Have lived here for 10 years and love it! The people that live in the complex are all great and it's like a little community here, the views and landscaping are amazing and make you feel like you're living in a resort and every time I have ever had a problem, Laura or Lisa instantly take care of it! Would highly recommend living here!

The friendliest staff I have ever met! (And I manage teams for a living!) They were right, that the neighbors are also very friendly! It feels like a neighborhood rather than an apartment community. The longevity of those who live here really shows!

Very nice experience, lots of good neighbors along with great amenities. Maintenance is also very responsive and community stall is very friendly. It has been a good experience living in the Post Rocky Point community.

The apartment is very nice, very spacious and comfortable. The community of Rock Point is great, with very friendly and generous people who are always willing to help you. The place is quite and of easy access to the main roads of the city, specially to the airport (8 minutes away from here). Overall, a great place to live in Tampa.

It's not bad. One of the gates seems to always be broken or in the process of being fixed.. Really really nice location. The market on site was a great addition and great idea. The pools are nice and well kept.

Nice location. On the water. Nice pools. Dog friendly. Apartments need updating. Rent is pretty high whether is 1, 2 or 3 bedroom. New management not so great - but the remaining staff from old management are great! Gated community - but the gates are a real pain as they randomly work correctly.

Great service! Very attentive. I've had maintenance issues that have been quickly resolved. We love to take walks by the bay and watch the sunset! Price and location and very important to me and my family. I look forward to living here for a long time.

excellent staff, a nice community to meet new people of all age ranges. The facilities are kept up and offer many different rewarding types of activity. The swimming facilities are very different form each other and offer exercise as well as just plain fun.

Love the environment! The views of the bay! Grounds are well maintained. Wishing parking would be controlled better. I worked until 1am, and would have to park anywhere from 100 to 500 yards away from my apartment

Great Location & Hardworking staff. No issues in the time i've been here. Plus my dog loves it here too. Nice trails on the water, dog park, great gym, close to my work, enjoy the many pools, as well as other property amenities. I hope MAA appreciates their staff for all the work they do. For a property this large with so many residents, the sales & maintenance staff really do an excellent job. Id recommend bonuses for ALL of them

I like the location and facilities of the complex. However not fully satisfied with the management, and neighbors. My neighbors are keeping trashes and dirty towels outside. The air conditioner at may place makes a very loud noise that I have to sleep with ear plugs!

Great Community on the water! Dog park is awesome with plenty of friendly dog owners. Maintenance is handled quickly, usually. Pools are great except a lot of people use them and many people from outside of the community do aswell.

I like this community, however, due to the constant raise in the rate of rent I have had to change apartments within the community. At this point, I can't even bear the thought of moving and dread the increase that is going to come. and like many of my friends that were left with no other option except leaving the community.

Living at Post Rocky Point has been a wonderful experience. So wonderful that I've lived here for eleven years and don't want to move. The location is great ... it's close to my work and the airport. Offers full value for money.

It seems that something is always shut down or that one of the gates is always broken. Its lovely when you are trying to get to work only to pull up to a gate and it doesnt open, so then you can back our and go to the other side of the apartment complex to leave.

I feel that Post Rocky is a safe, secure community with amazing amenities. I have loved my time living here so far. The people within the complex are friendly, the staff is helpful and the view is spectacular.

My experience was awesome from the beginning. The staff and the front office was amazing making me feel welcome to the property. Also handle everything efficient and on time I'm truly happy to be a resident of this community

I love the community and it is better with the new administration . The ambiance it is perfect for our small family . I hope we are going to be here for a long time if the leasing conditions are favorable .

Overall, okay. The office is very understaffed and rarely gets back to you, the best customer service you'll ever receive here is when you're signing your lease after that, it's downhill, good luck. I enjoy the amenities, the location, and the pricing is great for the location.

So far ok. I have loud neighbors that dont know when to call it a night. Also, the garages across from my are pretty noisy during the weekdays. So far ots tolerable but latey the garage used as a maintenance shed gets rowndy

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. And I mean ANYONE. Way over priced. I'm paying $2000 a month to pretty much live in a college dorm. On top of that they charge an extra $35 person to use their gym, not per unit per person. They rent the units to just about anyone yet want to charge luxury prices. The unit across from me is rented out by a business, so right now there are 8 grown men living in one apartment who come and go all hours of the night. The staff is horrible, extremely rude, useless, & could care less about you. That act nice until you sign the lease then good luck getting any help at all. Forget relaxing at the pools on the weekends its a full blown party with nothing but drunk college kids, party doesn't seem to end until late into the night. Good luck trying to find parking. My brand new car has been hit twice in the last 6months of having it. I now have dents on both sides of my car from people hitting with their doors and scratches that run down the side, which I brought up to the management team and was laughed at and ask to leave the office saying it wasn't there issue. Crime around the complex sucks, cars are broken into as well as apartments, there's no security and the gate are always broken. The only nice part about this place is the trial which if your not careful will step in dog ---- because no one cleans up after their dogs. This place is trying to be something their not.
