So far so good....do not like rent hike for loyalty...seems odd to make people who are loyal do that when offers for discounts come to new people who stay for a year. So now I am typing just to fill in the necessary charters.

I would most definitely recommend this place. As large as it is you would not know that there's so many people that live here. It's extremely quiet very well kept and groomed. Great amenities and restaurants nearby.

The community and complex are great. Very close to the airport, downtown, south tampa. The amenities included are very nice. Pools, dog park, beautiful walking trail, mini market. I would recommend living here.

I moved in 2018. Never had any issues until this year. I was accused of constructing God knows what in my apartment. The property manager came over with no email ahead of time. She jumped into questions without formally introducing yourself. Never met the lady and I'm sure she's a great lady. She then try to shake my hand and still hasn't formally introduce her self. Whos hand in my shaking. She then got defensive and started staring at me from head to toes and then asked it was strange question that bother me. She said if I have a lot of people go in and out at night. I told her no I work at night what are you insinuating. This is probably the only bad experience of her throughout living here within two years

Great location. Property has great features: 3 pools (each with a bit different vibe), bbq areas, "porch" swing sets overlooking the water views, and a lovely walking trail. Since they starting leasing to college students, however, parking is a serious ssue.

The community is amazing, the pools, grills(when they work), the walk trail and the location makes it worth it to live here. Apartments are pretty old and you can hear everything your neighbors do. Only extremely bad thing is the office staff, they are the worst,l.

I really enjoy the community atmosphere that the community shares. I also enjoy that there are various activities that you can do on campus! The rental office was very accommodating in helping me find the perfect apartment!

When is down here from Illinois at the end of March 2018. While in Illinois we were searching for apartments and we're familiar with this complex, it has been nothing but a pleasurable experience from the very beginning. When we got here from Illinois we were greeted in the leasing office by Jasmyne, she was very friendly and very professional. We have now been here for two months and love it!

We love this location! It is so centrally located being close to the parkway, 275, and Courtney camble bridge. The apartment is large and homey with lots of beautiful natural light, and the community itself is beautiful and on the water!

Overall, experience has been good. Price is a bit high for what the complex is, but staff has always been friendly and professional. I've never had any major problems with anything, so everything runs fairly smoothly.

It's a great location for residents new to Tampa. The highway access to Downtown Tampa, Clearwater and St. Pete is easy. It's a quiet relaxed community with few children. Nice amenities like, multiple pools.

I have enjoyed my time especially in the apartment that I'm in it's all to itself, quiet except for a 1 little poodle summer was great at the pool when I got a chance to go. Facilities are nice wish the apartment was more updated but sufficient.

This is the 3rd apartment I rented here because of the location. I find dealing with the management office difficult because I feel there is a serious lack of communications. I had to have my apartment re-painted in the living room, a closet shelf was hanging off the wall, the patio door was jammed and had to be fixed twice, and the bathroom closet was also jammed. To top this off, I asked for the paint overspray to be cleaned from the kitchen counter top and range hood which never happened. On the day, we moved, my wife was not given the keys because she needed to go to the bank to get checks because I had packed them, and the movers were loading the truck. Being a third time renter, I found that reaction to my wife totally unacceptable. The individual that did this had attitude on another occasion and I let the assistant manager know that I didn't appreciate it. If the location wasn't prime and a convenient work commute, I would move due to coordination issues with the property management office, condition of apartment moving in, rental policies of MAA (60 days notice and two months rent to move out if cancelling lease early), and pricing. You tie the tenants hands for purchasing a home with the 2 month rule and your rent prices are higher than most home rentals in the Greater Tampa area which average 1800-2400 for a 4BR 3B 2200 sq. ft home.

Apartments, buildings and grounds are well maintained. The location is awesome. There are three nice pools and the trail next to the bay is fantastic; my husband, daughter and I love walking there and have often seen dolphins. The complex is right off of the causeway and across from Ben T Davis Beach so you can walk a few minutes and access the beach or walk across the causeway bridge. The apartments are also pretty sound proof and my apartment was well put together with a modern look and is nice and spacious. I do have a few dislikes: the gates are often broken and you have to pay a monthly fee for the use of the gym, clubhouse and business center ??. They also increase rent at, what I consider, higher than normal rates. My rent renewal is $138. There are also times when I've called days in a row and No ONE answers at the leasing office. There are also times that I've gone in and waited for an extended time without having someone even acknowledge my presence. You should never be to busy to greet a waiting resident. I've enjoyed my time here and there is definitely more good than bad but I will be leaving for a more affordable rental.

Love the location. Neighbors are friendly. I have lived here for 4 years for a reason. However I do think the gym should be free to us and some upgrades made to the apartment inside for the price we pay.

Great amenities, the service and staff is pretty good. I have request information about somethings and nobody has gotten back to me, but for the most part they respond. Sometimes it takes a few tries before they get your service request fixed. My A/C has rattled since I moved in and one of the burners on my stove still doesn't work but they have fixed other items that I have requested needing service. Some of the neighbors could be screened better and there should be a rule if you dont pick up after your pet you get fined.

I recently moved in, starting week 3. The area is kept clean and professional. The staff is pleasant. I have no real complaints with any of my neighbors, be it parking, noise or just unpleasant individuals.

The high price you pay for rent is for the location. Apartments are not high end but are clean. The pools are nice. You don't see families with young kids atleast at the pool by the office on weekends due to the partying they do there. They have a gym but you have to pay extra to use it. They contact email you when certain crimes are committed on property. I don't feel unsafe but common sense I don't walk alone at night.

We've enjoyed living here with the small exception of our noisy upstair neighbors. Other than that apartment is nice and all repairs were handled in a timely manner. The amenities and grounds are well kept.

The Post at Rocky Point has an overall great community. Influencing factors to moving into Post and staying for almost two years include the staff, amenities, attention to detail in the landscaping and upkeep, and of course the location. Being seconds away from walking to the water is incredible and epitomizes what living in Tampa Bay is about.

Expensive but in a great location. The staff is genuinely friendly which is what sold me on the apartment. It is very dog friendly and the dog park is a great way to get to know the quality people who occupy this beautiful scenic community.
