Aside from the wonderful amenities and safety the complex provides, my apartment is modern and beautifully built. The floorpan and design makes me feel like one bedroom is huge and open. I love my floors and stainless steel appliances. I was quick to renew my one year lease without hesitation.

    I moved into this community just a couple months after they opened, intending to stay here for a while. It is almost 2 years later and i still enjoy living here. It sits off of the beaten path of the main highways which gives a peaceful environment. The amenities are good and they offer activities for the residents. The office staff are friendly and helpful. The layout of the apartments is nice and the kitchen is bigger than i had in my home. I look forward to participating in more of the community activities and staying here for several more years to come.

      Wonderful apartment with excellent service. The resort style pool is very well kept and clean. Any service requests that I have submitted have been completed within the day. Evelyn, the leasing agent, is wonderful and has always gone out of her way to help me out any way possible.

        A great community to live in. Very enjoyable to walk around the grounds, visit the ponds and their wildlife, sit on a bench and relax. Great pool, hot tub, and other shared amenities. Day to day living at its best!

          Wonderful place to live. Friendly people. Being a new development, there have been some growing pains, but things are getting better. Stephanie and the front office staff are friendly and pleasant to work with. The are always accommodating to any special needs we may have.

            I refer to this community as SNOBVLLE there a few nice people here but I find most people here don't talk to each other. I've had people visit me and say the same thing. I'm just happy to be leaving here and moving back up North this weather is not for me as well

              The apartment and appliances are relatively new and are aesthetically pleasing. The surrounding grounds are expansive and meticulously maintained. the trail is a very nice touch. The pool are is very accommodating. However, the tennis court nets were damaged in September, due to Hurricane Irma, and they have yet to be repaired or replaced. Also, I would suggest renting a top floor, since noise and vibration are everyday annoyances due to upstair neighbors walking across the floor. The maintenance staff is a big plus, offering excellent service.

                Nice complex and friendly staff. However staff needs to do a better job of policing people who do not clean up after their pets. Also, no 24 hour security as originally advertised and promised and there always seems to be issues withe the gate.

                  Thank you for the feedback & we are glad you enjoy living here. We utilize DNA tracking for when residents do not clean up after their pets. Unfortunately unless we see a violation of the rules, it is hard to police the situation (lots of pets are walked after hours when residents come home from work) but we do our best when on site, if we see deposits that have not been picked up, to get them tested and contact the resident associated with that pet in our system. I know it is not a 100% perfect solution, but we have seen an improvement, for sure. We brainstorm in our weekly staff meetings on ways to improve communication regarding things like this (i.e. via our newsletter) so we will definitely add this to the agenda this week!                   The apartments are nice, the grounds and common areas are well maintained. The only negative is the number of non resident visitors to the pool on weekends. The exercise room and coffee house is very convienient.Parking is good and plentiful.

                    We have had an OK experience at this apartment complex, I wouldn't say they do anything above and beyond any other complex but the amenities are nice however, it would be nice if the operating hours were extended.
