A truly lovely experience. I have lived in many apartment complexes and this is by far my favorite. The staff is great, Maintence is so quick and trustworthy, the community is kept very clean and has tons of amenities. The only down side is the cabanas and movie theatre room are extra costs to use. I highly recommend this apartment complex!

    It's a nice community. However it is overpriced Handfor my loyalty of renewing I was rewarded by having my rent raised $80 The pool is swimmable roughly 3 months of the year because the rest of the year it is too cold. I have had maintenance in my apartment countless times for the same damn things such as my dishwasher, my icemaker, how are in my kitchen, my crappy toilet seat which keeps breaking. You just fired the best person on your office staff this weekend. I'm most definitely not going to renew and will probably look to move out early if I can do it.

      Amenities and appartments are perfect. We love living here! Highly recommend. Whenever we have people over, they always get amazed by the community. I wish they sold the units because I wouldn't ask for more in a community.

        Overall, I like living here. Yoga, book club, wine night make it so you meet your neighbors. The people that work here are very nice. I wish the pool opened earlier, like 8 AM. The dishwasher has not worked since I moved in. The printer has not worked in over a week.

                This community provides excellent Customer service from day one! The office staff were pleasant, attentive, and always smiled. Maintenance completed tasks timely and with a pleasant approach as well. The community is beautiful and offers so much in recreation including a nail salon & massage parlor. An enjoyable home to live at!

                  Started out good but now it seems that "multiples" are moving into apartments. By that I mean extended family and friends when there should only be a limited number residing in the space. Parking is a real issue--no designated resident vs guest parking. And security--the gate is constantly open bc it's broken or whatever--anyone can walk, drive, bike onto the property.

                    From arranging the lease (remotely from over seas) to the walk thru and residing in the building the experience has been excellent. The apartments themselves are very nicely appointed and the staff is courteous and accessible.

                      Nice apartments, but just too expensive. For what I paid in rent, there should have been a guard at the gate. I sometimes felt people off the street had too much access to the pool and other common areas.

                        This is a great community to live in. Property is beautifully maintained and the amenities are above and beyond the average apartment complex. We regularly use the tennis courts and state of the art gym. The pool and hot tub are both luxurious and relaxing. It's also a perfectly central location in Pinellas County, close to the interstate and minutes away from down town St. Pete, Tampa, and the beaches.

                          Price is too higher compared to better apartments. Starting to feel unsafe with the gate always being broken and homeless people wondering around. Bulges in wall. Noisey above us. Maintenance has been here a few times to fix same thing.

                            Gate always broken. Pool unheated. Over priced. Charge for pets,garage and trash removal. On holidays and weekends there are a lot of visitors at the pool. Barbecues are not always clean.Maintenance is very slow to come with the excuse of saying we only have 1 guy.

                              The apartment is very nice. The only thing we have a major issue is the sprinklers. They spray the sidewalks, the cars and people. It's very unsettling when we leave our apartment and they are on that we need to have to try to avoid getting wet and it never works.

                                It has been nearly miserable, with the cable issue because of construction causing damage not allowing me to have a cable router in the location I wanted, initially a freezer door that would completely shut, causing frost on all the items within the freezer, a yet to be seen increased electric bill due to that, the leaking toilet previously mentioned and unseen water usage, the noise of late night upstairs residents who sound like they wear steel-toed army boots and work out in a weight room above our Master bedroom, a hopefully a better experience moving forward.

                                  The Epic is great. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the St. Pete area. The staff is wonderful and responsive, and the grounds are always in sterling condition. I've lived in a number of different properties all across the country and I can safely say that this has been my most positive experience as a renter.

                                    The apartment is ok but I have never never been pleased with customer service. Communication is a big problem. Just an example, they offered gift cards for signing the lease by certain date but many residents never saw those gift cards. False marketing.

                                        It is a nice gated apartment complex with nice walking areas. It has nice programs and amenities to use. It is a little pricey but the hardwood floors are great and so are the balcony spaces. The air conditioner and heavy appliances are nice and new.

                                          Office and maintenance are responsive. Community is quiet- I rarely hear my neighbors. Units are well-designed, nice neutral finishes. I appreciate having an elevator and valet trash! I would definitely recommend this property to others.

                                            I am very happy living at The Epic at Gateway Centre.It Quiet and our neighbors are very frindly,even those living in other buildings. They help me in the mailroom as I use a power wheel chair. Sometimes it difficult to pick up my mail when I drop it in drop it drop it to the floor. They pick it up for me,and help me get packages from the lockers. I am grateful for their help.

                                              Great unit, well maintained community, friendly staff, tons of amenities and activities, expensive but worth it. The only major complaint we have is that the security gates are always breaking and it sometimes takes weeks to get them fixed. This would not be as big of an issue if we had a guard in the security booth, but we do not have that either. Overall, a great place to live, and if they ever decided to make some of the units into condos, I would buy my unit.

                                                We agree that when the gates are damaged or malfunctioning, it is frustrating. Please know that we have two gate contractors (in case one is unable to service us immediately) and we submit the work order to them immediately when we know the gate is not working. Unfortunately sometimes between ordering parts and the time to get the contractor on site takes way longer than we would like. Interesting fact... because FL is a hot spot for lightning, a large portion of our "gate calls" are a result of lightning damaging the system. Unfortunately, if it hits us, it hits other gates and thusly puts the contractors behind unfortunately. I am glad that overall you really love living here.                                                 Look elsewhere. There's better places to overspend your money. We've had theft, drug problems, gates never work and now the expensive new landscaping is dying. We've lived here since it opened - it's always something! Office is slow to respond - if at all. If you have a need to call somewhere HOME, keep looking.

                                                  This could have been a great complex if better supervised and kept up. Important features that were promised when it opened have not happened. Everything is done cheaply and there is a definit personnel problem. Can't keep good, qualified, knowledgeable help in office or maintenance. Not concerned about issues that could be done to keep the complex clean and well-maintained. Office personnell doesn't care about residents who by paying high rent, pay their salary. Too many dogs that manage probably doesn't know are here, dog droppings everywhere, building foyers and hallways are not kept up and mold is beginning to be a problem.
