Customer service in this community it's very special. They are very knowledgeable of their work. Place it's very quiet. Security very strong. Really don't hear any noise at all. Parking space it's really good for the renters or visiting people. Handicap Parking.

So far excellent, I loke it here very much . Grounds are well maintained. The office staff are very professional and are always willing to help and find solutions. If there whare any issues with your unit ,they immediately addresses them .

A very nice community, the staff is great. The actual community is very well kept, beautiful surroundings, and very safe as well. The apartment was in a great state before I entered. Overall, definitely would recommend.

Love it here the maintenance of the property is excellent. The only problem is that you can't have a party in the common areas in the community and no lights are allowed in the balcony. Other than that I have no complaints.

Michelle is the most amazing leasing agent anyone could ask, for she was very supportive and knowledgeable about the entire process of what it would take to get us into the apartment. She would always pick up the phone and communicate if she wasn't going to be available and she would have other team members assist us. I have so many great things to say about her. She is a lovely human being and really takes pride and what she does. We're very grateful and thankful for her.

All of the office and maintenance staff as far as I know are awesome people. I can't possibly say enough good things about them. Every maintenance issue or concern that I've had has been resolved quickly and efficiently. They're all extremely professional, but they're also genuinely good people as well.

The community is well kept and friendly. I have no complaints, I would recommend. The location is ideal, it's children and pet friendly. The landscaping is better than most communities. Trees and plants give it a more welcoming and less cold artificial feel like other locations.

Love the pool. Love the location. Quiet neighborhood. Not thrilled about the balcony restrictions. Hanging lights made the area look so nice. Maybe this will be revisited, especially with the holidays coming up.

Thus far my experience in this community has been wonderful, the workout room is extremely clean and well maintained. The pool is well maintained. The wi-fi is very convenient. I love the fact that door pickup of trash occurs five days a week.

We are in our third year of occupancy and continue to love our home and the neighbors we have come to know. It is a convenient location and the community of Royal Palm Beach is a plus in so many ways. Their parks are huge, plentiful and very well maintained. The management team for our apartment complex are very responsive, sincere and competent. We hope to make this community and complex our home for the foreseeable future.

Very nice apartments with awesome amenities and fantastic landscaping. Move in was simple with a few minor inconveniences. Inside cabinets were not cleaned and dishwasher broke upon arrival. Other than that, a beautiful place to live if you can afford to live. On the hirer side for rent.

Thus far in my first month of living here. Aside from the amazing amenities , the community overall is a nice, clean, and peaceful environment.
