Nice quite community So far so good everyone seems friendly and nice. Staff has been very helpful. Only been living here a short few day's but my overall experience was great. Would definitely recommend this apartment community to friends and family.

I just move a few days ago. The maintenance order was resolve the next day. Areas are always clean. The community is very quiet. Near everything. Great location. Reserved parking is excellent. Neighbors welcome me to the community. Administration staff is excellent. So far so go.

It's very peaceful and secure I would definitely recommend the location everything works fine the move was easy and the people are friendly being that I just moved to Florida for the first time I've had a great experience

Love it ..... wonderful place to live, I've already invited my son and his family and they love it as well, those grand daughters of mine loves Ms. Edna, and as busy as she is still takes time to greet them with love, thanks Ms. Edna.

It has been pleasant living here. The walls are a little thin sometimes and that is expected of these style of dwellings. The vicinity of the Airport is convenient, yet the airplanes are seldomly herald. Overall, it has been good.

This community is clean, quiet, and very beautiful. There is easy access to many walking trails and parks, as well as awesome dining and retail options not too far away. Whenever we have issues regarding our apartment, the office always answers quickly and efficiently.

We have been living here for one year and really love the neighborhood. The Apartment is very spacious, well maintained, has new appliances, and staff team is very friendly! Also, they are pet friendly.

Property manager accused a rent paying resident of being an unauthorized resident then proceeded to threaten him with towing his car if he didn't move from in front of his apartment. Get from behind your desk Shannon and get to know your residents!

Nice place to live in for family, raise them. Everything is too far, no public transportation is a con, only pros is its next to airport and close to 417. Plenty of shopping and restaurants available to enjoy

I like it here. My issue is with heat generating to lower level. Its cold in the AM and the heat does not radiate to the lower bedroom or living room /kitchen. I wonder if something can be done about this. Otherwise its very nice besides dogs barking ar 6AM

The community is very safe and very well maintained. Many unique and well thought out interior layout designs to chose from. The exterior and landscaping are very well maintained and look beautiful. Located close to many shopping and dining choices. Also convenient access to airport and area attractions.

This is a great community with a helpful staff. The grounds and apartments are beautiful and it is very peaceful. I have always felt very safe living here. It is also very close to shopping, restaurants, salons and the airport.

Great place, I recommend it! The staff Is so courteous and helpful . The maintenance staff goes above and beyond as they address any requests timely and effectively. It is quiet and safe neighborhood.!

This place is perfect for families! Close to schools, shopping and plenty of outdoor space to run, walk or cycle. A rare gem in Orlando's Lake Nona! We feel very lucky to have found Northlake Park and look forward to many years as residents =0)

Great community and beautiful property! Best apartments in lake nona and we are now going to purchase a house nearby as it has been such a wonderful experience. WE love the family and pet friendly environment!

One of the best places I ever lived. I will recommend to anyone to move in .The pool area is very clean, and the green areas are very beautiful and is really close to the parks and airport . The people at the office are very nice.

I thoroughly enjoy the peaceful environment here. The walking/biking trail nearby is great. Great community feel and everyone is super friendly. Feel like I made a good decision to move here. Everything is well taken care of including the nice landscaping!

So far so good! Lovely little community, nicely appointed apartments and townhomes. Quiet but convenient to all area shops, restaurants, points of interest. The staff has been great, incredibly helpful in getting me exactly the right unit.

Complex strives for a community feel by having cook outs, breakfasts and food trucks on site. I have heard issues about the gas BBQ grills not working, but have not experienced first hand.There are issues with dog owners not picking up after their dogs and dog owners let their dogs bark incessantly into the night.

Would not recommend living here, teenagers have taken over! Moved into a first floor apartment and the noise is unbelievable. We are a younger couple, not put off by loud noise, but the teens who live above us go in and out at all hours of the night with they're friends. During the day you'd never know what the place is like at night. Yelling and screaming, saying offensive things, talking about "F" this and "F" that. Last night they were yelling such vulgar things! I would recommend driving in at night before renting here. I am nervous to walk my dog because they get quiet and stare and me when I walk by them. I wish I knew this before I moved here.

Excelente comunidad y y ubicaci?n muy amable el servicio de sus secretarias y administraci?n la administradora muy amable y siempre . Queda muy cerca de carreteras principales como la 528 y 417 . Los shoppings muy cerca y las tiendas favoritas muy cerca tales como Walmart Walgreens y Publix

So far I have no complaints about the community. Everyone is overall friendly and others would like to know your entire family and taking inventory. But this has nothing to do with the management team but more with the actual tenants. I feel safe and secure in this community. I hope it remains this way. :)

Very nice place to enjoy my retirement years. It does need some better sound barriers between floors. It gets very noisy from 3pm to 8 pm but I do understand that children will be children running up & down the stairs........ But glad our bedroom is free of loud noises...........
