Very nice community, lovely amenities, resort style. Friendly and helpful staff. Such a great community to raise children, awesome play ground park. Beautiful grounds and friendly neighbors. Love it here.

Michelle was wonderful and very informative. She lives at the Point and Loves it!!!! The model apartments are beautiful and reasonable priced. The Amenities were adequate and the grounds were very well maintained. The Location is #1!

Maintenance and the management team make things easy. I've been here since 2020 and enjoy living here and the amenities provided. The ONLY downfall is that the walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors front door slamming, arguments, music and animals when sounds are heightened.

The community is very clean, smoke free, friendly staff, well maintained, ample parking, dog baggies in many places and clean up is never an issue. Gym is nice and has a sauna. The leasing office is amazing with a projector and great coffee. Great hours and communication from staff.

The community grounds, clubhouse and fitness center are all well maintained. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The Point provides ability to donate to causes such as food drives, holiday gift-giving to those in need; in addition to periodic discounts to surrounding businesses.

Amazing place to live!!

We have lived at the point for 3 years now and absolutely love it!! The pool is gorgeous, maintenance staff is quick and efficient! The office staff are very friendly and accommodating, Michelle in particular is such a pleasure! My 21 month old daughter absolutely adores her! Highly recommend living here if you are looking for a safe, friendly neighborhood!

We love it here

We have been living in the community for about 3 years and we LOVE it here! The management office is excellent, specially Michelle, she is the best of the best! Maintenance guys are also very efficient and nice, the community is well maintained and the apartments are beautiful!

Paradise within Paradise

I've been here at The Point at Southern Blvd just shortly after Grand Opening! And I can honestly say that this has been the best move of my life. Coming from many years of living downtown in high-rises, I was a bit unsure of the change. The Point at Southern Blvd has definitely stood up and stood out. If I could put it all in to one word. I would say that its: Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!

Great place to live!

Ive lived at the point at Southern Boulevard for almost 3 1/2 years. I love the pool and the fully equipped fitness center thats open for 24 hours. Responsive and friendly office and maintenance team. Location is close to everything you need!

Perfect place to live

Peaceful, safe, clean and spacious apartment!

Our time at The Point on Southern was wonderful during our 19 months in a pool side 1 bedroom apartment. There was plenty of close parking. It’s dog friendly and residents are respectful and courteous. No smoking policy was plus as we often sat on the balcony and went for long walks around the neighborhood. Michelle and Kevin were the best and helped us with packages delivered when we were out of town. Maintenance responded quickly to any issues that came up. I’m so happy we chose to rent at The Point and don’t know of any other places that even compare.

Best Experience Ever!

Michelle is a rock star! A huge thank you to Michelle and her team, who have been so accommodating and professional during our entire move in process! Questions are always welcomed and answered quickly. We moved in last week and it has been nothing but ease thanks to this amazing team. My experience has been good. Staff is always available to help if you need them. Only issue I would complain about is not spraying for bugs outside of the units and people not picking up after their dogs.

I just moved in but so far everything has been great! The apartment was in pristine condition when I moved in and Michelle at the leasing office was so helpful during the whole process. The external facilities are perfectly maintained and there is plenty of parking near my building. And the location is awesome!
