Very nice community. Great location. Beautiful pool and amenities, modern aoartment with a lot of room. Friendly residents. Need more staff to make sure apartment is in working before people move in, answer phones and assist residents instead of just potential residents.

    The apartment complex is conveniently located close to shopping and a short drive to downtown. Beautiful amenities, well maintenanced grounds and apartments! Quiet in the community! Great staff and maintenance crew!

      Poor solution from management when it comes to a complaint (loud neighbors) Only responded to my concern when a rude feedback was written in Facebook. Most likely I won't be renewing my lease nor recommend this place to a friend.

        Beautiful community with many amenities. Safe, secure and pet friendly. Staff is friendly and helpful. Young, professional, and acitve residents. Plenty of secure parking. Coffee bar, gym, and resort-style pool are awesome.

          We have only been here for 3 months but are enjoying the pool which is beautiful always clean, spacious, barbecues for grilling, The fitness center is perfect for our needs. We needed minor repair at unit and maintenance was quick!

            It has been horrible. WE have had mold since we moved in and it's taken 10 months to even get someone to listen and pretend to fix the problem. First came out and just painted over, then 6 months later drilled holes in wall and acted like it was our fault. So inconvenient!

              We have lived here for several months now. There have been ongoing issues with her gate system being left open day and night. Zero responsibility taken from management. Dog stations overflowing with dog poop and out of dog bags all the time. Not really happy with my experience moving in here. The leasing office emailed me a list of everybody's name and telephone number who has applied for this apartment. Just bad business practices in general. This place lacks a leader big time. Overall I would really not recommend any friends or family member to move here.

                Love the new place except I have already received a nastygram about valet trash. They apparently mistook the delivery of my new mattress for trash and warned me not to put boxes outside for pickup. Then i used a "heavy" bag of trash which was just some normal items thrown out. Now I know.

                  Do not rent from this community. They do not take care of the property the way they should. The gates are always broken and homeless people just wonder through the complex. The grass gets half way to your knees before it is cut and the companies they hire don't even cut half the grass. The dog park they mention as a perk is always a wreck; giant mud patches, broken equipment, poop everywhere, ant hills, etc. The staff is always changing an extremely incompetent. They can't do anything without running it up to corporate ladder. The apartments are nice but way overpriced.

                    Very nice, friendly people from the staff to the residents. I get quick responses from the office regarding any issues I have. There are so many amenities that i never have to leave the property! The only thing is I wish there was bike racks onsite.

                      We only have been here for a few days. The community seems to be nice and so are the staff. It is very close to many shops and major retailers. It also easy access to the interstate. You can get to the airport within 30 minutes tops.

                        i would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone the staff is horrible and very rude they have no communication with each other or maintenance they will quote you one price and you will always pay something different they always add in fees for something and fight you to take them off ( if they take them off) if something is broken it will take them weeks before they come out and look at it or to fix it and when they do they say " its supposed to be like this" they DO NOT answer phone calls or emails and they rarely return them the complex isn't safe there are men that will follow you at night(i have been followed multiple times ) when you are walking your dogs or from your car they also hide in the trees and bushes late at night the police are always out here on a call or looking for somebody it is not worth the money or stress its honestly scary to live here and i don't feel safe

                              The amenities are great, the apartments are above average and the staff is the best you'll find. Obviously, the apartment market is outrageously priced right now, but the price at Epic is in line with the Tampa Bay market.

                                I've only been here a few weeks but I love it so far. Ita taken me a little while to get well acquainted with the online portal but otherwise everyone has been really nice. I love my place and can't wait to get home everyday.                                   I have leased the apartment but haven't actually moved in yet. So far everything has gone well. Staff is friendly and helpful. I have not seen the apartment yet. Grounds look nice and amenities are great. Primary reason we choose to move here.

                                    It has been great until the last few months. I have not had the maintenance response I had before. Then when I went month to month after 2 years, my rent went up $600. It is not worth $1900 to stay here. I asked what it would be for 7 months and instead of calling me like I asked, I came by the next day at 4:30 PM to the office and no one had looked into it all day from the previous day. Then I was sent a contract for 7 months. THat is not what I wanted or asked for . I wanted to know what it would cost. I've decided to stay month to month and move out next month or in the next 45 days.

                                      When I chose the Epic, it was definitely an upscale, safe property. Stephanie, the PM at the time, was the best manager who took care of the property, was well-liked, and never belittled anyone. Over the past few years, there has been 100% turnover in both leasing staff in the office and the maintenance folks. To let one of the kindest, most polite people go (Evelyn) was a complete shock to all of the tenants here and it has really gone down here. Coffee shop is rarely open and operation. The lawn care is horrible now, averaging 6-7 inches weekly. The lawn service refuses to use any type of push mower (they did 2015-2017) and the property was well-maintained and looked great. The valet trash service is a joke (25/month fee that you cannot change) and yet I still have walk my garbage to dumpster because they refuse to take. Again, a service paid for monthly yet never done correctly if at all. The bottom line is that all of the things they sell you on to get you in (like an open coffee shop for workers at 7 in the morning with breakfast munchies, changing air filters, smoke alarm batteries, food trucks (they told me it was free included in rent but it's not), broken coffee makers constantly in the coffee shop, overgrown plants that block the intersection so it's difficult to see, broken fences, no speed limit requirements, and for the last thing...where is the security guard that was supposed to checking all cars entering in the front entrance (deceptive security for the community) and it was never used. I don't have a crystal ball but if the upper management people who actually make decisions don't change and improve their mission statement, this place will be low income housing in a year. So disappointed.

                                        There has been a few hiccups along the way with communication to maintenance as well as amenities that were advertised but not available. I also thought if you were paying for a 2 bed room apartment you would get 2 Fobs so that you would be able to keep one in the car to open the gate and one on your key chain to open up your door. I'm sure things will improve over time.

                                          Our experience at your apartment complex really looks great from the outside looking in. First problem we came across was that the rugs had dog urine and feces all over them they need to be changed out second we kept smelling something we didn't know what it was and had to fight to get a plumber to come out to take a look at it come to find out what we were smelling was the black mold. We're very not happy about what is happened and really want to talk to somebody in upper management about our whole experience with your company. We pay almost $2000 a month in rent and the service and communication and lack of communication and doing the right thing it just does not make any sense to me. I wish I would've looked on the BBB before I signed a lease with you guys. Now I feel that my health and my fianc?'s health and our dogs health is at risk with this mold problem

                                            My girlfriend and I just moved in on Saturday, April 16th 2018, and so far everything has been great. The apartment itself is gorgeous inside and out. It's clean, well laid out, spacious, and quiet. We're on the 4th floor in the Oasis model, so it comes with higher and vaulted ceilings in the main living area, which gives it a really classy look. I'll update this review if anything changes, but so far, we love living here.

                                              Our experience has been positive. We love our apartment and all its amenities. The staff is accommodating and helpful. I would suggest having once a week walk through for each building to ensure cleanliness. We have signed our third year to lease. We were disappointed that negotiations were not available for repeated leases.

                                                The apartment complex is nice and beautiful as is the apartment and community. The only thing that seems to be happening is our apartment itself has some issues. Our pantry shelves fell out of no where and our kitchen sink faucet continuously becomes lose.
