Fix the broken amenities (gym equipment, outside grills, outside tvs, fire pit) Consistent neighbor complaints need to be looked into and not brushed under the rug Upgraded security (night time security or cameras or a gate that doesn't allow cars to tailgate into the neighborhood)

This is a great community that is nearby the turnpike with close access to everything one needs. This community is also quiet and clean. It has some simple but great amenities. I would recommend living here to others.

This complex is extremely over priced for the value you get. Once you sign a lease they don't care about you at all. The gates are broken at least once or twice a month letting anyone in. The so called amenities are worn and again not worth the premium you'll be paying for them.

Clean recently-built complex. Lots of parking and the units are well-appointed. Vehicle noise can be high from the nearby highway depending on where you are in the complex but otherwise its been quiet so far.

I love this place! A really cool crossfit style gym , a coffee bar with delicious coffee for residents, lots of workspace for working remotely. Great amenities and nice units . So far everyone has been helpful and responsive.

The apartment complex is visually appealing, and the staff is friendly. Work orders are always responded to with a sense of urgency. There is never parking issues. The complex at first glance looks nice and it is, but the people in it like the neighbors keep themselves a lot. Living with a dog is complicated in this complex because there is no dog park and people NEVER pick up after themselves.

We love living here. Maintenance always responds within 1-2 days and are very nice. Sometimes the residents can be very disrespectful to the shared space which is the most disappointing part. Residents litter, don't pick up after their dogs and speed through the parking lots.

Since Greg has taken over as the manager the complex has improved by leaps and bounds. I rented this apartment sight unseen and at the beginning of my lease was incredibly unhappy with the behavior of some of the residents. There has to be rules that need to be followed in an apartment complex. Unfortunately, some of the residents think they should not have to be accountable for their behavior. I'm incredibly impressed with Greg and the improvements he has implemented. I wish we had security that monitored the complex 24/7. I also wish we had cameras throughout the parking lot. The speeding around building 6 is a disaster waiting to happen. Particular residents in the back will look straight at you when turning the corner and just punch the gas. I personally have almost been hit twice when walking my dog. That behavior is a great liability for everyone. I've complained numerous times. I really think the complex would benefit from speed bumps. In my opinion I think if the rules are broken there should be higher fines and if you continue to break the rules you forfeit your lease and right to live in the complex. Cameras would be beneficial to this community and security.

The place is beautiful, smoke free, safe and the schools in the area are five stars and as a mother all of this is very important to me, the staff is helpful and quick to respond to any concern or maintenance request. Some or the neighbors are dirty and careless, leaving garbage behind on the parking lot or anywhere and some neighbors with dogs don't pick up their pets poop; I wish the fine was $300.00 or more for not cleaning after their dogs and smokers should be fine with more severity for not respecting a smoke free place.
