Great Experience with Excellent Support

We have lived at The Point at Southern Blvd for 9 months and our experience has been excellent. Ricardo in the leasing office made the application and move-in process seamless, even with us relocating from out of state. Maintenance has been quick and reliable with the few requests we have had, and the amenities on-site are a great perk. The only challenge was the time it took to replace the grills, but management kept us updated throughout and it seemed the delay was tied to supply issues. Overall, we have been very happy here.

Wonderfull three years

This is my third year in this apartment complex. It’s very clean and the staff are very helpful. I have two girls and feel very safe letting them walk around to go get the mail, get packages in the locker room or just go for a walk. The maintenance team fixes everything right away, even after an hour that I put in the order.

Amazing

I want to take a moment to recognize two people in my community who go above and beyond—Josh Roland and Michelle Lepore. Josh, from maintenance, is always reliable and quick to respond whenever something needs fixing in my apartment. He’s on time, professional, and makes sure everything is done right. Michelle, at the front desk, is extremely attentive and always willing to listen. She handles my concerns with care and communicates with management in a way that makes me feel supported. Together, they truly make living here a better experience, and I’m very grateful for all their help.

The most beautiful resort style apartment complex!

The Pointe at Southern Blvd. was my first home away from home. Before and after I moved in, Michelle and Greg welcomed me with open arms. They were so welcoming, genuine, and warm. The complex itself it breathtaking. My 2 years living there, I never got tired of the views. The amenities are 5 star. The gym and pool.. well the whole club house is a reason in itself to stay at the apartment complex. Also important to mention, you are in close proximity to grocery store, shopping plazas, and great restaurants. I am no longer in Florida but if I was, I would definitely choose the Point at Southern Blvd.!

A very nice place to live-they have great staff and it is in a good location. The Maintenance crew is awesome when it comes to repairs and most are fixed within 24 hours. Some of my neighbors have become new friends now.

The Point (A Great Place to Live)

I have lived at The Point for approximately 3 years. I have had a great experience. Between the upkeep of the grounds, the amenities, and the resident special events, not to mention the free daily coffee, it has been a pleasure being a resident here. The Staff is extremely courteous and know you by your first name. Which is pretty tough. But they do it. My favorite is the convenience of the gym which is open 24 hours a day. I highly recommend The Point and suggest anyone visit the complex to see for yourself. You'll be glad you did.

Great property and location!

Warm and Welcoming

I’ve been extremely impressed with this apartment community. The leasing and management staff are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about residents. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the amenities — from the pool and gym to package services — are top-notch. Great place to live

I really like living at the point at Southern Boulevard. I have lived here for six years and the grounds are always clean and immaculate. I love the central location between Wellington and Royal Palm Beach and the Turnpike. Our two bedroom apartment is spacious with modern facilities and very big closets, which I need. The pool area is beautiful and has artificial turf surrounding the lounge chairs and a big variety of chairs to sit on, and there is a pool table and outside grill. Staff are very friendly and just a phone call away. I have been wanting to do this review for a while because I feel that people should know.

Very happy with the pointe!

The Pointe at Southern Boulevard was the very first place I toured when I moved down here, and from the moment I walked in, I immediately knew this was where I wanted to live. The community is beautiful, the amenities are well-kept, and the atmosphere feels welcoming from the start. Me and my girlfriend have been calling this place home for 2 years and I must say this is one of best maintained residence I've stayed in. The property manager Is awesome! And I can't tell you how many times I've asked him about a minor problem and he always makes sure to address the issue asap, From the Fitness room to the Tennis courts since he's been here I haven't even noticed a snack wrapper on the ground. Which are the places where me and my girl spend the most time, Thank you so much Mr. Cruz and the rest of the staff for making The Pointe a great place to call home

The Point at Southern Blvd are beautiful luxury apartments. Michelle Lapore Denton has made our transition from moving out of our home of 25 years to our apartment at The Point at Southern Blvd so easy and seamless. The Point at Southern Blvd has wonderful amenities with a beautiful resort style pool & outdoor grilling and dining. Clubhouse and fitness center. 24 hour emergency maintenance, Beautiful floor plans and plenty of parking. Secure gated community. I love the planned social activities & pet friendly too.
