Good apartments - they look awesome. Maintenance is friendly and efficient but they don't always cover it and sometimes need to be called a few times. Management is friendly but they don't seem to be on the same page. Units are quiet and clean - our only issue on the first floor is Silverfish but they kind of come with Florida.

Clean with new amenities, quiet, and great neighbors and staff. The fact that garbage service is available is great. We are also renting a garage for one of our cars and extra storage of bigger items. Overall the experience has been wonderful.

We enjoy living here at Epic at Gateway. Always quiet, safe and secure. Nice walking grounds and amenities. Plenty of places to just "hang out" without having to leave the property. The apartments are spacious and meet our needs.

I have been living at The Epic since December 2015. Overall my experience here has been great. The office staff has always been very professional, friendly, and helpful. The maintenance staff responds quickly to maintenance emergencies after hours and general requests during normal business hours. Maintenance staff is always as professional, friendly, and helpful as the the office staff. My 2b/2b with screened patio first floor apartment is large with more than enough storage space for most people. The bedrooms are large and the kitchen is large as well. The community ammenities are awesome too (just wish the pool & hot tub remained open a little later). Some cons: if you live on any floor but the 4th floor, your upstairs neighbors will sound like a herd of elephants when they walk. Too many neighbors that leave their trash and cigarette butts in the breezeways and in the parking lots. I pay for a "non-smoking" building by the way. The recycling area is not emptied enough. I usually end up taking my recycling to county recycling areas when I go to work. The area behind the trash dumpster and recycling area is, more often than not, overrun with oversized trash items such as furniture and televisions. It looks horrible for such a nice property. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone that can afford to live here.

Great community, great management, great amenities! Couldn't ask for more. Been living here for a month love how spacious the place is. My only complaint is regarding how thin the floor/ceilings are. The sound from your above neighbor will bother you all day and likewise to your below neighbor. Otherwise the walls are thick and provide good sound proofing.

I love living here. The apartments are modern and beautiful and the community is very well maintained and quiet. Maintenance is very fast and the guys are so nice. Milton at the front office helped me from day one and still remembers my name, always says hi when I see him. Beautiful pool and nice gym, sauna is a plus. Best apartment complex I've lived in

My husband and I love living at the epic. The grounds are always kept in pristine condition and apartment units are modern with decent appliances. I was concerned about the noise level of living in an apartment, however, we have never had an issue-sometimes it's too quiet around here! The facilities are great, and the complex is very pet friendly. My only constructive criticism for the complex is the upkeep of the dog park and the types of community events that are hosted - always the same and appeal to the older residents. The epic is a great place to live with friendly staff and great amenities.

Initially the complex was very well maintained by the maintenance. The staff has changed a few times since we moved in. The care has gone down tremendously! Breezways are not cleaned. Garbage in Park lots.

Initially, it was great. Now, new management and new lawn maintenance has declined significantly. Sad to see a beautiful property take a downward turn. The rent goes up each year and the quality goes sad.

The apartment and staff exceed expectations. The price is high, airplanes path directly overhead, the Pinellas solid waste dump is within a mile, and there are nightly drag races behind the property, however The spa is gorgeous, the staff is friendly and the events are well planned. It is also very conveniently located for work.

The community is nice for the most part but you defintely pay for it. Living in this area I didn't think things would be so expensive! I've found other apartments even downtown st. Pete and Tampa for cheaper recently. Once lease is up I may consider moving but do like living outside of city. The other residents are nice and for the most part it's quiet living here. Upstairs neighbors can be painfully loud at times

I have not lived here long however so far I am very pleased with the experience. There was an issue with my fridge and it was fixed within an hour or two which is amazing. Front office staff is always nice and welcoming, and overall the community is extremely clean. The design of my unit is well thought out and offers a lot of storage in the kitchen and bathroom, which is unusual for an apartment.

I have found the staff and community to be excellent.Evelyn has been wonderful.The amenities are great along with the people we have met in the community.We enjoyed Wine down night our first month here .Tge fitness center.The coffee shop and a great pet friendly community to walk our dog Bella.I use the fit bit they gave us upon moving in to walk her every day

Overall the experience at The Epic has been wonderful thus far. The staff and management has been wonderful to work with and very responsive. We love the atmosphere of the complex and the cleanliness of all buildings. I would strongly recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking to live in a peaceful and quiet apartment complex.

Excellent location (nice, quiet street) while still being close to Gandy and 275. Quick access to St. Pete (necessary for my work). Modern furnishings and design for a great price. Also has FiOS available which was very important to my for business.

This complex has not been a pleasant experience. LOUD neighbors, slamming doors, upstairs neighbors extremely loud until 1-2am. Grounds are trash filled. Ponds are trash filled. Dog poop not cleaned up by grounds maintenance.

I love this community, I wish the pool house was available to rent though. The only issue I have is the coffee maker sometimes has issues and the elevators and halls need to be cleaned more often and that to me is a little picky but should be done

Family oriented great Neighbors diverse I love the fact that they have events here to bring the community together they are able to keep everyone as diverse as it is connected if it's through tennis courts swimming pool or events that the office has for us

Nice amenities but management needs to retrain staff on customer service, communication and follow up/follow through skills. Staff takes resident questions/concerns with a smile but then consistently fails to follow up and follow through to accomplish the task at hand. Resident is generally left waiting and often must make multiple subsequent requests.
