance is always on point David does most of the work in my apartment and he is always so informative about the work he is doing. Great staff keep up the good work you guys sure do know how to pick your staff

Our relocating transition was seem less. With the assistance of the on site leasing team the out of state process worked. Ability to take a virtual tour of the facility and sign all documents online was very instrumental. Needless to say the city of Lake Nona Fl. and Northlake Apartments has been an excellent choice to call home.

Quiet, nice ,clean, safe neighborhood. Close to work shopping and 528 or 417.The pool is pretty and clean. I like the package area where deliveries arrive. The Front desk staff are courteous and helpful. The Maintenance Team on the Staff is responsible friendly and efficient.

Excellent, mainly due to Shannon the Property Manager, it is a quite neighborhood, the site is clean and well maintained. Not a lot more to say after only being there three months. Short term lease with expectation of being there another two to three months.

We never lived in a rental community, we were very surprised with the quality of life here. The staff is very friendly and proactive to our needs. The Landscape and amenities are well kept. Proximity to Airport and highways is Great! Love this community in Lake Nona.

I like it fine. Good location. Good walking area. Parking availability could be improved and enforcement of parking rules. Parking permits don't seem to make much difference to many of the residents and their guests. Sound proofing of apartments would also add to the quality of life in the complex.

This is a lovely property. Management is always helpful, but not overbearing. Maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner and are done correctly. This is a great community for a family.

Upon living here for over a year we have encountered many issues with appliances, especially the refrigerator/ice maker. Then there was the issue of the stove..which after much ado it was finally replaced. Washing machine had to be replaced also..when we moved in the toilet tank covers in all bathrooms were molded and just NASTY. The garbage disposal was a disgrace..I do believe they talked to their cleaning crew..I had a business for over 20+ years and did all types of cleaning..Garbage disposals are awful and full of bacteria...toilet tank covers mold..people don't get that water does cause mold..If you having breathing issue this is a double whammy. I love the area, grounds but feel they neglect grills as they are always dirty..One even had roaches...lived in a development for 10+ years with no issues..wonder why here!

Edna was the best. Made the transition from Pa to Fl a great experience. The property is quiet and clean. Big dogs are welcome which is rare. Always a doggie waste container close by. Close to major highways to make everything accessible.

I love living here. The community is a perfect location for everything you need to do in Orlando. The staff here treat you like a king and the community is kept in perfect condition at all times. The property mgmt is also very knowledgeable and has extremely high customer service skills. I have been here 9 years and never want to leave...Northlake Park is my home. Who would want to move away from all this?

Not bad. The community is nice and I think it's very pretty. However "luxury" is not what I would consider these. There aren't any lights in the living room or bedroom, zero storage. You can't hang your towel properly in the bathroom and there isn't even a porch! What they consider a porch.. is not a porch it's the front door. Nice place but they need to upgrade their apartments for sure.

My husband and I absolutely love living at Northlake Park. Shannon the property manager is extremely helpful and a main reason we are still living here. All office staff and maintenance staff are very nice and accommodating. I have no complaints. This property is so beautiful and is convenient to both main highways 417 and 528. Another great reason why we love our apartment is the attached garage. You will not be able to find any other complexes in the area that have an attached garage to a one bedroom apartment.

Apartments are in Lake Nona, a nice and expanding area of Orlando. They are situated in a neighborhood that has a YMCA, areas of private homes, and areas to walk. The apartments themselves have garages and don't have upstairs neighbors unless you have a 1 bedroom. They are older compared to other complexes in the area, but are very well soundproofed.
