These apartments feel more like a home than other apartment communities I have lived in because they are tucked into the beautiful neighborhood of Northlake Park. I love having a spacious and safe rental option within walking distance to my children's elementary school and local YMCA.

El ambiente y seguridad de esta comunidad es que lo que m?s me agrada adem?s del servicio que ofrecen el cual lo ofrecen con prontitud y calidad necesaria. Lo recomendar?a a cualquier persona que busque alquilar vivienda en ambiente tranquilo. Los alrededores y jardines son excelentes y le dan buen mantenimiento.

So far it's been good, but the dogs are a major problem, I see some dogs without leashes on, and there's been a dog that almost attacked me. So this issue does need to be addressed before people get hurt.

Beautiful apartments, great community, and excellent maintenance. So glad I moved here. The walking path is very pretty and nice. The pool is a comfortable temperature usually. The events are a whole lot of fun..

The community is 5 star. Staff and maintenance are always available. Requests are typically taken care of before the end of business the same day. Community is well maintained including grounds and amenities.

The staff is great. Shannon, Edna in the front office are always available to answer questions and solve any problems that arrive. David the maintenance guy is outstanding as well. Checked in and worked late to fix our AC unit.

Everyone is very friendly and always available when help is needed. Feels like a real community should! Don't hesitate to move here you will love it! We won't be leaving until we buy a home couple years from now :)

Very safe community. We love the size of the apartment and the layout is great. The neighborhood is beautiful and the landscaping is nice. The apartment itself is functional and has a lot of great features, like the high ceilings upstairs. Neighbors are nice and friendly. Very pricey.

The management staff (Mrs. Edna and Mrs. Shannon) are very friendly and accommodating. They always have time to say hello and answer any and all questions. The grounds have stayed clean and have been well kept throughout my time here. All of the neighbors I've had the pleasure of meeting are friendly and respectful of the close quarters of apartment living. The maintenance team (Sunil and David) have been "Johnny on the spot" when needed and are friendly and knowledgeable about repairs and services when needed. Will definitely continue to rent here until I decide when and where I would like to purchase a home at. Definitely look here if you are in the market for a new apartment!

Very good experience with leasing and maintenance staff. They are very responsive and helpful. Maintenance provides quick response and communicates at every step of the maintenance request. I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

The community was just as advertised on the internet. Moving in was easy and the staff are professional and they keep you involved. I have recommened the Northlake Apts to several friends. The social activities provided are fun and we look forward to them every year.

Very nice community, excellent school at walking distance.Also parks and spprts at the YMCA also at walking distance.There is a very nice community to raise children,lots of areas to do exercise.A lot of great outdoors with trees amd trails.A pharmacy and restaurants very near that is convinient to go walking.Also physicians and doctors offices and a Nemoirs clinic at walking distance. There is a great place to live and raise your children.Also there is a assisting living facility for the elders.100% would recommend to anyone who ask me.

The community is clean, serene, and one of the best in terms of management and maintenance. I've never experienced such rapid return of calls or attendance to any issue. The place is safe too. Neighbors are extraordinarily diverse and friendly.

I absolutely love this community. Northlake Parkway is part of a growing community. It is close to everything and the personnel that works there is very nice and professional. The townhouses are spacious.

It is a smaller community and I choose because of the wonderful grounds and how apartments have nice views and my area is very quiet which is such a blessing I love seeing ducks in the pond and deer pass at night. My favorite because It can be peaceful and I like that.

Great value, there is a nice community feel between the residents and the staff. The assigned school is excellent, with steady teacher communication and community events celebrating holidays and STEM fairs for kids to participate in STEM activities. They allow dogs! There is a nice jogging trail and green space to run around.

The experience has been great. The staff member Aroua was very helpful and supportive throughout the move in process. The location to the airport and shopping is perfect and the look and feel of the community is perfect.

Great community and neighbors. Would recommend it to anybody looking for an apartment in this area. Near good restaurants and stores. Near YMCA and parks. Great walking trail. Great pool and exercise facility.
