This community is a great place to live. If I ever have any problems, they are addressed and resolved within a reasonable time. Everything is well kept and maintained. I would highly recommend this community.

The Epic is well-maintained on both outside & inside. It has a very modern vibe to it, which fits its central location in between Tampa & downtown St Pete. Maintenance & Staff are always quick to get back to you, and are very personal & polite. I've lived in many apartments before & the Epic has definitely given me the best bang for my buck. Only issue I've had thus far is my dishwasher not being as effective as I'd hope, but it's a small sacrifice. 9/10 overall rating.

The apartments have beautiful finishes and are spacious but there a lot of homeless people around the community and it is right under the path of the airplanes taking off and landing, it's extremely loud!

The community is a great place to stay. All the staff is friendly and everybody is nice. It's one of the few properties with a hot tub and sauna which were major factors on us moving here. This community is very dog friendly which is a great thing for me. I honestly have no complaints about this place.

The management staff is helpful, professional and knowledgeable! Apartment was cleaned and in good condition with all appliances and furniture completed! The amenities are well maintained. The apparence of the building is good!

Great! Every time I have a maintenance request or work order, the maintenance guys are always kind, courteous, and so quick! Especially since they have been short staffed, they still make sure to get to all the request and do so quickly!

Maintenance will not respond to our request to fix our pantry. The shelves all fell out and cannot be put back up because the right side of the pantry has split away and left a huge gap. All of our groceries are sitting on our dining table and we have nowhere to eat our meals. Please fix our cabinet, it has been over 9 months.

Nice neighborhood with lots of amenities! Large dogs welcomed and very nice areas to walk your dog including a dog park! Apartments are nice size and have updated kitchens and bathrooms with in unit washer and dryers!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Epic. The present staff have done a great job in responding to any concerns that we have voiced. We absolutely love the locale and would be thrilled to find a small housing development, townhome and or condo to remain in this area.

I think this community is absolutely wonderful! From the start of moving in and being patient with my husband and I getting paperwork together. To working with us on getting the keys to us as we were moving from our of town to now I'm here and it's the quietest and most beautiful place I've ever lived. Seriously feel like I'm constantly on vacation! Plan on staying here for as long as I can!

Epic at Gateway is in a very central location. The apartments are beautiful with all the "bells and whistles" and the grounds are very well kept with nice trails and ponds to relax. The amenities are abundant and neighbors are friendly.

Lovely community, very clean. neighbors always very friendly as well as the maintenance staff. My packages can sit at my door for days and will be left untouched. The pool area is so beautiful and everyone is respectful.

I just moved in to the apartment a few days ago. I love the location, the cleanliness,amenities. Only issue was the person in the office just handed me the key and said have a nice day. No direction, no information,no nothing. I had to ask where the apartment was and she just pointed and said around the corner. not a very good first impression but I like the apartment.

This community is outstanding! The office staff is always responsive and courteous. Maintenance calls are handled quickly, Compared to other complexes in the area where I have rented, this is the best. I would highly recommend EPIC at Gateway to anyone looking for a great location, clean and well kept grounds and exceptional staff. In fact, I have a friend who moved here after I gave here a tour of the community.

This community is one of the best ones I've ever lived in. Its new and was built in 2015 and it shows. I'm a huge fan of how the buildings looked. Our last place had a very depressing color scheme whereas this place looks modern and bright. Everything is so clean and very well-maintained. The office staff is one of the nicest and most understanding group of folks I ever met. Only issue I would say is the gate maintenance but that isn't the communities fault. Residents and guests aren't supposed to tailgate but they do it and it messes with the gate. The front office and maintenance is very cordial when it comes to repairs.

Epic at Gateway has Resort like features in a central location. Easy access to Tampa, Bradenton and St Pete beach. Good clean community with many amenities and a great staff. Pet friendly environment that you will enjoy calling home.

We love the location because it is central to all the attractions of living in this area. The complex has excellent walking and green space for going outside and getting fresh air. We've found the residents here to be very friendly and have not had any problems with noise or rude behavior. Nothing is perfect but we've felt like this place is very close. It feels like a home to us now and when the time is right to buy it will be hard to leave.

One of my drawer at the kitchen was broken when I moved in. The property told me that they'll order me a new one but it took 3 months and all I got was my old broken drawer glued back together. The gate stays open 80% of the time I live here.

I enjoy living here and the amenities like the hot tub, nature trail, lake, gym, sauna. Staff is usually very nice and responsive. Maintenance is usually very good but have lately taken longer then expected to fix an issue

So far the staff has been so helpful. We've had some things not work right when we moved in (very common when moving into an apartment) and they have fixed them right away. The community here is quiet and very clean. It feels like living in a resort.

A bit costly but worth it with the amenities. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is top notch. Only downside is landscaping crew will wake you a few times a week and the noise level is difficult to deal with especially if you work from home.

Husband and I loved the community at first till our apartment flooded and took over two weeks to be restored. And it's still not totally complete. Just liveable. We are truly unhappy with the resolution
