All good except 2+things a security light automaticity come on at dusk in the area behind my unit. The angle of this spot light shines all night in my living room, porch and bedroom. It it could be angled down to shine more on the open area between the building vs directly on my unit, it would be appreciated. Also, the common walkways and the open area behind my unit need to be cleaned and blown off more often.

My experience at this complex has been great, I would even say excellent, until the currant manager (-----) took over. Since then my experience has been poor at best. The problem has not been with the complex or grounds itself. The problem has been with the disrespectful and discriminatory behavior towards me personally my ----- and some of her staff. I have been lied to, misled, and to be quite honest treated extremely poorly by ----- and her staff in the office. I couldn't possibly give you all the examples of the disrespectful behavior that I received in the space allowed to write in this comment section.

Post Rocky Point is a Tampa oasis, the perfect spot to relax and recharge on your evening and weekends, between commuting and nights on the town. You can't find a more convenient location to both Tampa and the St. Peter area! You are within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, and exercise paths. The complex is well kept and the staff friendly. The only thing you can't see on the website is that the apartments are slightly outdated, 1994 with some updates so you will be comfortable, but do not expect luxury, Class A apartment living. On the other hand, you won't be paying Class A prices (though rent in general is very high across the Tampa area) and the apartments a very comfortable and well maintained.

It has been constant issues since my move in. From be handed the keys and finding my apartment was not flipped, let alone cleaned leaving me displaced and living out of boxes in a "temporary" apartment ... at my expense. When my place was finally ready - it again was not walked, tubs were covered in mold and needed to be resurfaced and carpet replaced. 2 night displaced again. Never was a concession of any kind made for all of this which was incredibly stressful when you are moving from out of state, starting a new job and watching your moving trucks and such pull away because they have no place to deliver. They did reimburse for the movers when I was FINALLY able to move from my temp apartment which I paid full price for, over to my new one with the brand new lease they required. As they should have. Total time 3 months. The floors creak horribly. Its a major issue that they admit too but is too major of repair to make. Maintenance is good for small repairs, but any large repairs or issues will require an enormous amount of follow-up and frustration. Do not expect resolution. This is one of 3 reasons for moving from the property. The 2nd in the massive rent increases each year. Last year was a $200 per month increase. This year I expect this and then some. Careful with negotiating as they will push you up against your intent to vacate date, and the response will be "sorry". And finally ... the noise! The floor creaking is bad enough waking you at all hours. But then you have to deal with the very thin walls. You will hear the people in the hallways, up and down the stairs, the tvs, music, toilet flushing, fighting, car alarms, planes, road traffic, boats, and the barking dogs.

I've lived here for a week. I'm probably not the best to ask about this but I have to hit 200 characters so this is me trying to hit that mark so I can finish this review. I have not been disappointed yet by the community

I have only been here over a week, but so far everything is going as expected. I had to buy a microwave but that is minor. The amenities are nice, and the grounds is very presentable. So far, so good.

This is a great community with so many amazing amenities. I love the location and all the outdoor activities available on or nearby the property. The staff have all been very friendly and helpful during the entire leasing and move in process.

Nice community. Great ammenities. Lots of closets. Grounds not maintained like it was when moved in. Ie. Canal path gravel was initially replaced. Last 2 years not done. Also litter frequently not always picked up immediately.

The community is nice. Their are lots of amenities and the location can't be better. However, the rent is high and the units are older. It's advertised as luxury but I've lived in NYC, Miami, Atlanta & Orlando and the Apts here do not compare. Also, they hv vermin and although the maintenance is amazing & the office staff are nice in trying to help you with any requests it's just not worth the money.

This community is great. Location is excellent. Close to airport, Clearwater, and downtown. Maintenance staff is great and very responsive. Pools are nice and well kept. The trail around the complex is on the water and beautiful.

This apartment complex is a great stepping stone between the high rise living of the city and a home in the Suburbs. While the apartments are a little dated the location can't be beat even with the rising rent.

After living here for 3 years, I'd have to say that the first 2 weren't terrible. The parking was the biggest issue. We decided to move to a bigger unit with garages to alleviate the parking problem. The rent was a bit extreme for the apartment we received sight unseen as someone was already living in it. There were many issues with the new apartment that were never addressed even after multiple calls to them. The rental increases that are happening are astronomical for what you get. For $3000 a month, these units should be pristine with state of the art everything. I should not have had to repaint my whole apartment or clean anything upon moving in. My stove was ruined although the stove that we had used for 2 years in our other apartment was in perfect condition. So we ended up having to pay $800 more a month for a downgrade in quality.

The complex seems nice, the the apartment is not worth the money. Was dirty when we moved in, toilet & showerhead didn't work. Carpet is old, and light switches are awful. One of the shelves in a closet is broken.

I enjoy this community. The leasing office workers are always so nice and helpful. For the most part, the community is quiet and polite. My only complaints are the pests (I get a fair amount of cockroaches in my apartment, despite keeping it extremely clean) and the handling of my upstairs neighbor. I have called the office five times with a noise complaint but there has never been any change. I am not even sure if anyone has even contacted my upstairs neighbor to ask him to turn his music down. Despite these two things, I am satisfied with the community and customer service.

Good community like others it has there flaws. Walking distance to whiskey Joe's and Bahama Breezes. Quiet 99% of the time especially after 9pm. The only problem I have is when you call the front desk they don't return the call even if you leave a voice mail with your name and number.

It's a very quiet and safe apartment. Neighbors are nice and the grounds are pleasant. The apartment complex invites food trucks, usually weekly. It's a great little feature to living here. It's just a great place to live.

I was excited moving in here at first being by the water. But living here made me hate coming home. The apartments are very old and they have renovated (some of the buildings) to make the outside look all new but in reality the building in the back from the road view are still painted this awful bland color. The green part of the landscape is beautiful (palm trees and flowers and shrubs) but the most of the mulch covering the grounds is missing showing pipes or the tree stubs. I live in a second floor apartment so the apartment above me have hardwood flooring and I can hear every single step the people makes to the point you can't sleep at night. Plus the floors creaks really bad. If I have guest over even they mentioned the footsteps and creaking flooring sounding so bad. Maintance is good most of the time?. But twice my toilet overflowed and it took them more than 12 hours to come fix it. But other than that they are normally there when you need them. The worst part staying here is the parking. There's no assigned parking spaces and at night you can't find parking. I parked in a unassigned area at 2am after I got off work (after working 16 hours that day) and my car was towed at 4am. The car towing company front desk clerk even mentioned that the parking at Rocky Point is horrible and we all need to get together and do something about it because they always tow cars from there. The front desk agent at rocky point suggests I park at the office and walk to my apartment even after I told her I come home at 2am and that's not a safe suggestion walking late night. But the gates are always broken. Rocky point is way too expensive and they are not even luxury or new. You're paying for the area if you stay here, I wouldn't suggest living here to anyone.

I had no complaints but the last two years the spa pool bathrooms seem to not work or have soap or toilet paper, the gas grills seem to be out of gas often. There was no Christmas thank you for the residents this year and seems to be more theft of bicycles and cars.

Overall great experience. Will be really sad if the renewal offer comes back high due to inflation. I have never had any issues that maintenance couldn't fix and they usually come same day to fix it which is great. The only issue I've ever had was trying to contact the leasing office, it's best to go in person if you need to speak to someone. For some reason the phones never work at the office

I really enjoy living here so far. The landscaping is beautiful and the neighbors are friendly. Maintenance does a good job. My only real concern is I heard they have been increasing rent by a large amount and I don't think that's worth it.
