A wonderful place to live

I've had a wonderful experience at The Point of Southern Blvd. The office staff here are incredibly awesome always welcoming, professional, and quick to help with any questions or needs. The maintenance team is just as impressive. They are prompt, thorough, and always friendly when taking care of requests. I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Josh from maintenance. He goes above and beyond every single time, and his professionalism and positive attitude truly make a difference. Its clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the quality of service he provides. Overall, the combination of an excellent office staff and a top-notch maintenance team makes living here a great experience. Highly recommend!

Great experience

I absolutely love living here! The property is always well-maintained, and the community feels very safe and welcoming. Hands down: best place to live

To truly explain how much I love living at this apartment complex, you would have to see the pictures. This apartment has everything, perfect walking areas, grilling area, playground for kids, the perfect amazing pool!!! The fitness room, the sauna, the safety, right down to the most compassionate front office staff! I absolutely love this place so much. Anytime I needed something fixed, there were there within minutes. Everyone is so nice and I have so many amazing neighbors where we grill out and just hang out every weekend. We are so close to Costco and all the yummy eats! Not to mention, it takes me 17 minutes to get to the best beaches!!! Come live here! Be my neighbor! Hang out with us! You would truly love it here. Young. Old. Families. It is perfect for everyone!!

Great Place to Live

We have been living here since 2020, and we love it! Although many new developments are being constructed around us, we have not seen any reason to relocate to any of them. The Point has an amazing maintenance crew that addresses any maintenance requests expeditiously. Michelle, Greg, and Kevin have always been kind and quick to resolve any issues we may encounter. The neighbors over the years have been courteous and have great energy, which is important to my husband and I because we moved to Florida to enjoy our future and live our best lives. The scenery is absolutely amazing, especially the pool area. We have quite literally everything we need here and more. Thank you to the entire staff for their contribution to making this community so efficient and always being there when we need them. We hope we continue to enjoy the luxury experience provided and would recommend living here to anyone who wishes to enjoy the same.

A+ community

I have been a resident since 2020 and continue to love living here. My BIG open balcony, spacious bedrooms and lots of kitchen cabinets are a few of my favorite things. The pool makes you feel like you are in a resort! The management team always goes above and beyond if I need assistance and the maintenance team is always responsive and friendly.

Awesome experience

[Incentivized Review] We walked in to see again Ricardo who has seen us over and over again, not once has he demonstrated a waste of my time attitude but every time we see him the treatment and understanding gets better, always smiling, joking and willing to help. Ricardo has always demonstrated hopes and desire to see us become residents that is why our experience and desire of becoming residents has increased to the point we feel this is the right move for our family. Exceptional living in a safe environment

We have been living here from since this place was open! Grateful for a safe and welcoming community! From the salt water pool, to the clean and efficient bathroom around the pool to the best sauna ever, this is the place to be! I absolutely love living at The Point! I’ve lived here since 2020 and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. I love how dog friendly the community is (and so does my pup). The staff in the office is incredible and the maintenance staff shows up immediately if there’s ever a problem. I couldn’t ask for a better community to live in! It’s well kept, and I always feel very safe!

Beautiful Community

Just moved in on Saturday. We cannot say too much on the amenities because we have not had a chance to use them yet. I am sure they will be great. They definitely look it! The management is extremely helpful. Always answering my questions. A special shout-out to Michelle. If it not been for her, not sure if we would have moved in. We are from out of state, and she went out of her way to take videos of everything as she was walking around the premises and then into our apartment. Because they were so detailed, we were able to make a decision based on them. She goes above and beyond to help out whatever we need. I ask a lot of questions and she is still as sweet as can be. When we arrived, the unit was super clean. The premises are kept immaculate. I know it has only been a week, but it seems like a great place!
