The outside space is beautifully maintained. Maintenance response to interior problem prompt. The parking lot could be better maintained by using the leaf blower daily rather than monthly by the landscaping company.

Great location and could be very nice but too many people are not respectful of neighbors. You need to watch where you step whenever outside because too many people do not clean up their dog's crap and just leave it laying around. Office management talks a good talk but does not follow through and seems to not really care about resident concerns. One positive is that the maintenance staff are all top notch. But for the money, you can do better.

I have lived at Post/MAA Rocky Point for about four (4) years. Overall, this is a great place to live. The community, really, is pretty big - even if you can't tell from the gates/entrances at first. There are a wide variety of people that live here, from anywhere and everywhere, different ages and dynamics, etc. - but it's a nice community where everybody really gets along with most everyone else. A lot of good people live here. The location feels "secluded" enough to have a sense of privacy and home, while also being fairly close to downtown, etc. for work and other errands. The office and maintenance staffs/teams are great as well - all are very polite, helpful, and seem genuinely caring/concerned about providing good service and quality of living within the community, as a whole, and within their capacity.

I absolutely love the location of the complex. It's right on the water. I walk my dog near the water every day and it's quite relaxing. Also lots of amenities on site including a market, 3 pools, a gym, a car wash/cleaning area and the beautiful walking paths by the water.

Fantastic location, beautiful landscaping, picturesque, great recreation and tremendous customer service and maintenance! You will enjoy the resort-like feel of the community located right on the Bay.

Nice community but the maintenance is terrible. Things are constantly breaking and not being fixed correctly. The front gate has been broken for over a week currently and before that the guest call feature rarely worked.

No better neighborhood to live in at the prices offered. I looked at many different apartments in the area, but none compared to post rocky point. My friends and I love hanging out here or the surrounding bars and restaurants.

I like it a lot so far. The fact it's extremely dog friendly and has plentiful amenities has been great. There's a few tweaks here and there, but that's to be expected with just about any apartment you rent.

So far so good , nice vibe about the complex. Friendly residents, good trails and walks nearby . The pool is great , the dog park I find really good for my pups and use it most days . I would like to see the communal stairways and my outside door kept better , painted at least . Overall very happy.

great apartment. beautiful grounds, quick professional maintenance. Would recommend this apartment complex. Pet friendly but all areas are kept clean of pet waste by tenants. 3 pools, very clean and open long hours.

This is a great apartment complex in a great location with a number of awesome amenities including a dog park, 3 different swimming pools, a tennis court, a half basketball court, putting green, an on site market and a car wash station. The complex has a jogging trail that goes around the complex on the water with a great sunset viewing area. The complex is kept very clean. I am very impressed with my first few weeks living in the complex. I would definitely recommend to others.

I love the staff and they always helped when I needed. The community has the Sunset Point and it is a stunning view in the evenings. However the laundry room and building hallways are not cleaned like they used to.

Very friendly and accommodating staff when I was looking for a new apartment home. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure I was making the right choice. The location is perfect and my apartment is perfect with up to date appliances and plenty of space. The amenities many everything from a Spa to a true car wash bays. The on property Market is yet another wonderful & convenient option to have if you don't want to leave the property to get a snack or a nice cold beer or bottle of wine!

Lovely community a lot of things to do. My only demerit is the trash situation. Can we have trash valet if possible. I think most residents would pay the fee to have this service. I have had no issues with noise or any disruption.

Overall great community, however serious issues with AC and Water infrastructure. Don't expect to wash dishes later in the day due to little to no water pressure and expect to sweat within your own apartment all summer long..

It's an amazingly beautiful area. The grounds are well maintained and the neighbors are so nice. If there is ever an issue with maintenance, all you have to do is log in online; day or night, and they'll be on the job within one business day.

I enjoy morning runs, watching the dolphins as they are swimming in the canal and the resort life style. Everything is just the way you would like your living To be. Been here for 3 years and it is the best location in town.

Been here twelve years live the grounds. Previous Manager stopped caring, air conditioner below average and needs cleaning allergies are crazy, want to stay but don't know, the people let dogs in pool is disgusting

Very peaceful, clean and well organized, as secured community, very happy living here. Maintenance service is pretty accurate, Leasing office the best. Highly recommend Post Rocky Point as a place to live.

The maintenance team has gone beyond and above to make my move in so much easier. Whenever they notice something wrong they have offered to fix it before I even notice it myself. They go out of their way to have things happen for me even when I tell them not to worry about it. 10/10 team

Advertised as a luxury apartment but has cheap counter tops, bathroom is ugly and I've had a better shower set up in apartments that 500 dollars less than this one. The ac unit is undersized old and noisy. The dry will not dry clothes all the way because clogged vent. This place sucks.

We have lived here for 8 months and it has been a great experience. It is ideally located next to Tampa airport, as we both travel for work. Also easy access to Clearwater beaches and numerous other things in and around Tampa.

The first year of living here the grounds were immaculate. The breezeways were cleaned at least once a week. Since management has changed almost 2 years ago, 3 to 4 months go by before breezeways are taken care of.
