First the person that help us "Ricardo" was the best we applied and move in basically in a week an a half it was such a easy process the move in was extremely easy the amenities that the community has are gorgeous the pool and gym, is a really quiet community so I really like that

This is a very nice community. I like that it is pet-friendly here, and is a smoke-free community. It is close to shopping, banking etc. The neighbors are nice and tolerant of pets. There is not too much to complain about.

Great so far and looking forward to the remainder of the lease. The ability to have dogs near the grills and plenty of walking area for the dogs gives us a nice way to be able to create a nice family lifestyle.

Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have seen many communities that don't take the time to get to know their guests. I felt welcome here. The amenities are good and up to date. Really nice pool. So far it has been smoke free. Staff has been really helpful to ensure that.

The clubhouse is absolutely amazing for work, relaxing, working out, golfing, barbecue.. there's truly no competition. I work remote and love going for walks during the day and the views are amazing and the property is clean and safe.

This is actually my second time renting at this community. I rented here for the first time back in August of 2020 and lived here for about two years before I moved for more personal reasons. After a couple of months, my wife and I decided to move out and we checked back in here and the community was better than ever! The management is a really strong team and maintenance team is very attentive to every request put in. They've placed cameras at each gate to make sure they catch anyone who's coming in without permission or driving through the wrong gates (which was a big issue before, but it doesn't seem to be happening anymore!) Overall, very happy to have moved back in here. Everyone is very friendly and very quiet community!

I really love the aesthetics of the property and location. This location is what sold me as my favorite grocery stores are close by, as well as the beach and airport since I travel a lot. The community is pet friendly which was a requirement for me.

The community was better when we first moved in. The new ownership doesn't keep things as nice the property grounds are not kept up as nice constantly having problems with bird poop on my stairs has grills by us keep running out of gas or broken the garbage service is worthless leaves a mess and barely takes the trash. Refuses to take it when too heavy in which not heavy at all.

We moved in a few years ago and look forward to spending many more years here. This is a great place to reside and I thank the staff for keeping things up to great standards. When we moved in originally in 2020 the place was only partially occupied. Since that time I believe they are at about 80-90% capacity. With this influx of tenants the care of the facility has not waivered. There are always individuals who do not appreciate luxury living and do not grasp the concept of the standard required to maintain such levels of living. However, the staff at The Point of Southern makes every effort to ensure the complex remains beautiful and maintains its luxury status. The community of neighbors is welcoming and a joy to be around.
