Being a transient complex, there really is not much sense of community. Most people keep to themselves. We like it here for it's location and convenience. The noise level is pretty bad: cars, motorcycles, planes. Thank you for windows!

Walls are paper thin. So if your neighbors are walking around alot or having happy time.. You will hear everything!!! I Sometimes need earplugs to sleep. Unfortunately this is not something that can be fixed. Its a permanent fixture.

Love the community, office staff and maintenance. My neighbors are lovely. Apartment campus is top class! I feel safe here and love the activities the complex provides. the pet community here is active and extremely friendly.

This is a very nice complex at a great location, 2 min from the highway, close to many convenience, grocery, restaurants and big box stores. Well maintained gym, sauna and pools. Staff is very polite and strives to help residents out. I really would like them to fix their tennis courts which are pretty unusable. Fellt quite safe at all times.

Great facilities in a wonderful location. The maintenance team is spot on and the office staff are pleasant and responsive. I enjoy the food trucks that come in on a weekly basis and the pool is super nice Great place to live.

I love this complex. We have minimal issues with maintenance. But when we do, our issues are resolved in a timely manner. It is great being able to use an app to make maintenance requests as well. Great company!

The staff is very helpful and when turned we turned in maintenance items they responded within a day. Very pricey, but I'm not in Kansas anymore lol. Overall very clean and spacious for an apartment. Printer was very easy to use.

Appliances and apartment maintenance needs updating since the property is over 10 years old. Realizing maintenance staff turnover has been an issue for quite a while, it's affecting the timeliness of service requests. The outside property is kept nice. Due to all of the pets residing in the community, power washing of buildings should be more frequent.

The experience overall has been pretty good except recently. The maintenance has been terrible. The washing machine has been broken for three weeks now and I still have not received any update or anything regarding when it is going to be complete.

I've been here for 10 years, but it's got to the point where I can't afford it anymore and I'm gonna move in with a relative. I've been extremely satisfied with the maintenance staff, particularly. If you have any problem at all, they're right there to help. I've always enjoyed living here.

It's been a good experience overall. The biggest challenge when moving in was the fact that I signed a lease for one apartment but was told later that the tenants changed their minds. I've been renting apartments for a long time now. The only way an apartment is made available is when the current tenants let management know they will not renew. After signing a lease agreement, it should not have been me that needed to make a change.

Epic at Gateway is a beautiful apartment complex with amazing amenities! We had a great time on our tour with Zachary and really felt that he worked hard to match what we were looking for in a home. From the gorgeous pool, to the amazing gym, to the scenic nature trail this place really has it all! We are strongly considering renting an apartment at Epic at Gateway.

Like all apartment communities, it has had some ups and downs. It is however, the cleanest community I've personally lived in. Maintenance had some issues with retention, but things seem to be better now. The management staff is pretty reasonable and respond to inquiries. The only thing that could be better there is if they put out more information more often about broken amenities. The dog stations are usually stocked and there are only a few bad owners who don't clean up after their pets. I plan to re-lease and don't see myself moving, as I really like the community and the overall experience I've had here.
