pretty clean, and a good place to live, the amenities are pretty good, the maintenance guys have a quick response and do the thing good the first time. everything is good living here, the club house is pretty good at the same that the gym

Nice size apartment and convenient layout. This is a very convenient location for access to shopping restaurants entertainment medical care and the interstate. Apartment is wheelchair accessible for front entrance room entrance bathroom entrance and closet entrance.

We love this community. Professional stuff, clean, spacious apartments, friendly neighbors. I think it's a great place for families with children. And the location is perfect for us. It's the best community we could find.

Epic at Gateway is a great place to live with spacious 1-3 bedroom apartments, garage and storage units, and other great amenities such as dog park, business office/clubhouse, pool, gym and walking trail. I especially enjoy the gym and sauna.

Great community, quiet, clean, nice amenities, close to everything, very safe. Renewed the lease once and will again if we do not purchase a home. Management responds quickly to concerns and maintenance is wonderful.

I have had several negative experiences with office staff at this apartment. There is no level of customer service, and the employees can be very rude when service is requested or questions are asked. I do not recommend this apartment community.

Epic is a great place to live. The grounds are well kept and the area is lovely. The apartments have beautiful layouts with all the necessary amenities. Maintenance staff are excellent and any needed repairs are taken care of quickly.

community has everything you would need to be comfortable and secured to live safely sometimes a little noisy depending on who your neighbor is living around you. Hallways are kept clean most of the time exception is when those little worms come around on the walls and into your apartment not very satisfied

Loved our floor plan. Very quiet building. Received prompt service in all requests. Feel very safe walking early morning with it being a gated complex. The grounds are beautiful with many outdoor areas that o enjoy.

The leasing office was Great in processing my lease agreement and answering all of the preliminary question we had without having the privilege of an in-person viewing. The maintenance people are just tremendous.

The apartments are large and there are several amenities such as pool, gym, dog park,etc. there are also several community activities which is unusual for an apartment complex. The staff is pleasant and helpful and the tenants are friendly.

Nice Facility Great Employees but not a lot of parking at times. Assigned parking 1 Spot Per Apartment and Better Gate System- Access at night is sketchy with people waiting until someone comes comes though resident gate to come in though guest. Also people waiting on gateway until someone comes in for them to drive in.

Fair at best, management is very weak. The property is not maintained or inspected regularly. When we first moved in it was nice but it is deteriorating. Maintenance is good, but the grounds crew is terrible, burnt grass, wilted flowers and a sprinkler system that floods the parking lot and it doesn't make it to the dead grass. How do you allow an outside contractor to cut grass on Saturday and get the clippings and dust and dirt all over tenants cars ? Cut grass, weed wack during the week when the bulk of the tenants are gone, its called common sense

Maintenance staff is top notch. Gym area is always well maintained. Pool area is clean and well maintained. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Location is great. Office staff responds quickly and efficiently.

Good amenities, management staff seems reasonable and has helped with anything I've needed. Maintenance staff has also been helpful with timely repairs. Overall it's a quiet neighborhood located behind a busy street.

i have had many items require attention since I have moved in but the maintenance staff respond very quickly to service requests. I have been here two months and have had to question my charges each month. first for a storage unit i do not have , second for electric connection which was connected prior to my move in but I was charged a delayed connection fee anyway.

I had been looking for an apartment near St Petersburg for months from hundreds of miles away. I selected this community because of the value, proximity to the beach, Tampa, and St Petersburg. I was pleasantly surprised that the description online matched. The amenities here are top notch for a reasonable price for the area. Two parking spaces per lease holder, in unit laundry, modern open space layout, tile floors, inexpensive pet monthly fee. I honestly feel like I'm on vacation instead of living here. It's a great value, the people are friendly and the gates on community offer a sense of security that is not available everywhere.

We recently moved into the Epic and chose this apartment complex because we love the location, the modern look of our apartment, and the modern look of the entire apartment complex. We are already using the communal amenities regularly - especially the pool and gym!

This is a quiet complex. It has a great nature trail. The leasing office has a professional staff . They have monthly events to have the tenants to actively engage and meet their neighbors. The location is the best in Pinellas County

Recently moved to Fl from North Carolina and after a horrible experience at another complex I was able to break my Lease there and move to Epic at gateway. It has been AMAZING here . Jessica has been absolutely GREAT And Very professional and has made my move a smooth transition. The complex is very quiet and well taken care of. I've also had the pleasure of working with Neforsini and she's been VERY helpful as well. If you're looking for a great maintained property with plenty of amenities, great staff, then Epic at Gateway is the place for you!

Close to Public transit, mature landscape, dog friendly and the people are very friendly. Office staff tries very hard to get the entire community engaged in events and submitting input on how to make the community better.
