Exactly what we’ve been looking for in an apartment!

Been living at The Point at Southern Blvd for almost a year now. Can say whole heartedly that our experience has been a great one! The complex is always kept so clean, the amenities are always in great condition, the people in the community are very respectful and polite, and the staff always displays a professional attitude. I myself utilize the gym as often as possible, the equipment is great, management makes sure that everything is working perfectly, and it's never too crowded to the point where machines are being used when needed. We have a puppy, and those who also have pets are always so friendly, make sure that they clean up after their furry companions, and keep the community as nice as possible. The Point is located in close proximity to great restaurants, many stores, and everything that the town of Wellington has to offer. Definitely would recommend moving into The Point for your next home!

We are unhappy with the lack of effort from the maintenance team. Our sliding door is still cracked from months ago letting out all of our air conditioning driving our electric bill sky high and they refuse to fix the frame. Our dishwasher leaves nasty thick white hard water on our dishes and no hard water softener has been installed and the problem was not resolved. They put a bandaid on things and respond with "it is what it is". Well it's not what it is when im paying astronomical prices

So far so good, but a bit overpriced, they try hard to be like a super luxury complex and they have an attitude that no one can afford to live there, and it's nothing special just a decent place. i bought a house and didnt have to provide so much personal sensitive information while applying here, i doubt that i will be renewing the lease

A great community and very clean, visitors always complement how nice the apartments and landscaping is compared to others in the surrounding area. The community is near many stores, restaurants and the highway for quick access to your favorite spots in town!

Not keeping up with amenities/ terrible management

I’ve lived at The Point of Southern Blvd for a while now, and it’s disappointing how poorly the property is managed despite the high rent and strict policies residents are expected to follow. One of the biggest issues is the complete lack of upkeep when it comes to amenities — especially the TVs in common areas. The TV by the pool has been broken for over a year, and nothing has been done to fix or replace it. The same goes for TVs in other areas that are supposed to enhance the living experience we pay for. What’s frustrating is that these amenities are clearly listed as part of what we’re paying for, yet the management treats maintenance like an afterthought. It’s unacceptable for things to remain broken this long, especially when residents are held to such a high standard with zero flexibility. If we’re being charged for these features, the least management can do is keep them in working order. To make matters worse, the staff has shown a consistent pattern of poor communication and unprofessionalism. Rather than handling situations with respect and clarity, they’ve resorted to accusing the wrong residents for issues without proper investigation even threatened with eviction. This kind of behavior creates a hostile environment and breaks down trust between management and tenants. If management expects residents to follow all rules to the letter, they need to lead by example — that includes maintaining the property, keeping promised amenities functional, and treating tenants with basic respect. Until that happens, this complex is falling short of what it claims to offer

I am not too crazy about this apartment. The security gate is terrible meaning anyone can follow someone in because gate has no arm bar and closes slowly. There is no personal parking spot so if it's full I have to park way down the road. My apartment has AC vent where I can smell my neighbors marijuana smoke through which is disgusting. The walls are very thin and I can hear the person above me using the bathroom. The valet trash person does not always come on the days they're supposed to. The water used when washing clothes leaves an odor on the clothes. The lawn people leaves dirt on my patio that I have to clean up.

I really enjoy living here. Great location to everywhere in Royal Palm Beach & Wellington. Easy access to West Palm Beach. Great neighbors & staff here. If I need anything the management is always there to help. Love how it's always beautiful here.

10/10 so not recommend this apartment complex. Ever since Panco has taken over there has been nothing but terrible maintenance and staffing. Wait until the other nearby apartments are built and move in there.

Living at the Point at Southern Blvd

Okay, here's a short, personal review including other amenities, without mentioning the kitchen or specific staff names: Living at The Point is great! I really enjoy having the resort-style pool and the 24-hour gym. The leasing and maintenance teams are super friendly and quick to help. Plus, being so close to shops and restaurants is really convenient. Definitely a good place to live!

I've ve been living at The Point at Southern Blvd since it opened in 2019, so I've had the chance to experience a few different shifts in the staff and maintenance teams over the years. I can confidently say that the current staff and maintenance crew are the best I've seen by far! When I first moved in, the leasing staff was helpful, but over time, I've noticed a real improvement in the overall professionalism and responsiveness of the team. The current staff is always friendly, efficient, and genuinely invested in making sure residents are comfortable. Whether it's answering emails quickly, following up on requests, or just offering a warm greeting, they've really created a more approachable and attentive environment than I experienced with the previous teams. The maintenance crew has also undergone some positive changes. While I've always had maintenance requests addressed in a timely manner, the current team is notably quicker and more thorough than before. They've always been respectful of my space, but the speed and quality of service I'm receiving now is far superior to previous experiences. From minor repairs to more complicated issues, the team now seems even more efficient, and I've never had to follow up on a request everythings handled in one visit. Overall, the current staff and maintenance crew have truly elevated my living experience at The Point at Southern Blvd. They're professional, friendly, and incredibly reliable, and their efforts have made living here feel even more like home. It's great to see how much they've improved the management and maintenance of the property over the years
