It is good besides the ants.. I never experienced that before. Also for the fact we live in a beautiful neighborhood and cant host a childs birthday party, babyshower, bridal etc. because of limitations with only two guest. This is the first neighborhood to do that. I feel like it is not ok and makes me consider having this be a permanent area to live.

Beautiful Community with excellent clubhouse and it's amenities. The tenants and office staff are wonderful people and very professional. The building is about 2 years old so the apartments are clean and in excellent condition. The maintenance guys are also very pleasant and efficient! I never want to leave here!

Terrible, maintenance, price for what you actually get! It's not luxury! All day on their community app the reports of package thefts gate never works! It takes a year to get things fixed! Think twice before selecting this community!

I've had an overall good experience. The apartment is nice as well as the community. It's right in the middle of everything which makes commuting to and from work and stores nice. The amenities are definitely worth it. Overall 10/10

This an overall great community. It has a wonderful pool, gym, secondary outdoor gathering center w/ fire pit, grills, dining area, etc. an indoor community center with fireplace, kitchen, cinema center. Both can be privately rented. It's safe and the grounds are clean.

Beautiful atmosphere, resort lifestyle living! Everyone please participate in keeping our community clean and exquisite. There's a peaceful and calmness surroundings, however keeping up certain areas are an issue grills clean, staircase clean, pet owners cleaning up after themselves Outdoor kitchen area. Our community is breathtaking everyone should work together to help it remain as such.

We have enjoyed our time here while waiting on our new home to be built. The office staff has been courteous and professional. The Maintenance staff has been extremely capable and all minor repairs have been made quickly and efficiently. The grounds have felt safe and secure. In our opinion, this was the best option for renting an apartment in Wellington and we feel we made the right choice.

This place is very poorly managed. It is supposed to be a gated community, but the entry system is the worst I have ever seen. One resident opens the gate and then ten cars follow through that were not able to get in on there own. The pool area is treated like a party zone with no respect for the other residents. Garbage left all over the place, broken glass around the pool, no one can clean the grills after they are finished. Management does nothing to address the problems. It could be a really nice place if the rules were actually enforced and they did something about the open gate policy. It is such an easy fix but the higher ups don't care

overall it has been decent, the new management is much better and I have seen improvements, I would like to see the pool area a little cleaner as far the cabana chairs, cabanas, and seating areas. I think a dog park area would be a great addition as well.

Very nice, love the people and the amenities. Everything is very well kept and it feels like you live in a fancy hotel! The apartments themselves are so nice. Big bathrooms, open floor plan. We love it here.

Nice place to live. Great location. Amenities are really nice. Experience with prior management was not as good. New management seems to be doing a better job so far in addressing maintenance request an keeping complex and amenities clean.

Very pleasant people, very well kept grounds. Clean buildings. Apartments should have medicine cabinets in the bathrooms that is the main disappointment, very narrow freezer space, otherwise very well laid out.

I have nothing good to say about this condo because they treat the tenants very badly and do not worry about fixing things in the house I personally have been 7 months with the broken dryer and they do not give me a solution and it is quite expensive the rent is more important to them. facade to fix what they have to fix in the tenants' houses I do not give it a single star because I am very disappointed and it is very sad because the place is very nice and cozy but for me the welfare of the tenants is a priority?.

The community is wonderful, the amenities are great, it's only sad that not everyone likes to keep the community at its best and doesn't take care of it. The halls could be a bit cleaner for the luxurious lifestyle they maintain in all the other areas
