This is an excellent community, in which we feel safe and surrounded by people who wants to maintain a nice quality of life. The community ammenties are very nice, in which you can exercise and relax well within the community gates. The staff is very nice, always very professional and with great communication. I have been here for almost 3 years and have always been a great experience.

Great community with responsive staff and top notch maintenance team. Highly recommend. The grounds are very tidy and the community events and food truck nights really stand out in a sea of other apartments that don't go the extra mile like the staff at Epic does.

I've never felt compelled to write a positive review until living at Epic. I highly recommend this community to all. They handle maintenance requests quickly and efficiently. All of the staff are so kind and seem to genuinely care. They put a lot of effort into fostering a good community environment and it's greatly appreciated!

The current Manager, Vanessa, is terrible, dismissive, condescending, and will not address your issues, even if they were brought up, before moving in. We had to go to the office 6 times, and not even maintenance had been notified. Everytime you are greeted with a very displeased, annoyed attitude towards any of your concerns. The manager is a big problem.

Very nice complex so far we are quite happy here. Our home was destroyed during hurricane Helene. There was availability and they take pets. Zach was very patient with us as we navigated the application process.

Very nice and quiet community. They do a good job of keeping up on the grounds. Even after the hurricane, the clean up was really fast. I would say the only negative is wood floors are very pretty, but they are very sensitive and scuff/scratch easily. There's several different areas with different colors wood in the apartment.

This is a great living experience. The living space is great. The amenities are wonderful. The grounds are beautiful and quiet. The walking path is exceptional. The office staff is attentive and friendly. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and very good. I looked at a lot of apartment communities before choosing Epic at Gateway. I chose this place for the entire experience and I am so glad I did. I don't think there's another apartment complex out there that can compare with this one.

We just moved in but so far everyone we've encountered has been super friendly. We love our new place and I feel safe here. I chose this apartment over a couple other because I felt the price was a better value and I don't want to feel nickel and domed by a complex. We were displaced due to a hurricane and very grateful for the experience we had here with the leasing staff and being able to move in so quickly. I quickly developed a rapport with the new maintenance guy on staff who has also been super helpful

I have lived here about one year now and will complete my full review upon move out. The maintenance staff (especially new members) have been great and attentive, however some of the amenities due to negligent residents have been a hassle more than beneficial.

Such a wonderful and clean community. The amenaties are wonderful and the staff is great! They are on top of everything. I would recommend this apartment complex. The gym, pool and just the community in general are lovely and everything you would want in an apartment complex.

I enjoyed living here for the most part. Noise travels through the floor and ceiling more than it should. You can even hear the humming/vibration of the ceiling fans in use from the apartment below your own, which I find particularly annoying.

The experience is ok. Can't complain. The rent could be lower not really worth the price for the internal amenities (i.e French door refrig and stainless steel dish washer). There seem to be an issue with moisture as well. BTW, this is what happens when you put a character restriction on a survey... At first I had no bad remarks until I began to think of stuff to fulfill the character minimum...

If you're thinking about moving here, do it! Don't think any longer. The staff are exceptional and that includes office, maintenance and beyond. They are all professional, extremely helpful and always greet you on a first name basis so they are very personable. The community is very well kept and the amenities are unlike any other. There's always community engagements each month and very fun activities for the family. It's truly a family community. You will be very pleased with your decision to stay.

The community, amenities, office and maintenance staff, and neighbors have all been wonderful. The apartment also has a nice layout and the kitchen is very spacious; those are the pros. The cons: My apartment was a bit of a mess at move in and it's a bit loud though. There were about thirty rusty millipede corpses I had to vacuum up and I also had to put in about 5 maintenance requests on day 1. My shower also has mold staining and the drain is corroding so that wasn't a nice surprise. Also there is a fair amount dog poop stinking up some areas of the property, and the walls are thin, so living on the first floor, any time someone uses plumbing above me, it sounds like the ocean is outside my bedroom walls. All that being said, most of the cons are fixable and even if not, the pros outweighs them. I don't regret moving here. Just come see it for yourself.

Of all the neighboring apartment complexes, this place was the nicest. The grounds and amenities are similar to luxury hotels. Also, the staff here is extremely nice. I would definitely recommend this place. 10/10

It's a nice community with all its amenities but something is missing - events for the residents where we can all connect. The sense of community is just missing. I just hope management is into organizing on something that everyone can enjoy.

Community has always been so welcoming between the food trucks, the resident events as well as the amazing office staff. The abundance amount of amenities makes it to where you almost never have to leave :)

I had a wonderful experience with the maintenance staff while getting moved into my apartment, they were very helpful and prompt in resolving the issues found during my walkthrough. The only thing I can question is there were 2 drawers that were removed prior to me moving in that haven't been put back yet.
