When I Visited the apartment the workers were still working on it so I Thought everthing would be in good condition when I move in, but it wasn't. The stains were just overpainted at the point so that you can now the the overpaintings, the Drain of the bathtub was unprofessionally fixed, door frames are in bad condition, a blank cable comes out of the wall etc, knots were not fixed so I directly felt uncomfortable with that apartment. I asked for a change but the manager do not want me to change, because in giving trust in advance, I have already signed for that I have visited. With Michael, a good, nice and helpful serviceman, we found and apartment that would feel me comfortable in PRP, but the manager declined a change. So I have to stay uncomfortable for the half of my stay in Florida, because self set rules are more important to MAA than giving people a comfortable home. I Still have not moved in but I have to in this week and I am upset about MAA's customer care.

Proceed with caution...leasing agent's do not know their own policies. They do not own up to their own mistakes, costing me over $800. I would not recommend moving to this neighborhood. Watch Out!!!!!!

Very nice and comfortable! I am satisfied with liveing this apartment. The room is clean and nice neighberhood. My room is the 3rd floor, so the move-in is hard for me. But everyday I feel it is good to decide the 3rd floor becouse the veiw is very nice.

Unprofessional establishment; You go to the office to speak to a staff member only to be told to email them, them you email them (a couple times!) only to be completely ignored. Overpaid rent for outdated, faulty apartment homes. Nice location though...

The only good thing about this complex is the beautiful view. The inside of the apartments are dated and not worth the money. Rent goes up an insane amount when you renew your lease. I've put more maintenance requests in than any other apartment complex I've lived in. Air breaks constantly. Toilet runs and clogs constantly. I step in dog waste at least once a week. I get emails far too often telling about another car that was broken into or apartment that was burglarized.

Overall it has been a good experience. One of the things that I would suggest is keeping the propane grills versus omitting them - sometimes too, there was no propane in them though. Also, cleaning the staircases/halls more often. Also, having pest control come more often since it's a large complex.

Management is exceptionally disorganized. They need to implement a CRM tool so each employee know who's already talked to whom, so you don't get repetitive calls. Also, Post Properties charges you more money to live their every year. Post Properties is a business and doesn't care about its residents.

Dealing with a major issue of a leak without any response from staff. I have called the office so many times nobody can tell me when or if they will arrive I don't know how bad the leak is but now I may be dealing with mold issues I can't get ahold of anybody at the corporate office either this is unacceptable

Overall, I like the location of this apartment. It's near the water with beautiful views and easy access to the city. The maintenance is responsive and does their job well. However, I did not receive very good service from the office management after I signed the lease. They changed from very friendly to ignoring your emails and questions until they want you to renew another year lease.

Parking is an absolute nightmare. Otherwise, my experience has been pleasant. It is also concerning that there have been so many instances of criminal activity in the complex, especially when tenants are asked to walk 3 or 4 streets over to find parking after a certain time.

So-so resident service, The grounds are pretty good except for the dog feces that dots the trail along the property. Maintenance usually responds quickly, but if they can't get in to your apartment, they don't ever follow up.

Post Rocky Apartments probably are the most centrally located apartments in between the Tampa, St Pete, and Clearwater areas. Perfect for newcomers to the area as they decide where they would like to live long term. The apartments have been around for a while, but they are modestly updated and well maintained. If u love the water this place is for you. It's basically situated on its own island. Walking distance to a couple restaurants, jogging trails along the intercostal, and easy access to kayaking, boating, paddle boarding, or fishing. It is a gated community, but the gates tend to malfunction frequently. Parking can get full by the end of the evening, but usually isn't an issue. There are no elevators in any of the buildings so keep that in mind if u have a lot of stuff. There is a descent sized gym, but you have to pay an additional monthly fee for the use of it. Overall, the amenities are pretty descent.

Great location. The increase in rent yearly makes it inconvenient to have to constantly move. This is my 3rd apartment in 3 years so due to price increases yearly or having to move to stay within budget, I don't plan to return if I have to move again to stay within my budget.

It is a good community ! Nice location by the water . Not enough parking . Pools get very busy at the weekend . Maintenance and follow up by the office is slow and poor at times . Overall I enjoy living in this community

Just had the experience in a repair at the condo. It was fast service 24 hours. Repairman fixed it promptly. So far the community is well taken care of. Lots of amenities. People living here are nice and out a lot

Great freiendly people, lots of support and help from the office. Besides people not picking up after there animals and the gates only working on occasions everything else is great. The pools are always clean and up and running. The trash bins are always emptied and filled with doggy bags.

Excellent amenities & service from the staff. The grounds are maintained year round. Questions or issues taken to the front office are addressed in a timely manner. The amenities such as the exercise room well maintained & just updated. I enjoy the exercise classes which take place 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday )

The community has all that you are looking for at an affordable rent including Waterfront, Gym, Pools, Computer room, Car Wash and enough parking spaces. Beautiful scenery. Maintenance service are quick to respond.

I love that I am on the third floor , it over sees the water and I am right by the gym. The gym has a half in door basket ball court. The state of art equipment. Conference room and pool table for entertainment. The pool is absolutely refreshing

The area is beautiful, however the management is probably the worst I've ever encountered. The assistant manager tries to make it better though. There is a huge problem with dog waste being left behind by owners not picking up after their animals, and all the management does is just send out emails. They won't even consider any ways to catch these people with a method of DNA tracing. I have a town, and when I walk outside with my dogs, front door or balcony, it smells like dog poop. Sick and tired of it. My wife has gotten so fed up with it that she actually picked up the poop in front of our place that doesn't belong to us, just so it doesn't smell and is not a health danger to our two dogs. People let their cats free to roam the neighborhood, causing dogs to go nuts. The only pleasant thing here is some of the maintenance techs. One guy I get quite often is just really nice and does a good job of fixing things. Overall, I would not recommend this community. The views are beautiful, they way that it is run, however, is terrible. I will be moving out ASAP.

Just moved in but so for a great experience. I did have a few dead roaches in the apartment when I moved in. I am hoping that is not a continuing issue. Location is fantastic with beautiful views and well maintained paths.

Good neighborhoods very friendly and helpful, move in was awesome because we moved all the way from Michigan and arrived on a weekend no problem, the accommodations were awesome leaving our keys right in our apartment.
