I feel like the owners or management cares more about how the trees and plants look then what is going on around here. There are many people who don't clean up after their dogs which is awful. Parking is also a major problem

It's been a pleasant one. Property managers have worked with me on negotiating new leases, and maintenance has always been reliable. I do not think we should pay for a gym membership, but the recent renovations have been really impressive. I plan to stay one more year.

Pay for a gated community but the gate never works properly Pay for pestcontrol & they won't come for months the whole building is filled with roaches After 9pm there's no parking & they tow cars etc...

Love the location and amenities. Interior work is half-assed in some aspects, gates are always broken, maintenance is lacking. Aside from those mechanics, it is a nice complex to live in. Complex is close to a lot of things.

We have been living at Rocky Point for over 4 years. We have had minimal maintenance issues over that time. Recently we had an issue with the garbage disposal leaking, we called the maintenance department and left a message and the repair was made within 12 hours. The technician was professional and courteous and when he left everything worked properly and was neat and clean.

We love tha apartment and until recently you had to plan a time away from home to go grocery shopping. The grounds are nice and well kept. The only issue I have had is the annual rent increase. It fluctuates quite a bit and for someone on a fixed income can be problematic.

Great location. Excellent maintenance staff. People in the office are always pleasant and helpful(especially Jasmine) Parking is an issue that needs to be addressed. The apartments need to be updated. The appliances counter tops windows all need to be updated. The exterior is awesome...nice landscaping water view very nice.

So far the staff has been unhelpful. If it wasn't for the location I probably would already ask to end my lease, mind you I've been here lesss than a week. Hopefully my experience gets better in the time to come.

Everyone is very friendly. Plenty of amenities including 3 pools, grilling areas, tennis courts, dog park, putting green and car wash. Very pet friendly as well. Plenty of places to walk dogs and plenty of bags available to pick up any mess. Location is central and rent is reasonable!

The community, it's location and amenities are great. However, management and maintenance leaves something to be desired. I had a water leak and instead of fixing the issue the water spot was simply painted over and maintenance had to be called to return several times to resolve the issue. The pools and amenities are fantastic though. There is always fun happening at the pool and the free gas grills are awesome.

Post Rocky Point has been great so far. I love how it is close to everything, yet feels private at the same time. I would love to renew my lease for the 2019 year for my three bedroom if the pricing does not jump substantially. It would be great to stay another year at these apartments. Hopefully management comes through!!!!!!

Management is condescending and does not work with residents to fix issues in a respectful manner. The apartments are nice but management is unorganized, unfriendly, does not work with residents to provide a great experience once you move in.

Brilliant community. Very clean and neat with a resort style feel. The seashell trail is definitely the highlight. I would definitely recommend this community looking for an apartment. The office staff were also extremely professional.

My mother moved in to Post Rocky Point in the fall of 2016. I visited twice before moving here in the fall of 2017, and it felt like she was living in Disneyworld. Everywhere you turned the grounds were perfectly manicured and colorful. Now all the beautiful flowers, plants and greenery are gone where there once used to be different flowers every season. The renters love their pets but can't be bothered to pick up their dogs' poop, so everywhere you walk there is poop. I've complained 3 times, but a generic email goes out and nothing is done. The entry gates are always being rammed and damaged so they are always in some form of disrepair. You have to constantly check emails to figure out how to get inside the gate. The maintenance team takes 3 times as long to fix something the right way. Most of the time they dismiss your maintenance requests so you learn to live with a filthy, screeching air conditioning unit for the better part of a year. There are seeds of some sort always scattered around the grounds, on the walkways and in the parking lots so good luck not slipping and falling as you walk to your car. Apartment and car break-ins are regular here since the gates can be broken for weeks at a time, but no patrol for a huge piece of property that this is. Ever since MAA has taken over management, this complex has been falling apart. It's obvious that they have either run out of money or are diverting funds to another MAA property.

I moved from post bay rocky Point. I like the size of my apt. and the water nearby. Don't like the fact that They charge to use the gym. Also am not happy with the yearly increases in. Rent. I moved into post bay in 2014 and every year since then the rent has increased. How can someone on a fixed income deal with this. It didn't use to be this way.

Absolutely love this place the scenery is amazing the staff is friendly had a couple issues with maintenance but it was resolved now would definitely recommend this place to family and friends that location means the world to me being that me and my girl love the water

It's extremely beautiful . The amenities are well kept for the most part. There are 3 pools (one on the water) also a walking trail that is located on the water which goes around the complex. The location is amazing. Right near Courtney Campbell bridge, airport and south Tampa and 5 min from st Pete bridge. But, if you don't have an upgraded apartment the inside is quite cheap and the gates are always broken. Parking in some areas at night can be difficult if you do not have a garage. There is a separate fee if you want to use the gym , but it is a nice gym for an apartment complex with a business center and play room above it. Best part in my opinion is the walking trail and pool on the water and the overall beauty of the complex outside and the upkeep is good.

The staff is very helpful, always working on the community and our maintenance requests. The landscaping is beautiful and unique in each complex. The units are a nice size and will fit what ever living need you are looking for. It is also very quiet.

I just moved into rocky point this past month. The community is top notch. Beautiful property, love my apartment. The people above me are a little noisy and my room is on an exterior wall near stairs so I hear people leave every day. That's literally my only complaint. I have lived everywhere all over the country. Love living here

we have had issues with getting maintenance to fulfill requests in a timely manner. There have been times when our requests were refused. In addition, Some neighbors with dogs leave the dogs waste on the sidewalks and grass without picking it up. We have had late charges given when the issue should not have been taken. The manager Laura is Great but hard to reach at times. Her associates do a less than perfect job at times. We have a rug that requires replacing and/or cleaning but it never was. It is causing allergic and asthmatic reactions. All in All, The location is beautiful and the pools and people are kind.

We love Rocky Point. The surroundings are beautiful and our dogs are very happy The people around me are pleasant. The walk along the waterfront is a great way to start the morning or end the day. The grounds are clean and litter free

My experience has been great. The people are very friendly. The grounds are clean. I love the pools and indoor basketball court. I feel lucky to live here. I've made a lot of friends living here and the location is unbeatable.
