The point@southern blvd is a great place to live. Shopping is conveniently located, the schools are the best, community, landscape is gorgeous. A 24hr fitness center. Minor drawback is no heated pool.

We absolutely love this place. The management and staff are professional and personable. The property is always clean and well maintained. We enjoy all the amenities that are provided, the pool area is always clean and plenty of lounge chairs as well as cabanas. If you have an issues maintenance is there less than 24 hrs. for the first time I can actually say that this complex has too many spaces for parking (lol) As for shopping or dining everything is within a mile - 2 mile radius. " we have pickle ball" ??

The community is beautiful however I wish there was a dog park. For it to be a pet friendly community, They provide pet waste stations but don't have a park for the pets to play, nor are they allowed to be off leash at any time.

Favourable so far I have only been here 24 hours. Staff has been very friendly and helped greatly I making my move very easy. Having to use a minimum of 200 characters in this response seems a little excessive.

Beginnings were hectic with previous management. Things are better now. The general upkeep is better now than it was. So, old reviews about that complex are not necessarily at the image of the actual reality nowadays. Don't be fooled.

The point at Southern Boulevard is a beautifully designed complex with great and spacious apartments. The landscaping is gorgeous and makes you feel like you're living on a resort, additionally the apartments are built sturdy and it's very quiet. Because the buildings are only three stories and are spread out so nicely, you always feel like you have your own and private dwelling space.

The management and maintenance staff are excellent, amenities offered are also very good, I find it to be a very safe community and the activities that offered are very nice, the only issue that I may have is the continued problematic situation with the main gate, it's often non operable

The community feels safe and spa like when you drive around the lake. The amenities are top notch. The staff are pleasant to deal with and provide great customer service. I have lived here for two years and have been pleased with every aspect of the community. It is a great location with easy access to the Turnpike and I-95.

Great, so far. Grounds are kept up. Their follow through is on point. Convenient location. Only one concern: Dumbster needs repairing, area needs to be cleaned and lighting should be sufficient. Happy with my residential living.

I have only been here for a week, but the move in process went very smooth. The apartment was clean and appeared brand new upon move in. The amenities including the gym and pool are both great. So far I am very impressed!

Great apartment complex! The complex is beautiful, and my apartment size is perfect. I love all of the amenities that are available for use. The location is also perfect - surrounded by so much to do, but still in a quiet, reserved area.

The staff is very professional but friendly. The grounds are beautiful and well maintaned. Maintenance staff is fast and efficient. The apartment is very nice with new stainless appliances. I like that the ground floor patio spaces are fairly private due to placement of landscaping.

Very positive! I have very much enjoyed living in this community. The only complaint would be the grill areas; as they sometimes are not working properly! I am not sure if I can afford next year, but if so, I will stay again!

It's a beautiful community, the pool area is well kept and clean. The club house is amazing but we have limited access to it. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly The grounds are well kept throughout the community
