I love the apartment complex it's clean, well maintained, and feels very welcoming. The management team is responsive and helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. Ive had such a great experience at Point at Southern Blvd! From the very beginning, the community has felt welcoming, well-maintained, and professionally managed. The amenities are always clean, the grounds are beautiful, and any questions Ive had have been handled quickly and efficiently. A special shoutout to Michelle, my leasing consultant she has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Michelle is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about the residents. She made everything smooth and stress-free, and her friendly attitude really stood out. Its clear she takes pride in what she does! I'd like to share that I recently moved in to a new community and the service was exceptional . Leasing office was responsive pit an extra effort to make it work on time and I do use the amenities its very nice the area is beautiful and quiet. Neighbors seem nice.

High quality management and great facilities. Rental agents are the best. Very helpful and eager to work through any problems. Maintenance is great. They have responded to every request within 24 hours. In fact, we had a problem with our refrigerator and it was replaced within two hours. The pool area is a highlight to the facility. Always clean and well taken care of. We use the grills often.

Very nice the first 2years - this recent year has been different - staff is nice but the new tenants seem like they are from a different tax bracket. The kids in this neighborhood are loud - they are also allowed to block the sidewalks with basketball hoops - not thrilled with how things are managed.

Post Breakup, New City, Amazing Welcome.

After a breakup and a move to a brand-new city, I was nervous about starting over, but Michelle made everything so easy. She was incredibly communicative, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me make this place feel like home. Her willingness to go above and beyond turned what could’ve been a stressful move into an amazing welcome. I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. I’ve had no issues with my unit & have loved using the gym & pool amenities. I feel comfortable & safe and have met some of the friendliest neighbors :)

The apartment complex is very appealing to the eye, and the grounds are well manicured. The fact that this is a gated community gives an extra sense of security in the home. The apartments are spacious, and the amenities are excellent. The only drawback is that both bathrooms have tubs it would be an excellent idea to make one a walk-in shower for the elderly or handicap. And master bathroom should have two sinks in it other than that it's a fantastic place to live.
