Beautiful well maintained property, every one is so welcoming and helpful. The office staff Members are so accommodating. The amenities are amazing! Plenty of parking for the residents and guests. We love it here!

Prior to moving into the Epic of Gateway ; everyone in the leasing office were extremely helpful ! After being here now for 3 months the women still are so helpful . The community is kept prestige as well as inside the building besides the hounds. The maintenance men are very respectful and Johnny on the spot for any complaints . I feel that Anyone who would choose this community would be very satisfied at the Epic at Gateway.....

This community is outstanding. From the amenities to the staff and even the residents. I toured 7 other communities in the area and the value here was a cut above the rest. The move in was smooth and both the office staff, Manager and maintenance team were there to assist in every way. The decision to move here was definitely the right one!

Great location! Love the amenities and my family and I have enjoyed the apartment. My only complaint is how long it takes them to fix things that are broken in the common areas: fenced by pool took months to repair, grills took months, sauna took over a month, pool chairs were getting broken and finally we have new ones.

The staff in office were always attentive and made the move in process very smoothed. I worked mainly with Efrosini and she was excellent. The property is well maintained and looking forward to enjoying the amenities

Epic is a great place to live. The apartments are updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances with an open concept. The sales team and maintenance team do a great job in exceeding expectations. We love living here!

We have lived at Epic for almost two years and we love it here. The office and maintenance staff are so friendly to us and our dog, we have never had a problem. The grounds are kept nice and clean and we love the pool/grill area. We plan to stay here for at least another two years until we are ready to buy a home, so I can honestly say this will be the last home we will ever rent!

Just moved in. So far so good. Friendly community. Well kept. Dog park is awesome. Walking trails rock. Amenities are worth the higher rent I pay here. I'm very pleased with the finishes inside the apartment too. Looking forward to living here.

I've lived at the Epic for almost 15 months and this place is great! Vanessa and her staff at the office are great people. Any maintenance issue I've ever had has been taken care of the same day. The grounds are very well kept and you never see anything out of place around here. If we weren't building a home I would happily sign another lease. You don't find places like this often.

Honestly, this place is wonderful. With doing a virtual tour online, my girlfriend and I were a little skeptical of moving in here. However, as promised once we got here everything was a mirror image of the website. The floor plans are beautiful, the staff is great (maintenance too), amenities are pristine and the landscape is well maintained and makes this place feel very cozy. I am very satisfied with our move-in experience. If a good deal comes up, I wouldn't think twice about it!

The Epic is a. wonderful place too live. The staff is great things get done right away. Your questions are answered as soon as possible .The residents are friendly and your at the pool etc. people interact which is great.

One of the reasons we picked The Epic at Gateway was because it was pleasantly landscaped and sequestered off the busy, well traveled Gandy Blvd. You could not see the main road from our rental home and now, suddenly, we find that all the vegetation across the street has been leveled and building is going on. This has added to the noise factor and most certainly affected the air quality. The outdoor space in the open hallways of our building are most often dirty, even after power washing. People leave garbage and cigarette butts in the elevator and on the cement walkways. The laminate floors, which have been polished are meant to hide scratches and stains, but do not.

Not happy the apartment was dirty and not done properly for a move in. The apartment looks not well keeped. I will not be renewing my lease next year. I'm not feeling happy about it at all on how the appearance of the apartment looks

Great so far, leasing staff is super friendly and attentive. Jessica was awesome and we've only had a minor plumbing issue and it was fixed promptly. Only issue is someone is letting their dog poop on the sidewalk in front of our building and not cleaning up.....not cool!

Great to look at from a distance, but had many flaws once occupied. Ants, airplane traffic, and frequent maintenance to pool and gate system. Overall very average for what is considered luxury apartments!

At first the experience was troublesome as we moved into an apartment that had issues with the A/C handler. But the staff really helped us move I to another. Unit and we've been happy ever since ! Thank you for all the awesome work your guys do!

I have been living at The Epic for over 4 years love the amenities, convenient location to downtown Tampa, St petersburg, great shopping. All of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. What else can I ask for.

Great community to live. Apartments are super spacious and way larger than any other competing communities for the same price (one bedroom apartments are 1000sqft vs 600-700 in any other community). Location is also perfect. Many good restaurants, gas stations and shops around the area within a few minutes. It is also next to interstate with a fast commute to downtown St Pete or the Tampa airport. My only concern is the leasing office functionality. They are heavily understaffed...

I have resided here for over 3 years and it has been a great experience for me. The neighborhood is clean and quiet and I feel safe. The management staff has been pleasant and responds quickly to requests for assistance and service. There are a few small things that gives me pause but nothing too serious. Overall, for me this is a great place to live.

Everything went well and simply. I just moved in a few days ago and got through the process with relatively little stress. I was running late and they were able to make arrangements for me to pick up my keys beyond typical office hours.

The apartment is beautiful with modern features. We also love the amenities. The pool, spa, and gym are amenity items that we enjoy regularly. All of the staff has been very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this community!
