Well appointed- clean community- friendly staff! Its close to many restaurants, shopping, and not to far to the airport. Its also 25 minutes to downtown West Pal Beach which is an added bonus with all that is there to do and see.

A luxury community in Wellington. It is expensive but everything is close. You can be safe and enjoy your life without any problems. The maintenance team is good workers, helping very fast. The leasing office is good.

Very clean, relaxing and safe community. Feels like I'm actually living in a resort. Staff are very professional and understanding. I have many things to do from the comfort of my home, either it's the pool, BBQ, volleyball and in the night a nice firepit.

The Point at Southern Point is a wonderful place to live in the few days we have been here. Everyone in the office is nice and answers all of our questions. In addition all of the other residents we have met have been very nice and welcoming to my wife and I.

Dangerous community, safety not guaranteed

I wanted to make sure I received my deposit first before leaving this review to inform future residents on how this property is ran. If you value you and your family’s personal safety, this is NOT the property for you. During the first few months that I first moved here, my packages were repeatedly stolen. So, I installed a door cam to monitor the activity. In December 2021 my camera captured what very visibly showed a resident on my floor approaching my front door and picking up my package then entering her home afterwards (all pictured below). Since I didn’t want to jump to conclusions, I wrote a note and left it on her door asking her to refrain from doing it again (pictured below). Once she read the note and realized that I caught what she did on camera, she lost it. For three weeks after the initial incident this resident came banging on my door, brought family and friends to the property to curse and threaten me through my door cam, involved other tenants in our building and continued to make threatening gestures at every possible chance almost every day for THREE WHOLE WEEKS (photo stills below). I captured all this behavior on camera and sent the videos to the leasing office and property manager. They were informed multiple times about what was going on and chose not to intervene and did nothing. The property manager, ---- -----, deliberately failed to inform me that the protocol of stopping said behavior was to file a police report so that the property legally had no choice but to intervene. He also proceeded to discourage me from involving police when I mentioned it due to his own personal bias and relationship with the tenant. I had to go over his head and reach out to his supervisor, the regional manager, in order to find out that to stop the behavior I had to involve the police, file police reports, then send them to leasing. I was finally informed of this two months after the initial incident and after the same tenant attempted to make contact with me AGAIN. He deliberately withheld this information to prevent me from escalating the situation further against the involved tenant. The management of this property only cares about money. You are one of many paychecks and that’s the extent of them caring about what goes on with you. I was treated like this after residing at this property for nearly 2 years with no late payments and no incidents. I’ve had to now move to another property in the area because my well being and overall safety is not valued whatsoever and that’s not a chance that I’m willing to take in a place as sacred as my home. Save yourself the frustration and find a community with management that actually wants to work, protects you, and truly cares about your well being because this is NOT it.

Great community with awesome amenities. The steam room is fantastic before work and after the gym. The pool is kept clean and there is always open seating available. Apartment units are quite for the most part with good neighbors. Have had a few small issues with apartment but maintenance is on top of things and respond quickly.

I absolutely love living here. Nice and quiet, great management & wonderful amenities. I do wish there was more access to the clubhouse for networking with other residents, events, theatre room, etc. but besides that it been great living here.

Recently under new management. Things that once were an issue have been being worked on. The community, when maintained, is very beautiful. Neighbors are very friendly and courteous. The amenities are not utilized often with the exception of the fitness center. They recently added more weights which is good since multiple people use the same weight so increasing the amount of dumbbells was appreciated.

The community was better taken care of when it first opened. Now that a new company has taken over it has the potential to be great again. Overall the community is quiet and the amenities are nice. It could do with some improvements/upkeep.

If I could give a review of my experience zero stars for the years since I’ve stayed at this property, I would. 1. Take your time to read the lower rated reviews to get a REAL depiction of what this community is like. The majority five star reviews were written by the staff. 2. This property has a HUGE insect problem. I would categorize it as an infestation. No matter how many times they sent pest control to my unit, they still poured in during the years I was here. Absolutely disgusting. Ants, beetles, silverfish the list goes on. 3. The benefit of living in a gated private community (and the cost that’s paid in rent) is not fully experienced because the gate is broken and stays open the majority of the time 4. The leasing staff is completely useless and if there’s anything you need assistance with, you’re going to have to figure it out yourself. Especially the property manager, ----. He avoids doing his job and will completely dismiss and downplay any issues that you’re experiencing. The saving grace in the staff are the maintenance men. Avoid this apartment complex! Not worth even a fraction of the prices that they’re charging and its poorly managed with terrible, rude, and incompetent staff.

The staff is very helpful and the quality of the apartment complex is top notch, best of all best. The lot is always clean and spacious for a family friendly atmosphere. Along with a pool and exercise facilities, the community offers peace of mind. No noise. And is a walk away from shopping facilities, grocery store, and gas station, plus restaurants. Oh yeah, and a private storage facility at an extra charge. The celebrity vocalist Tracy Chapman would call this HEAVEN IS A PLACE ON EARTH (at Panco Apartments of Wellington; and Royal Palm Beach).
