Great place to live. Everything is close by. Community quiet with lots of parking. Gym is clean pool is area very nice to entertain guests. Pet friendly and family friendly environment but great for singles as well.

Great community. Super safe, gated. Kids friendly. The only thing that inconvenient - no elevator ( for 2nd and 3rd floor residents). Pool is beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. Management has s super sweet, solve your problems as fast as possible. Money you pay for living is worth that.

The Point at Southern BLVD is absolutely beautiful! The apartments are modern and sleek as far as design and the Amenities are amazing! The community is close to everything! 10 out of 10 I highly recommend.

Beautiful community with excellent amenities! Staff is great to work with and are very welcoming. I would definitely recommend living here, 5 stars!!! It is very convenient to enter and exit and is located close to all your wants and needs

Move in experience was exceptional. Leasing agent was great to work with. The community has a lot of green space to walk as well as a beautiful pool. The interiors are new and beautiful. It is a beautiful community and kept clean.

Great community. Staff is great and property is always well maintained. Neighbors are friendly and community makes you feel safe with all the gate access. Would recommend to singles or a family. Renewed my lease once again.

Overall the apartment was mostly clean when first moved in but smelled very strongly of curry. Neighbors below are also heavy smokers which wafts Into the apartment. Walls are also very thin so you can hear everything.

Please see my notes already submitted. There are many over two years so would have to address each one separately. From damage to my doors, walls, etc each time they come in to do something, to never completing work orders property. I have photos and an entire list.

When ever I have submitted a maintenance request they are prompt and do a great job. It is always left clean and they really care about service. It is very well maintained in the apartment as well as the community.

It was an easy building to find, staff very knowledgeable and supportive there was no pressure from staff. The grounds are well kept. The pool area is beautiful the gym is updated and very clean. I would highly recommend this complex.

This community is very clean, whenever i have an issue it is always taken care of. The office staff is amazing and always gets back to me whenever i need assistance. I highly recommend this community to whoever is looking to move.

It is a lovely community that is very clean, quiet, and beautiful. I love living here and it's safe. The amenities are fantastic and the maintenance staff are helpful and prompt. I would absolutely recommend living here.

Nice community good staff just concerned about the rent increase it's a good value for what I pay now but depending on how much the increase is if it's feasible of staying at this location The only issue is the gate to end the property is normally broke more than it is fixed

Great! Maintenance does great work. The Office is always helpful too. Pool is very nice. But they do really need to fix the grill. Quite. Family place. Near to the airport and shopping stores and schools.

Great looking community. The staff are very friendly Knowledgeable and always available to help you with the leasing process or to assist you with Amy questions or concern. Michelle was my agent and I absolutely love her. I love the fact that this community it's on southern blvd and 5 minutes away from turnpike.

My family had felt welcomes from the first tour that we took. We have been part of this community shortly after opening to the public. We have been welcomed through good times and bad. The team has been patient in tough times. We plan to continue our living status for a long time.

Very nice and quiet. We Enjoy using the pool and gym. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We had a small leak by the air conditioning unit and staff and service were there the next morning to fix the leak in a time.

The property is new, clean and beautiful. It's located so close to restaurants and shops without feeling too busy. Michelle and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I'm glad we chose The Point on Southern Blvd to be our home away from home!!

This community has become our home from day one. Our building (15) is very quiet. We had the same neighbors ( one set) for 2 years and the ones below us are wonderful as well. Overall, we love where our home is situated.

The Point of Southern is a lovely community made up of numerous 2 & 3 story buildings built in the round. A beautiful pond is I. The center. People are nice, mature and responsible. The apts are well appointed, clean and sound proof. The balconies offer plenty of space to sit outside comfortably. You can't go wrong here.
